✂︎┈┈┈┈┈┈お店の情報┈┈┈┈┈┈▪️店名 【Cafe Bach】▪️場所東京都台東区日本堤1-23-9▪️最寄り駅東京メトロ南千住駅から徒歩約10分▪️営業時間10:00～19:00(L.O.18:45)▪️定休日金曜・第2火曜▪️評価食べログ3.73（2022年9月時点）食べログ喫茶店百名店（2021）✂︎┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈喫茶店百名店巡りも終盤に突入。この日は珈琲四天王とも呼ばれるこちらのお店へ。（他の口コミを見ると、沖縄サミットで各国首脳に珈琲を提供したこともあるらしい）月曜日16時45分頃訪問。平日の為すぐに入る事ができました。✂︎┈┈┈┈┈┈注文したもの┈┈┈┈┈┈☑︎ バッハブレンド @ 650✂︎┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈クラシックな内装の静かな店内は34席。女性の店員さんが指揮を取り、無駄ないオペレーションにて数分で珈琲が提供。焙煎の豊かな香りアタックはアメリカンかと思うくらい澄んでいて優しめ。ややとろみがある珈琲からは爽やかな酸味を感じ、仄かな渋みとともに心地の良い余韻が鼻から突き出ていきます。香りの広がりに対して濃いかと思いきや、バランス感覚に優れた洗練された味わいのブレンド珈琲はとても興味深い1杯でした！珈琲自体かなり種類が豊富な為今度デザートなどと共に頂きに伺いに行きたいです。ごちそうさまでした！

店内、綺麗で静かな雰囲気です．又、店内の写真はNGでした．ただし、頼んだ飲み物などは、OKだそうなので、カウンター席が6席くらい後テーブル席が4人掛けと2人掛けが少しお客さんは昼過ぎなのに、絶え間なき来ていた．　流石有名店って感じ。ブレンドは、スッキリ飲みやすい。BLACKがおすすめです。^_^ドリップで一人前ずつ落としていたカウンターの棚には、豆がズラリと、ストレートの好きな貴方は、スタッフさんに聞いて、選んでもらった方がいいかな．スタッフさんは黙々ととドリップコーヒー落としていました、お疲れ様です．

食いしん坊弁護士のご飯記録【インスタ】joy_sound 【食べログ】_Chrome_ーーーーーーーーーーーーー【日曜日夜】東京珈琲四天王のCafe Bach！！南千住にあるCafe Bachさん。食べログの喫茶店百名店にも掲載されており、東京珈琲四天王の一つです。ちなみに他の四天王は、吉祥寺のもか亀戸のコーヒー道場 侍銀座のカフェ・ド・ランブルです。日曜日の18時頃に訪問。店内にはチラホラ他のお客さん。パナマ・ドンパチ ゲイシャ ナチュラル(1,320円)チョコレートケーキ(600円)をオーダー。メニュー豊富で、選ぶのが大変です！ゲイシャはとてもフルーティーで美味しかったです。チョコレートケーキは超濃厚。でもくどすぎない甘さでこれも美味しい。店内の雰囲気も良く、とても居心地良かったです。ご馳走様でした！

If youre in need of an amazing coffee, this is the place to go. Sit down at the counter and watch them handfiltering you your wishes from a large selection of coffees. I had three different coffees and all of them were amazing.The Menue contains some English/German names but is mostly Japanese. However, they have a waiter who speak very good English and happily and patiently explains all hues of beans if asked.So yes, great place. Only, they dont have many cakes which is a shame. But Ill happily come back if I get the chance.

Their coffee is excellent. The menu is extensive and it lays out the coffee by roast level from dark at the top to light at the bottom. The cafe roasts their own coffee and people far and near come here to enjoy it. One possible drawback is that the smoking is allowed inside. Surrounded by flophouse hotels, this shop gives an interesting contrast to this doya-gai district.

Rude staff and extreme prices.

A coffee shop with elegant interior design. Clerks speak good English, which helps a lot when in need of recommendations. Geisha was sublime. Limited options for cold coffee, probably three. One of them, the honey coffee, was a bit disappointing coz it was bland. Cakes and cookies are tasty. Overall, it is worth a visit. Photos are only allowed in your own table. A bit far from the nearest subway station.

The coffee here is amazing, especially if youve resigned yourself to drinking the canned stuff. The coffee menu is quite extensive, especially if you like black or artisan coffee, and the service/vibe of the place is fantastic. From the looks of things they roast their own beans on site, and having had both pour over and Turkish I can confirm that the coffee is well worth the money.A warning, the Cafe is heavily classical music themed, with classical music running 24/7. Not for those who prefer rock 😜

The coffee here is remarkable! Definitely worth trying their Hot Mocha Java. Their toast here is lovely as well! It compliments very well with the coffee. Pleasent environment ! Definitely a retro Japanese cafe!

Delicious coffees, going from pp to ff

This is definitely a go to place for coffee geeks when they traveled to Tokyo! I have read several books about Cafe Bach from Mr. Taguchi Mmoru, I finally got to this place.The cafe itself is located quite far away from any subway stations but you can catch a bus from Asakusa. There are few different types of coffee drink you can choose from the menus but I will strongly recommend the drip coffee with different blends and single origin beans!!The service were definitely on top of the game and the coffee were fantastic I would love to come again next time when I visit Tokyo!!!

Cannot complain a long, 30mins or so?, waiting time outside the entrance if you know what you can enjoy inside. Superb selection of coffee and freshly made cakes within polite and well trained service. Reservation is recommended on weekends unless going on a stormy day.

A famous coffee shop in the area. Have a large range of selection, including more than 15 types of single blend, various way for coffee making. A very comfortable setting with Bach music in the background. A bit commercial compared some of the other old traditional coffee in Japan, but definitely recommended!

The existence of such a café in the neighborhood is in itself a surprise. Way better prepared and served coffee than in most of trendy café. The staff works here to study what is real coffee from a famous master.Order yours from a wide range of beans and also treat yourself one of the delicious cookies or pastries.

The coffee here is the best Ive ever had.

A small, quiet coffee shop that has a wide variety of coffee and espresso from around the world. Classical music and hardwood furniture contribute to the atmosphere, just be aware that smoking is permitted inside.

Good coffee in a nice atmosphere. The staff was lovely and attentive. I forgot something and the waitress ran to blocks to catch me ^^Important to note: Pastries are not mentioned in the menu, but worth checking out at the till. As it is Japan, you can smoke in there, just a heads up!
