Café Henrici - Cafe in Zürich (Kreis 2), Switzerland
My fave café I always come here! The food is incredible (the drinks too). The staff is so friendly & the vibe in/outside is gorgeous!!
Great start to the morning, you may need to book in advance or visit early in the morning.
Very good coffee, delicious bagels, friendly and competent staff
Had an excellent time here for a late night dinner and drinks. The mulled wine was delicious and we had an incredibly wonderful server who gave us all the insight into the Swiss food and drinks. Great place!
Lovely service. Good food and juices. Vegan menu 👍
This is a great location, great staff BUT the food is just bad unfortunately. The avocado I received had gone bad, the eggs were tell oily and the bread was just ok. Ill still go for the atmosphere but get only a coffee
A friendly and cozy place to enjoy your coffee, drink or food. The waiters are excellent and very polite. I totally recommend!
The food is amazing! Coffee is great! Atmosphere is also wonderful with helpful and very kind staff! It turned out to be my favorite place to eat during my stay in Zurich! Thank you Café Henrici!!!
Perfect location in the old town, we tried coffees and desserts all was amazing plus the great service
The worse service in town!! The waiters seem to be doing anything but serving the food. Food quality is so so not worth the price
Little gem in the heart of Zurich. Great ambient with a cozy rustic space and very good service. The mimosa was great. So was their signature Henrici brunch - the dark bread and the sour yogurt were to die for!
Lovely place, great informative staff (thanks for the vodka myracuja recommendation: delicious!and FABULOUS Flammkuchen.
Polite and friendly. Bustling atmosphere as quite busy and good location but the food was incredibly bland is all. Helpful service
Great food! Not so many choices but what they have is nice
The staff is extremely kind. This is what a coffee shop was always meant to beTry the ‘Red Cool’. You won’t regret it.
The best açaí bowl I’ve had anywhere, every time i order it anywhere else I always think of this first
Great place for a chill afternoon or evening.sadly we had to ask three people from staff to get our drinks but still, really nice there.
Great place for vegan people and not only:food is tasty and staff is very friendly and welcoming.
In the center of Zürich, Henrici is a great solution for brunch and lunch. The food is great, healthy and tasty, and the staff is really friendly.
I really liked the place. We had a dinner there on the small tables. Its casual. The music was low tempo hip-hop and reggae. The waiters were very friendly. The terrace doesnt get the music but its nice and quiet with only pedestrian traffic. The food is affordable (20 CHF for the flammekueche, same for salads, 9.5 for a quiche, 10.5 for hummusand really easy to share. Cocktails cost 16 CHF, weissbier 9.I will definitely come back here with my family or my friends.
Decent breakfast place, one of the few that opens early in this part of Zurich. The rye bread has a nice crusty layer that is sublime to chew on. The coffee was alright. A lot of retirees visit this place in the mornings, reading the newspaper, chatting about, enjoying the break of day. Say hello to them if you can.
On a beautiful summer day this was a perfect spot to sit outside and enjoy fabulous coffee.
Lovely staff who actually love his joy and are contagiously jolly, you gotta appreciate this. The Açaí Bowl was delicious, would ask for extra mint leaves next time to boost the energy on a hot summer day!
The best coffee shop in the so-called Niederdorf and the best idea against Starbucks ... Try the warm goat cheese with salad and an excellent dressing.
Comfortable corner in the city, nice ☕️ and 🥐 ,as well as friendly and handsome staff…
Great location in the center of Niederdorf, the old town from Zürich.Very viby with a great out door terrace.Crowded on weekend for brunch, so take your time and be patient. But it’s great and worth it.
Great place for all-day breakfast and lunch. The "flammkuchen" are delicious, as is the açai bowl, although its stretched a bit too much with banana. The interior feels suffocating, but the terrace overlooking a nice square in Niederdorf is very pleasant (if the weathers nice). Prices are okay for Zurich; my partner and I paid 50 francs for a filling meal. Recommended!
