Cafe Bhonsle - Seafood restaurant in Panaji, India
Good food. Great ambience. Accessible for wheelchair users
Only north Indian dishes are availablePeople from south dont consider this restaurant
Awesome place to have snacks and goan authentic food. Had food twice in the span of two days. They have restaurants at multiple locations in Goa
Best eatery in Panaji, n coming here from five decades same authentic Goan BF, taste and quick service
The must visit breakfast place in Goa. Dont miss it if youd like to dine like the locals. Their quick and efficient service stands out. Prices are reasonable.
Meals is good and too filling. Samosa is great. Mirchi is okay. Doesnt feel bad on tummy after eating. Reasonable veg food.
Excellent Restaurants, during my goa trip we have taken lunch. Food was tasty, service and ambience is excellent. rates is very reasonable.
Good pure vegetarian food. Snacks are too good specially mirchi bhajji n khandha bhajji.
Great place for veg food. Also, their buns are the best Ive ever had💯💯
Good food. A little tiny but with enough space...
As always, ......in the past 20years that I have been visiting.....love eating here
This is one of the oldest pure veg restaurant in Panjim, Goa.I tried some local Goan dishes which are really tasty. Prices are so affordable that almost every item cost less than INR 100.I tried, Mushroom Xacuti, Puro, Sweet Bun, Tomato Bhaji, Chana Masala Bhaji, Salad Mix, Alasana, Goan Samosa, Kokam Soda, etc. They have timings so be sure to check before going. They close lunch around 2-2:30pm. After that only Snacks will be served.
Amazing place for Goan breakfast and snacks. Loved the Bhaji , Paav , Buns, bread and Bhaji Paav. Also the Goan samosa is worth the mention. The place is totally crowded and serves only Vegetarian Food. Super fast service and the price is very affordable, a good place for quick breakfast snacks and cheap eats.
Pick Special tea over normal tea. Batatawada and Puri bhaji. Amazing for snacks.
Delicious snacks, quick and smiling service, great Tea Glass with Bun Maska, must try
Be prepared to wait before you find a seat. You might have to share your table with other customersThe food is authentic good .
Excellent place to have traditional veg Goan snacks, I tried -1. Buns- 9, made of sweet savory mix flour mashed with bananas and deep fried like a puri, complements tea!2. Pav with suki+patal bhaji- 8, bhaji is made of potatoes and coconut Curry. Simple and homely3. Mirchi fry- 9, spicy with a zing, we call it khamang in marathi4. Alsane bhaji-9 , unique curry preparation of local beans, looks like rajma but tastes very different. Easy on your palette and stomach. Goes well with puri. All above costed 250 Rs.They close at 8 pm, breakfast is best time to visit, also serve lunch thali.Have a separate AC hall.Cell reception is poor once inside.Overall strongly recommended ☕️
Its been more than 3 decades that we have been visiting Cafe Bhosle. Except Ambiance nothing has changed. Still crowded The mushroom mix bhaji with pav is my favourite. I also absolutely adore Goan Samosa and Buns.Note - Closed on all public holidays and Sundays open only till 12pm
Best place for breakfast
Amazing location and vibe. Food choices are limited but great quality. Go there at the sunset and enjoy the mesmerizing view with a drink.
One of the popular places for Breakfast in panjim but 80% of items from the menu was unavailable when i visited
Ordered some Goan buns, mirchi bajji and Goan samosa. Liked the Goan samosa. It was unique. Coffee is instant mix and not a filter coffee.
Good homely food and easy on the pocket. Enjoy a breakfast when you are in Panjim
Coming here after years, but the bhaji still tastes the same! Great memories at this restaurant and a must visit to enjoy authentic Goan breakfast. Come early though, cos post 10am everything is nearly finished.
It’s always a great experience to visit Cafe Bhonsle, all time favourite for Authentic Goan Breakfast
One of the best places to have a post lunch or lunch or evening snack. Best mirchi bhajji. Loved the kurma sabzi with pav. And alu tamatar with pav. Great nimbu pani. Excellent bathroom. Very clean. Lady cleaning the bathroom also very aware of hygiene. Public Parking around the hotel. Good adrak tea.
We tried Uttapam and Mysore Masala Dosa. Both could have been better. Tea was good. We have had better south Indian so this was not upto the mark. They are located at a good location and service is quick. Also price is nominal.
