Nice ambience. Food was excellent

You can get western to kampung food choices here. There are indoor as well as outdoor seatings, can seat anywhere according to your liking. There are not so many people when I went there last time so no queue. The service is also moderately fast and the food tastes not so bad

I love the pasta and milkshakes!! So flavourful and tasty. Should try! So yummehhh. Blackpepper sauce and mushroom soup seems too bland but can be improved! Might come again 🥰

Used to be my family favourite. But lately the service is very slow. If youre bringing hungry children or if youre hungry dont bother to come or else your mood of dining will be spoilt in anger and hunger.

Everything here is flavourful and generously portioned. If for some strange reason you have no idea about what to order, i highly recommend the grilled burger which comes with pineapple ring, plenty of onions and scrumptious special sauce (tabasco mayo perhaps)Know of Jiran ever since they first opened in KL, and theyre very good at serving comfort food in a homey setting. Love the online table ordering, smart idea!

First time trying here even though its just nearby my in law’s place. Has chicken chop, aglio olio and mango fish with rice. Tastewise its actually very good. The chic chop is nicely down with crispy outside and moist inside. Fries and coleslaw also good. Decor is comfortable and spacious. Average main course around Rm14. Drinks around Rm3-4. Well worth it.

The food was excellent, generous portions and great prices, so was the service and the ambience.Chicken olio was so delicious. Pizza and yee mee were tasty too. Kedondong juice was good. We ordered giant cup and to our surprise it’s the size of a jug😅with the price of only RM10.Will come again definitely.

me and my family came here pretty often but sometimes the food just dont taste good. my siss fav is lasagna but one time its so liquidity it looks disgusting (tastes awful too). she dont buy that anymore. the food sometimes arrive late too. still have some good food. like the pizza and spaghettis. the place is pretty clean, except for the dishes sometimes. no matter how bad my review is, i know me and my family is gonna be going there very often anyway 🤷🏻‍♀️. some food tastes great. my parents seems to like this place a lot, they ordered the same food everytime lmao

Food were excellent, our family of five order mutiple dishes. Food arrived fast, except for one, which take quite a while. However, all is forgiven sjnce the food were good.

Not a bad place to stop by and have meals, especially dinners. The menu items took quite some time to serve, with above-average quality overall except for its slightly burnt bread.

Chicken chop is my fav, so biggg and tasty, only RM 9.90

This place is a good place to eat and enjoy the beautiful environment. The cafe can be used as small birthday celebration, it is air conditioned. This cafe used online order through phone, so no waiter will come and border you.

One of our favourite cafe to dine in with family. The already update the order method, using the web page. Just they need to update details regarding the ingredients of the foods onto their web page. The prices is so affordable and the taste is so good. The food presentation also nice.

The price is reasonable. Foods bit salty. We ordered lamb grill and aglio olio, both are bit salty. Convenient place and they also have surau. Some foods are not available, should tell us earlier 😊

Like the ambiance here.. Friendly staff.. Can opt to sit downstairs or upstairs that has aircond.. And how considerate that they offer a plastic cover to put your mask while eating.. menu & ordering via qr code which is good, but I wish that they put more pictures of the food in the menu..Overall, the food price and the food portion is reasonable..Fries & wedges : 5 star : They serve it hot and the crispiness was just nice.. Nice serving tray too..Grilled NZ lamb : 4 star : The coleslaw was too creamy & the vegies sliced too thin.. mash potato was good.. pasta was good but a lil bit salty.. lamb was good but a lil bit extra chewy.. black pepper sauce was good.. Overall, recommended..Seafood Aglio Olio : 2 star : Expected it to be spicy since there was an option to not want spicy.. it was not spicy at all.. the spaghetti lack of seasoning, no herbs, maybe some basil or mixed herbs or a bit of pepper or chilli flakes maybe.. the seafood, there was some dory fish I think which was super duper duper duper salty.. and prawns & mussels which was just ok..

Presentation of food is exquisite.. ( for Kota Bharu standard of course not too Overwhelming and quite true to the taste..Staff was very helpful..Place has got motives..Splendid family dining..

Its a usual suspect cafe in Malaysia. Grilled stuffs are good, otherwise nothing special. Nice surrounding and environment, and the food is cheap too. Taste wise OK, plus its not like those cafe that serves real latte or flat white.Food portion is OK for the price, not like some reviewers that said its big. Sorry no. Pizza smells good, but taste and ingredients used here are mediocre.Overall a good hangout spot for cheap eats!

