Cafe Congreso in Plaridel

Chill vibes for for good chat with friends over coffee. They have a lot of food options to choose from. From all-day breakfast, pastas, doughnuts to rice meals. The place is also clean and well-maintained.

Design concept was inspired by The Budapest Hotel.We tried their Hazelnut Latte and Cold brew Spanish latte which were both good.Rice meals are also good if you want a heavy meal.In terms of pastries or desserts, we only tried their donuts which were okay. Quite sweet for my taste

Ambiance is good, slightly can smell the kitchen from the dining but its not that bad. The food and coffee is a must try! Ill definitely go back

Easy to find. Coffee tastes good👍👍 bitin lang yung size ng hot drink nila, fish and chips good for 4 👍👍 good for barkada sharing up to 6. Fries 👍👍 mapapaulit ka.

Nice place to hang out with friends after a long hours of studying in school. Their Macha is one of the best flavors. Legit Matcha :Cozy, Relaxing and very artistic designs.

This place is cozy, and I love the ambiance in here. Maybe because of the lively color of the walls. I specifically ordered baked ziti and it was great.

Colorful lively place. Their foods are also delicious. However if their food is supposed to be salty, they made it sure that its really salty. Hahaha! They also only got a few parking space for their customers which may be a downside especially they are also located along a busy and usually traffic jam packed road. But Ill still get back to try their other dishes. 👍

Price is justifiable given the quality of the food and drinks that they serve. The ambiance of the place is Instagram-worthy. The staffs are attentive to all customers requests. It is definitely worth many visits.

The place is very nice and all of the staff is very accommodating.

Some items in the menu were not available. They have limited choices for pastries. A good cozy place to study and hangout with friends.

Disappointed that we came from Marikina to yty the place but everything we ordered first are of stock

Compared to when I first visited, their menu has grown to include more meals and blended drinks. The blended mocha was pleasant and Id have more next time. The pasta and pizza are also great choices. Wedges are a must. May visit this place more but the mobile signal inside the place is abyssmal and you wont get 4g. Youd have to settle with their complimentary wifi shared with other guests in their network.