A wonderful restaurant, well maintained and the food served is excellent, it started off as a small restaurant serving snacks and beverages but have expanded with an air conditioned space for better comfort. They also have separate restaurants serving vegetarian and non-vegetarian lunch and dinners just close to this outlet. Remains busy during morning, afternoon and evenings, sometimes difficult to get a space even for a single person.
Must visit. Best buns in Goa. Nice Suki bhaji. Quick service. One of the best authentic Goan cafe.
I love this place since my medical school. I always liked it and still like it. It is my favorite place in panajim.
The mushroom bhaji, buns, and mirchi bhajji are a must try here! Do ask them to make the buns ‘kadak’, if you like it a little crispy. Wash it all down with their amazing tea!
One of the best places for breakfast in goa..bhaji and buns and their samosas with chutney is highly recommended❤👍
Lovely place for quick bites, goan breakfast. A clean and hygienically maintained cafe. Very old but beautifully maintained. Very cooperative satff and owner Milind and Bholu. Delicious usad bhaji, salad, and other varieties, chapatis and buns are like homely prepared with love and care. Affordable and in city eat out.

Great place for goan breakfast
Best Mirchi Pav and bhaji Pav. Every dish served here is delicious. The restaurant is always squeaky clean and the service cannot be more quicker. The staff is always smiling and courteous. Its a must visit whenever I am in Panjim.
Best place to have authentic goan breakfast in panjim. Do try various bhaji with pao or puris.Goan samosa and mirchi bhaja.
Beautiful place ....samosa,Mirchi baji and Tea is too good.Must Try
This place serves good puri bhaji., good place for chai, they also serve good food on top . Fantastic menu , Ac & non Ac very friendly Owners . Also very well maintained by all standards at a reasonably price.
Really good place, nice veg food.Service is good.We ordered puri bhaji, samosa, dosa, uttapa, etc...Will visit again, always on the list now onwards
Cafe bhosle is one of th oldest Goan Cafes serving Goan breakfast snacks through out the day. The quality is not very consistent these days. The samosa which used to be good wasnt that great last time. The service is quick.
Best place for authentic Goan breakfast
Place that lost its essenceAsked for the authentic patal-mix bhaji - UnavailableAsked for michi with chatni - chatni unavailableBread - ColdMy advice if you dont have whats on the menu at 6PM and want to just finish whats left for the day. Its fine to close the hotel prior time.
Pure vegetarian hotel !!Loved the foodNice ambience
Cafe Bhosale is pure vegetarian restaurant with budget friendly menu. They serve North Indian food items. They have AC and Non AC seating arrangements with different menus.Food is good and hygienic undoubtedly but service is slow.Hospitality wise they need to work. They dont serve food properly and takes time to serve every single dish.We tried Thali, paneer paratha, makhan peda and Mirchi plate.Paneer paratha was tasty n full of fillings.Rest items were okay in taste.Thali had enough quantity for one person. Serves roti, dal, rice, veggies, soulkadi and curd.
The food was bland. Bring your own spices, sugar and salt. The Goan samosa they offer was pathetic. The basic beverage that is tea there was worse or was it the Buns? To put it in Marathi थुकीची पण चव नाही.
Great place for goan breakfast! The suki bhaaji and mix bhaaji pav were great! The samosas were nice too. The buns were fresh!
food was good for the prices.pav bhaji was good and must try.thali was okay not up to the mark.service is so fast he bought soup, thali and pav bhaji at a time.so we had to switch between having soup and thali and pav bhaji to have them hot.they also have dessert options which are served fresh.4 stars to the food they provide at reasonable prices.the place was clean. One of the best vegetarian option you can try near by.
The perfect place for your Morning Tea or Evening Snack.Recommend - Buns, Mirchi and Punjabi Samosa.
In the evening time one must order -Tea, Mirchi, Mix bhaji and pav, and buns.😋This can be eaten as a dinner also😁Here we get the real goan veg food taste. There is more demand for Goan pav phaji, mirchi, samosa, wada pav etc.The taste of food is too yummy, too tasty and too good.In the evening time people specially go to this hotel for having tea and coffee.Along with it mostly people order buns which are good in taste and large in size also.So do visit this hotel and enjoy your food.😋