Sedap! One of the best western restaurants so far. Been to a few in kota bharu..Ordered mix grill. Recommended. The sauce is so good. The mash potato is just nice.Butter rice and chicken grill is also scrumptious. The butter rice is well seasoned. Complement with its soup.The portion is big.. sesuai dengan harga. Rather satisfying ambience with Italian kitchen setting. They do serve pretty decent western foods over here with reasonable prices. They also have local favourites such as asam laksa and nagi goreng kampung. However this place is more suitable for those who prefers western dishes(i personally enjoy their panna cotta so much). With the open kitchen concept you get to watch the chef (who is super tall prepare your favourite meals. This is an amazing spot for family and friends with friendly service. It is a full house during dinner time. Overall its an excellent place of choice for who wish to enjoy good western food with friendly customer service.

Food is great, but the waitresses today portray a poorly managed business. Got the wrong order but refused to admit their mistake and even pin it on the customer and would not allow a change. I would recommend this place for the food, but certainly not for the service. If like me you prefer an establishment with good services on top of great food, then Id suggest you look elsewhere. There are plenty of other places with similar menu but better service.

The worst experience ever. Maybe its because its hari raya or something, but the service was terrible (except for the pizza chef who was super niceand the sirloin steak was sooooo hard and we cant even chew it. I ordered 3 sirloin steak and pasta with white sauce. What we received was 1 steak and 1 pasta with red sauce. When we told them they forgot our order, it was as if we were the one who made a mistake during ordering. They treated us as if we added on the other 2 steaks. So so disappointed with the service. Never again.

I do like the food. It was very tasty. Pasta cooked al-dente and seasoned properly. Mussels cooked well. However, i felt like the portion was a little small for me for MYR17. It was only like 4-5 mouthful. 😕 Loved the ambiance. I’d definitely come back 🙂

Good environment for Western dining in Kota Bharu. Good food, they make good pizzas too.I like the creamy fish they served. Sometimes the sauce is slightly saltier.

The price tag a bit expensive. Wont say its the best in town. But okay lah. The taste is decent. But im pretty sure you can find somewhere better with a cheaper price.

Nice ambience with good food. Hard to find as it is situated diagonally behind another warehouse. Parking is a bit difficult at times.

Good interior design but it is too hot inside. About the mix grill set I ordered, the chicken has burnt-out too much till it affect the sauce become bitter, the hotdog is undercook and the lamb meat too pale in taste. Total overall for the whole plate is poor. They need to improve their grilling skill and sauce.

Its not bad actually. Its kinda hard to find a western cuisine like this in kelantan. So I guess I have not much choice. The food is above average. At least they did my steak right, medium rare.

I had missed my exams, my assignments got their submissions denied, some branch of a tree fell onto my car, missed my flight, lost some money but your cafe is really on another level of bad that I felt gutted on the day that I unfortunately recommended your cafe to my family, way more than any of the other misfortunes combined. The place is atrocious, to say the least. It broke my heart to see my brother and little sister left after waiting for 1 hour and 45 minutes without getting their food and drinks served. Upon checking, I ended up knowing that one food was not even in the order when, mind you, we have constantly reminded and inquired the waiter regarding our food. Not to mention the first thing that was served to us after 1 hour and 15 minutes was plain water (cold). This 1 star is because the food tasted fine (especially the pizza). And also because I cant seem to give half a star. I have seen reviews from last year for this kind of matter but I fail to see any effort from your side to improve. At the end of the day, the service is still lousy. You are short-staffed, the waiter that served us was not particularly good, there was no proactive measures (e.g. telling the customer of the average waiting time for that night), and as this is not the first time this is happening, I am assuming that the management or the owner himself is remorseless.Imagine going to the cafe to have dinner, waited for 1 hour and 45 minutes only to return home starving because the food never came. For goodness sake, they went home and ate Maggi. Because Maggi never disappoints. Cafe Jiran does.

Came here for buka puasa with colleagues, food selection is adequate, but need to come early . Got roast lamb n pizza along with local delights.

They can celebrate your birthday and provide preorder sweet delicious cake. 😁 The service was quite slow but still acceptable. Food were great. Price was okay.
