Had a terrible experience in terms of the service, the staff is very casual and relectunt to provide the service. It is so worst that I had to myself go to the shelf and arrange plates and dish for us. Seriously, not recommending this place if you are going to celebrate one of your happiest day like anniversary or birthday, became the service will dismood you on the special day.

Awesome place to visit. Loved the food here, Chilly Paneer and Sicilia Pizza are must try dishes here.

Amazing ambiance with terrace garden view, regular go to spot for us. Its out regular go to place, loved the food.. Mushroom chilly and Sicilia pizza, highly recommended.

Here I got delicious taste of south Indian🤤 also have lots of variety fast food and beverages. And heres service are awesome like you dont have wait for long time for your order, hardly take half hours for it. Heres my suggestion visit here at least once cause You Only Live Once.❣️🤠

Nice rooftop restaurant, awesome view, bit costly.Ambience is good, usually full on weekend with long waiting time.We went with family on Saturday night, only a few tables were occupied by other families, the remaining were couples and friends, so wont count this as a family cafe.Regarding food, some items were good some were very bad like sizzler was not good spicy and worst in taste. Some starters were good, nachos were good.Definitely worth visiting atleast once.

The view and the vibe with the greenery are nice, but i am not sure if youre a foody and want to have a good experience then you should go there. The place is worth visiting once though.

I am from Kolkata. Terazza, where anyone can feeling relax. Its a combination of food in open nature, variety of foods, good quality and quantity of food, family atmosphere, classic ambient of restaurant.... just loving it...👌👍

Actually we are the group of 10 to 11 persons and we went there for celebrating our friends birthday so it was an very awesome experience there we just had a dinner there and it was just awesome it must be compared to the top hotels of the Indore so it is fantastic for any party and there is also nice music playing there some party have arranged there and small party so it was really nice

Awesome palace for dinner-date.Couples will love this place.But the staff there is not good here .Dont listen to our calls whenever we call them .And they are not also cooperative.But the vibes here are awesome...But,asi vibes ka kya kroge jha tume respect na mile .But should go there once .

What a place! I mean really. Inside the city finding this kinda place is awesome. Its nice, no outer sound that too being roof-top, pricing might be issue for someone but its worth for the place in my view.

The place is good but a bit expensive. The crispy corn is so delicious but I didnt like lasagne Pasta as its sweeter in taste. The view to c21 is so soothing. Its an open space place. Good to go with friends but only if you have budget

Its always a wonderful experience at Cafe terazza food s super awesome very fast service. Very neat and clean . Washrooms r also super clean.We always prefer doing our parties kitty over there as get very good personal attention there.

Rude staff, pathetic service, no time management. Dont waste your hard earn💰. Its just waste of time to visit this place. Try better roof top restaurant.👎

Roof top cafe view from here is really awesome. The ambiance and lighting is also good. But Little delay in delivering the orders. Little bit costlier for normal people.

Ben there multiple times, i wonder why they dont start serving liquor. They have great ambiance, very big place good stand ups, great food. Just need better lift and it would have been 5 star place for me.

Great Ambiance, best view of the city, good food, good service checks all the boxes for me.Menu has Indian, Italian & Chinese dishes. All reasonably priced given the experience.They have rooftop sitting for evenings and indoor sitting for the afternoon, it is open late night till 12 which is a big plus in this location

Price is high... Otherwise the location is very nice and also the taste of food is very nice

What used to be cafeteria has not turned into pure vegetarian🥳 restaurant with expansion and roof top seating is a treat to eyes.Food we ordered was main course but for jain option they are yet to start now and will take atleast 15 more days.😔Ambience, location, parking space and fast food choice is likeable and accepts card too.

We Ordered peri peri fries and lasagne and both were great in taste... With some live music.

The place is on a 10th floor rooftop, Amazing view of the city from the observation deck.Food and drinks were good, service could be improved though. Will visit again.

It was a nice setting on the roof top with live music (mostly cover of old Bollywood songs). The food was decent. Nothing was really bad and nothing was outstanding. A good place for a relaxing evening. One place for improvement would be the maintenance of the restroom.

AMBIANCE: This place is located behind Pakizza AB Road Indore in Airen Heights at 10th Floor. The place is really beautiful, the decor, ambience and enough spacious and photogenic. The best time to visit is during evening/twilight period. They also organize live music most of the time. The is enough seating available but yet with all the extra space it can be increased. The ambiance is as good as its competitors but yet less crowd comes here.FOOD: The quantity of food was a disappointment. We order1. Chillie panner pizza: It was thin crust very small in size and not enough for 4 people. Like as per the rate (₹325/-it should have been bigger in size. The taste was not so delicious either.2. Smoky noodles: This was fine but again less in quantity and not so delicious as per their best seller.3. Paneer Panjabi: The quantity was enough and taste was at par. I have had better planner panjabi in main course before.4. Tandoori Roti: It was hard and not soft.5. Nann Roti: It was good and soft.SERVICE: The service is really slow. Not so welcoming and friendly staff. The helpers are not attentive.Even after reservation of table we had to wait for 1/2 hr. There is only one person who takes order so it takes a lot of time to give order for food.VALUE FOR MONEY: The cost of a few items is high as per the quantity served. Paying through Dine out app gives discount on bill. Apart from ambiance a lot of improvement is required in a number of sections as this could be the reason of less crowd in comparison to its competitors.

