Extremely nice, welcoming, and full of conversation! We loved it and intend to return! We will also be telling our friends about this place! Also enjoy the separation from the red light district... just off to the right and youll have great social experience with well priced drinks.

You can buy very good drinks and cocktails here, which will be fresh prepared for you. Also the staff is really nice 👌

A cultic place in Amsterdam, former it called Doors- Palace. Full of fotos and old cincert fotos about The Doors, Jim Morrison and other rock bands from 60 s. Upstair are some pool- tables, and there you can smoking too. The bar have a quiet good assortiment from different kind of beers. Recommended place, both visited by tourists and locals.

What a fantastic cafe/pub.Very reasonable. Our host, Daniel, is very attentive, warm and welcoming. He also has a great sense of humor.Theres a smoking area upstairs, I dont think they allow tobacco.Well worth the stop. Well be back.

The Palace provides a relaxed atmosphere and great drinks. I really enjoyed trying some strong Dutch beers. They also have a decent smoking area upstairs , which I presume is unique for Amsterdam ? Overall, I had a great time there listening to some cool music and looking at all the rock and metal artwork

Yet another amazing find, great music, nice people, smokers area, its still one of the last standing up, as smokers have the outside. Good selectuon of beers and munchies for a quick snack!

Tip the bar tender as you buy a drink downstairs....then go upstairs for cool vibes to smoke to 5 star

Lovely relaxed coffee shop. Excellent selection and well informed. I suffer with epilepsy and had many questions to ask. They gave me all the time needed to give me answers to all my question.

I allways pop in when in Amsterdam excellent bar and you can smoke upstairs very friendly staff they dont sell hash but theres no shortage of coffee shops near by very relaxed atmosphere with good sounds if u get the munchies ask about the butchers cum sandwich shop just up and round the corner its lovely smells amazing ( my favourite meat ball on a bun with peanut sauce making my mouth water just thinking of it if u are looking for a smoke and drink i recommend u give it a go like me youll be back again and again

Great bar with a very nice atmosphere and decor. Never really busy, always great music. On the expensive side, but that is unavoidable in the center of Amsterdam

The place is the perfect place to chill, music is good pool tables and seating easy not a crowded drunks bar, more of regulars place. Everyone is friend in the day this place is so quiet is practically empty so u can feel boss

Nice place to chill with a joint whilst waiting for your flight back however the staff (specifically the woman behind the barcan be quite rude and aggressive.

A very relaxed bar. One of the few bars that we could find that allowed weed smoking.

Most likely cheapest place for drinks in town. Good environment, not busy and good music and you can smoke your pipe here.

not long returned from Amsterdam have used this bar for as long as I can remember since it got taken over and madaline started running it great place always until my last visit shame you have one skinny dutch d head behind the bar now .he was so rude to me I will never use again as long as he is working there. such a shame madeline he is un doing all youre good work before it was such a friendly place
