Very nice café. It is cozy, cheap and its profits are donated to Actionaid. If you are lucky there will be some live piano music.

The place is run by volunteers, and I really appreciate all the guys efforts, however the coffee is really bad, I threw it away to the nearest bin. Well, at least the money i paid will be used to support a good cause.

Change the world one purchase at a time!

Chilled, clean, good coffee, pleasant staff and good music. What more could you ask from a café. I will be visiting much more often. Its got a calming vibe here.

It was veeeeery weird that they charged us extra for the besheets. Dispite that, they were very friendly and it was a nice stay. They didnt had elevator and the bathroom in our floor (3rdwere little. The kitchen and the common area were great.

Best flest place ever

Cafe Mellemrummet is part of the Globalhagen hostel (both by Action Aid Denmark). I was in the cafe several times and I will return many times again. Both the atmosphere and the volunteers working there are lovely. Plus, all the profit goes to good causes that Action Aid supports.

Wanted a nice chill café experience for the evening and thats exactly what I got :The tea was good, got to pick my own teapot. The staff was also very nice and there were books around :o

Great food at a reasonable price, would love to see a vegan option in the future.

Lively little place. Plenty of seats and s great selection of bottled beer. Great pub quiz once a month on Wednesdays. Its very close to the busy road but still has good prices and a nice atmosphere. Recommend this place for any types of groups looking for a great time and nice vibes

The place is really nice and cozy. Be it that you come there just to serve a coffee or for a date, the place offers you a comfortable couch and nice people serving you a good cheap coffee.I usually go there to work or meet with the group and I find myself to be very productive

As a volunteer at the cafe I can say that spending your time there, you’re supporting a very positive group of people, ready to make a difference in this world. It’s one of the pulsing hearts of Copenhagen, at very affordable prices and in a very nice area.

Excellent place for local beer. However be warned for 4 beers it cost £23!

Cozy café but generally speaking, you cannot expect the place to be a top-notch place given that it is run by volunteers. But in compare to other similar cafés in Copenhagen, it scores low. Very helpful volunteers but sometimes they are a bit too loud for a café environment and its hard to find the music consistent and fitting the atmosphere (e.g. when a lot of customers seat to work on their computers for a while). Coffee is mediocre and the fact that a lot of new volunteers come and go, its hard to expect that they could offer a decent cup of Latté. All in all, not a work/study place, but just fine for having a beer or two with friends before moving on to the next place!

Great cafe in Nørrebro. Prices are great for travellers and all the profits go to a NGO.

Friendly people, amazing houmous bread, and money goes to charity too! The cafe has a seriously chilled out atmosphere, and is perfect for the introverts out there. Comes complete with piano, books and games too.
