Café Dalida - Bar restaurant furniture store in Taipei, Taiwan
Great drag shows.
Cafe Dalida lets you enjoy some of the best cocktails in town, under a lush forest of green plants.
Great place, great service.
Great atmosphere but terrible and expensive cocktails. The worst cocktails I have tried in taipei.Just order bottled beer if you plan to go to this place. AND if you buy the beer promo, it must be a promo PER PERSON, you cannot buy 3 beers and share with others because of min charge per person.
Best gay bar in Taipei. Friendly staff and reasonable priced drinks.
Made reservation for 6 people the day before for a friend’s birthday. Got there on time. Was told that they have no more seats. You fixxking kidding me? No apologies from any staff. No thanks. We’ll spend our money else where. Never again.
Rude service. Expensive drinks. Minimum spending or they will kick you out even if you havent finished your drink.
Love this place! Best place in the red house area and one of the few places in Taipei that features drag shows regularly. Drinks are very good, and they dont skimp on the alcohol. Easy place to meet friends, and the owner and wait staff are like family. It gets crowded on the weekends, so reserve your table in advance.
I like the view !But drinks are not that expected !
Good cocktails and nice location but a bit expensive (about 10€ for a mojito).
Best drag shows in Taipei (every Friday and Saturday - sometimes in Chinese only, check ahead). Friendly atmosphere, fairly priced drinks (for Taipei). You’ll NEED to book ahead if you want a table on the weekend.
Careless and rude staffs.Cheap place for ones with cheap taste
So bad service. 4 times repeating the order to the waiter. Nice ambiente bad so bad service. Nice is that the customers are funny and make the time shorter.
Great atmosphere. Friendly people. Attentive staff and they make good cocktails.Met few super friendly locals and we felt the warm hospitality.
Open space full of plants and great drinks. It stands out in an area full of little similar bars.
A nice place to people watch and have a drink. Although a bit of a smoker location with the smokers and hooka bar next door.
Out of the many open-air bars on "Red House Square" this is one of the most popular ones.
Really friendly bar staff, great drinks and nice atmosphere in a beer garden style layout. They occasionally host events and the bar is a great launchpad for exploring the gay scene of Taipei.
[English speaking staff and menu] Though this is a bar in the LGBT nightlife community, its a great place to hangout for all genders. Staff is super friendly and can speak English really well. The decorations are quite cozy. Would recommend as a place for a date ;We re in Taipei for 5 nights and we came here every night. Drinks promotion was a good as well. Recommend to hangout when in Taipei.
Great vibe. Friendly staff. Excellent cocktails.
Nice atmosphere and they serve Jameson !!
Best half outdoor gay bar in Taipei. Exotic decoration, cute bartenders, fun music, awesome service and drag show on wkend. And you can order local street food if you are hungry!! I wanna come here every wkend!!! So much fun here!!! You cannot miss this awesome gay bar when you visiting Taipei! Love ! Love!! Love!!! ❤️
Literally my favourite bar in the world. Relaxed atmosphere, music just loud enough to hear but not too loud to drown out the conversation, friendly and accommodating staff, great drink selection - come with friends or by yourself - Dalida is the best.
Cool and fun place to hang out with friends. Its lively at night time with cheap beer and good service.
A small bar located nearby the Red House, which is home to the LGBT community in Taipei. Ive been around the area about 3 times in total, and visited this particular bar twice (once during a friend’s birthday and the other time during the Gay Pride Parade). It can definitely get crowded during the weekend, esp evenings so be aware of that! The area can get quite crowded so if youre sort of claustrophobic, then maybe coming here isnt the best (however, Im okay with it since Im used to small places in Taipei!).Its a good place to hang out with friends and have a drink, though it does get loud! Seats are outdoors but under a cover. I believe theres a special on certain beers so ask one of the servers or check it out on the menu.
One of the waiters( the long hair oneis extremely rude especially towards locals
One of my favorite bars in Taipei, they have nice cocktails and great environment there outside to enjoy the night with friends.
I love Dalida. Unless Im seeking an all you can drink kind of night, this is the best bar on the strip. I frequent their event on Friday nights and the staff is fantastic, even when theyre totally slammed with customers. I recommend the Purple Rain or the Dalida Tea. Shout out to Bella! Great bartender and waitress.
3 Leo beers for 240ntd its really cheap and the place is really cool! People are nice and you always meet a lot of people!
Disgusting service. Me and two other friends came to have a drink and they wouldn’t let us sit in a table for 4 despite the bar being 90% empty. They said they were saving it for a bigger crowd. Seriously?
My husband and I went with our friend to have some drinks and relax. We were treated very horribly by the server and staff. They were keeping empty tables empty and would not allow us to use a chair with a back. It was raining and not even busy. What a shame. I would not recommend this place at all especially since the other bars around there were more than accommodating. Absolutely horrible service and we took our money elsewhere to have our drinks and relax.
Nice drink n people...lovely bar in Taipei!
The drink prices are expensive, even coming from the USA. Yet, if you get thier specially cocktails they are worth it. This is by far the place where everyone goes in the Red House area, you will probably run into people you know and can strike up a conversation with any strangers and theyre all friendly. Even on a cool rainy winter night its cozy with a covered patio and heaters turned on. You can go and be comfortable any time.
Ok bar in a busy neighborhood. Friendly service, but you get better cocktails at better prices many other places in the city.
Nice place to drink and relax, and the staff is extremely kind!
Best cocktails, best service best value for money!!! I’m always down for drinks and chats with friends in this lush and beautifully decorated bar.
Nice place!! We will come back again! Thx for service us
Great drinks and great music, love the environment, nice staff.
Best bar in the red house area I guess... because the ambient is quiet green tropical arranged, prices are the same as everywhere else there. (Taiwan is a great place on earth!!!)
Awesomely friendly (and very attractivestaff, delicious drinks and a lovely atmosphere
Poor. Drinks are pretty much the same price within the area. They have this buy 5 get 1 beer promo but you cannot share it to with your friends. We are 14 people in our group but they didnt want to adjust the tables. Music is poor. Better service and more worth for your money in other bars nearby.
I thought it is a great place to drink. Guess I am not a person who needs the fantastic service quality when not in the 5 star hotel or the luxurious restaurant.
Not LGBT but didnt matter. Nice outdoor seating area and the service was generally good.
Was looking forward to experiencing a bit of the LGBT community in Taipei- while this area was great, Cafe Dalida was awful. Waited 40 minutes for drinks that never came, despite asking twice. Staff were rude and awful. Check out other bars in the area instead.
Dont come here: I had been coming here for 2 years on occasion, and have ordered the beer special with my friends (buy 2 get 1 freebut tonight informed that I cant share. Generally we order beers and cocktails as other friends join us but this will cease immediately as Ive spread the word of this poorly thought policy.Dalida: no more.
Best service in the whole red brick wall strip. English service and wide variety to choose from.
Best place ever to hang out and meet travelers! Staff speak good English and they are all helpful! Good drinks and shots! Not to mention the weekends for dancing like crazy! I totally recommend it!
Great drinks and great English speaking staff. No food, but if you do have the munchies ask the staff and theyll bring you a food menu from a neighboring bar and order for you to have it delivered! Also usually opened the latest of all the bars along the strip.
A nice place in Xien honglou. They have many kinds of mojito on theri menu. And they charge before you get the drinks, which is rare on this street. Most foreigners hang out at this place, traditionally.
The most well known gay bar in Red house area for foreigners. Very chill ambience.
