I arrived at the restaurant this morning. (Sunday)I sat at a table that some diners had just vacated.After about 10 minutes I had to ask a member of staff to clear and clean the table.The attitude that member of staff was exceedingly poor almost like I was asking her to do something which wasn’t part of her job description.After waiting over 45 minutes for my food I got up and left. My English breakfast and coffee still not arriving.The service was absolutely disgraceful, beyond poor and needs and the staff need training. The award of one star was very generous.

Excellent, just excellent. Staff were extremely friendly, food was amazing and the atmosphere and decor of the cafe was very nice.

Our hosts & friends H.E Taj Weekes & Angela Weekes called us last Sunday & said get ready in two minutes ,we are going to get some Breakfast. We were delightfully impressed & happy to get on board. The food & service was excellent. Check it out when in Castries ,St.Lucia.

Really enjoyed our breakfast here, we had been searching for a more “traditional” type breakfast place while on the island with no success. This was spot on. Huge coffees, fresh bread and some of the fluffiest pancakes we’ve ever had.

My partner and I have been here on several Sunday mornings for breakfast and have had some unpleasant experiences, but today was the worse and the last. It started with me asking question about an item on the menu and the supervisor informing the waitress/cashier that "I am not understanding so explain". That didnt go well as I am certain that there is no problem with my level of comprehension. We ordered, paid and sat waiting. The waitress brought my partners tea, a pkt of sugar fell on the floor, she picked it up off the floor and put it next to his tea and walked away. Well, his expression was of unbelief and shock and by this time he was ready to leave. Then the waitress comes over with our food and literally just drops it on the table not bothering to ask who was having what and walks away. Not saying a word. At that point my partner had stood up, visibly upset and ask that we leave the food and walk out which we did. He reported it to the supervisor Mel, I think her name was, while the staff stood listening, and we walked out. No one bothered to at least apologise, and all we heard while walking out was everyone denying everything we reported. Were hard working St Lucians and we expect the same treatment like every visitor who walks into this or any establishment to spend their money. This has never happened to us even in our travels, and will NEVER happen to us again. We will make sure all of our friends and colleagues know how we were treated resulting from the lack of customer service and training of the staff.

They have very good, healthy options just expect many mistakes, meals not cooked consistently and long waiting. They just made the same mistake twice with me (gave away an order... its quite annoying. And a simple sorry would do apparently

Great coffee and cheese cake

Popped in to get a drink and a snack. Was greeted by friendly staff. Selected an iced coffee for $8EC and a carrot and pumpkin muffin for $7.50EC. That’s quite pricey IMO given the quality which was a little above average. Iced coffee was decent but the muffin was stale and for some reason had cranberries in it. There was one bite which was weirdly super salty while the rest of the muffin wasn’t.

Well it was a terrible experience. We waited almost 3 hours for a meal and it was cold. To top that it was my cousins birthday and she received something in her order that she asked to be excluded. Ultimately, she was not permitted to pay and my drinks were excluded as part of my bill. But The disappointment was much.

Lovely little Coffee Shop / Cafe on the waters edge. Great menu throughout . Great selections of drinks from teas, coffees , juice , smoothies ,list is endless. With this cafe being in the location it is , one would think expensive. How wrong were we. The pricing is great and they are not shy with food portions. Staff are very friendly , professional and have a great sense of humor. Keep up the good service , excellent food Cafe Ole

Had a gorgeous full English breakfast with a side order of fluffy American pancakes with syrup. A big mug of English breakfast tea and its not a bad price. Very nice and clean. I would recommend this place.

2 stars. 1 for location + 1 for menuMy first time at cafe ole was great in February 2018. Unfortunately, lightning did not strike twice!1. Waited 30mins for our breakfast; which I had to follow up with our waitress (would have waited longer if I didn’t do so), only to be told there was a system error, so my drink was complementary 👍🏻;2. I had to ask the waitress to clear the table and even though there was noticeable cold sweat on the table she didn’t even care to wipe it!3. Ordered a croissant which is to be served warm with melted cheddar and ham, but the meal was cold!!!!

Worst experience on the island yet. I waited 30 mins to be served and the meal was served cold. All that and no apologies. Disappointing.

This place has really good potential.The problem is that their employees are not nice at all. They always seem like they are bothered by the customer and are never helpful.I used to grab Refreshers from here daily, on weekends I used to have breakfast there. I couldnt do it anymore.Some good training for their employees could really help them improve their quality of service.

This place makes a mean steak wrap, woooh THE HEAT!! Awesome experience.

Ill admit that Im making this review solely on the basis of an amazing Carbonara but it was amazing! Highly recommended!