I have always been a fan of roof tops so I was pretty sure Im gonna like this. Can prove to be a good call for casual dates. Had tried a few of their hot coffees and must say, theyre all quite nice. Food is also great. A place well recommended from my end!

💥 TEREZZA 💥Cafe Terreza is a Rooftop Cafe which offers inner / outer seatings. Situated on the 10th floor of Airen Heights thus offers a scenic view of the city. Ambiance is good with live music / band during night hours.I would rate food over here above average that comes in respect of what I ordered. Lasagna and Pasta comes out to be more towards sweetened side. Choco Burst served with Icecream tastes very bad .You can have some fun time with your friends/family with some light eatings.

Nice and beautiful place to relax with friends and family.Ambience:Ambience is quite cool with roof top dining and under roof dining.The roof top gives very cool and chilly vibes with live music which starts after 7 PM.Its a fine dining place for people to relax and have fun with thier loved ones with pleasing ambience around.Service:The service was quiet fast. We placed an order using a virtual menu and our order got delivered within 15 mins. The staff was polite, well behaved and respectful.Taste:Taste was really good and exotic.We ordered lasagna, Oriental sizzler and hazlenut coffee. lasagna was too good and coffee is must try.Sizzler was okay good.

CAFE TERAZZA REVIEWAs of July 2021 , there is a fashion of pre booking your tables on any weekend , which is more of a disappointment rather than facility.Cafe Terazza is one of the places that will be available for you at any heavy crowded evening !!Ambiance is beautifulSitting is both rooftop as well as inside the building.Food is tastyTry Nawabi pizza extra cheese if in doubt .Service is bit slow , but tolerable.Staff is knowledgeable about the menu and is polite .You can talk to them in english or Hindi as per your choice and they happily serve all your demands !!The restaurant is on 10th floorParking is available for two and four wheelers in the designated parking of Airen Heights.Please park in the same space for safety .Food was nice , music was good , not too high nor too low .Seating arrangements are very nice tables are 6ft apart by default.Proper washrooms are available.Well, this was my personal experience with Cafe Terazza .Please like the review if you found it helpful !!

This was a good place for hanging during office break. Food was good, not great. The staff were cordial but ignorant at times. I liked the ambience, I am sure the place is lit at night.

Nice place and amazing ambience.I loved the music and the lightning. Nice place to hangout with friends.Couples can also visit as it has slow and amazing music playing in the background.We have pizza, hakka nudels and kitkat shake. It was amazing.I ordered some strawberry smoothie bt they offered something else which was not nice at all. Rest all was good!!

The vibes of this cafe is good af but the food is kinda k k, i mean the taste is not tht good as compare to the view and vibes but definitely worth visiting .. Ambience was good, the taste of food and quality can go much better that it actually was. It is expensive than other cafés, and I know it why, cuz, of just Ambience that cafe terazza has. Perfect for the couples and group of friends.

The rooftop ambience is amazing!! The service is good and fast with the staff being friendly and helpful. There are many choices on the menu and each item I tried was good. Honey chilli potato, lasagna and the triple connection cold coffee are must try items.

One and only star for The view and Greenery.And Now lets talk about there food service..... the taste of their food is so unpalatable & nasty...But still the rate of food is too expensive.And The staff behaviour inadequate.Overall its good place for photoshoot...not suitable for Birthday party.Thank you!

Cafe Terazza is an exquisite place to be at!!!It has everything that youd need from a lavish and soothing cafe Cafe Terazza.It has the ambiance of top-notch cafe.Maintains a standard menu to attract the young crowd.It is a good place for couples , friends , colleagues , family or any kind of age group.It has an open seating and is located at the 10th floor providing people with roof-top dining experience.It is busy place and youll find it a bit crowded on weekends.The service and the staff are really good.The standards of food are good , its just that i didnt like the pizza they offered.Granitas in the liquid options are a must try especially in the summer season.Expressos are really good as well.Overall this is a lovely place to visit every once in a while with tour loved ones.A LIKE ON THE REVIEW WOULD BE APPRECIATED IF YOU FOUND THIS HELPFUL.

One of our favourite place in town. Beautiful roogtop cafe with indoor outdoor sitting facility available. Very nicely decorated with lamps and cute lightings all over the place.. Must a visit place during night.Its also good for hangouts as well as for dates. Beautiful picture corners are also there and an xtra roof which is made just to look at this beautiful city and take beautiful pictures up there.We had baked lasagna, chilly schezwan panner and colcoffees. Everything tasted amazing..

The restaurant can offer more cozy ambience, which I felt,was missing.Does not have great dishes as well, service time is more than average and waiters are well mannered but they look sad.Overall good experience, has a terrace which adds vakue if you visit at night