Cute, chic cafe serving hot and cold breakfasts
Cozy place. Perfect to eat something, a coffee or a drink. The staff is very nice too.
Very kind staff. Food was amazing. A bit limited but their pumpkin soup was a much needed hug from the cold
Cosy sitting , friendly well English speaking stuff .Barista put some Love into My cappuccino. ☕️ ❤️ Merci 🙏🏽 for thisPrices - well it’s Switzerland 🇨🇭 🙈 you should never check what this country did for your bank account 😅
Great breakfast and one of our favorite meals in Zurich! Staff was friendly and the atmosphere was very inviting.
Had a beautiful Saturday breakfast here. The food was great, but the coffee was fantastic. Staff was friendly and helpful.
Really enjoyed breakfast here. Had the spinach quiche and flat white. The croissant with chocolate is a must try!
Very cosy place.Love the atmosphere and the coffee.Overall the service and the food are good. However it is freezing cold inside. We changed table a couple of times with no improvement. 🥶
Great coffee, tasty pastel de nata and friendly staff in a honey atmosphere what do you want more on a rainy day?A selection of newspapers and magazines keep you entertained while your partner is shopping in the picturesque oldrown streets.
Excellent coffee and breakfast options. Nice environment and friendly service. It gets very busy on the weekends.
This is not a all vegan restaurant. But they have vegan dishes. Pizza is so good
A class of its own. Their espresso roast exhibits both sweetness and boldness, quite unique. The cappuccino had a swan. Friendly staff. They let me in prior to the opening hours. Rare in Zürich.
Busy Caffè in the most commercial street of Zurich "alt" old city. Young and hipster folks here as also the coffè offer and dessert. I liked the simplicity of a coffee on top of Vanille ice cream ball. For sure is not hand made ice cream and blabla bla but its perfect for a stop and go or to have a chat with a friend.maybe is a bit expensive, but this is Zurich my friend.
A beautiful cafe with good decoration for young and older customers in the center of Zurich. Try the hot chocolate, its delicious. A problem is that they dont accept payments with cards if the order is less than 30chf
The Cafe is delicious, if not slightly on the pricy side. I always come with a group of co-workers at around 9am, seeing as we all absolutely adore the coffee and croissants served there. While staff is very competent, friendly, and generally good, there are some which are just beyond negative. That is the only reason why I am not giving 5 stars.I am ok with the price, seeing as the quality is splendid.
Nitro brew coffee and a delicious yoghurt bowl with berries and full fat natural yoghurt. This café knows how to serve breakfast. A cozy and relaxing atmosphere both indoors and out this is a great place to enjoy a slow morning reading a book or people watching.
Very laid-back place, that doesnt offer much more in terms of food than flammkuchen. Those are pretty good, though. So stop by if you like those and/or reggae music.
Cute cafe! Breakfast is delicious and the coffee is great. Vegetarian and vegan options available!
Great, quiet place for a very very good cafe latte or any special coffee drink as well as a beer to take a break from walking around. Good location too. Out of the sun.
Best hot chocolate of my life (with Baileys!the chocolate cake and apple strudel were also ground breaking. Also really hip venue with English speaking staff. Would recommend - number one dessert venue in old town! 🤤
Lovely little gem in the middle of Niederdorf, with fabulous food, amazing coffee and super friendly staff. Lots of languages spoken here and its a great location for a cozy coffee with friends. The flammkuchen is to die for!
This seems like a place you could go at any time throughout the day and have a great coffee and snack. We went for breakfast and it was divine! So relaxing, the service was very helpful, and the food was perfect. I highly recommend.
Went for the cafe con panna (espresso with creamas reviews said coffee here is good, found it over bitter :( Not much gluten free food selection for breakfast, they made me the yoghurt bowl with no museli which was fresh and yummy but bit plain unfortunately. Service and vibe is friendly and relaxed.
