Great food, great service at a reasonable price!

Fresh food. We ordered in advance for pickup but ate at restaurant.

Staff was super friendly however , It seems that There is a cook in back not a Chef. I ordered fish-and-chips and got a fish burrito. Not one of my party enjoyed their food. Its really hard to mess up enchiladas but they did basically catch up sauce .

We had a party of 25 tonight and we were treated like kings all evening. Food and service was well above great, but it was the service that led me to leave 5 stars. Well done Cactus Cantina, well done.

Nice place to have steak, fajitas. Kind of outdated and boring interior but fajitas steak is outstanding. We have fajitas for 2 but the porsion is too big for both of us.My son order Big Daddy`s burger, it is not his faborite. It is big, delicious but it is cold sandwich.Overall, the sevice is good, friendly staff, plenty of parking space and outdoor dining is available.

Im giving this place a middle of the road rating ....I will tell you why.We went there wanting Mexican food as the name implies ...I read the fajitas were good ....wrong! I n knew the minute I tasted the stale chips and the canned salsa we mad a mistakeProbably the worst ever bland tasteless rice and beans although the steak was edible the shrimp were overcooked rubber and the veggies burned and soaking in a pool of grease...this place isnt somewhere for Mexican....I will say we made a mistake because we were set on Mexican....now this place is a steak and seafood house ....and I saw many offerings go by our table that loomed fantastic like the prime rib and lobster at the same cove price of 40 bucks as the fajitas....so the moral of this story is skip the Mexican at this place and go for the steak and seafood you will find better value and enjoy you mealWe had two margaritas and the fajitas for two and it was 80 bucks I am including some pictures of the fajitas

Ordered chicken and steak fajitas, steak was hard, rough to chew, barely any chicken and way too many onions. The plate had way more onions than anything.

Always consistent with our orders. Nice big location. Has a good diverse menu. Better than any chain restaurant for sure.Hasnt been good the last two times we went. Wasnt worth the money. Food tasted like leftovers heated up in the microwave.

Cactus Cantina is consistently great. Food variety is excellent across the board from American to Mexican. Prices are reasonable. The best part is the outstanding staff. Always friendly and courteous and efficient. This is our favorite family restaurant. Make it yours.

The meal was good but heres the thing. As our group of 7 walked in for lunch the young lady greeted us right away. She made sure we had menus, flatware, and water until our waitress came over. But the whole time she had her purse with her. Her shift was over 10 minutes ago but she took the time to make sure we were taken care of and she said she was happy to do it and that they all help each other out. It was refreshing to see. Try the crispy shredded beef tacos 👍

My favorite place to take my family to eat. The staff is always super friendly and the owner is always walking around and greeting her guests. And food just great.Superman

The plates are very big perfect medium. I do wish they had black pepper on the side. The steak is big. Lots of rice and vegetables. Then the carne asada tacos are good too but one tortilla in each taco. May fall apart but it is juice. They did put alot of rice and beans as well. I would be okay if they put less. But if your very hungry this is the place to go.

Great place to eat and relax, the food was AWESOME, my steak was well done and STILL juicy and my pina colada was bomb. My husbands long island was huge and his ribs were falling off the bone. Waitress was super nice and attentive.

Very happy with this place, tho I have to admit that I avoided it for many years, when I had a not so great experience back then.But when I heard they were standing up for their constitutional rights during the pandemic, + family owned & operated, we decided to give them another chance. And so glad we did!Weve now visited more than half a dozen times and plan to keep coming back!My favorite dish by far has been the filet medallions. I usually order it from the "lighter side" menu which only comes with one side but then I also add on the side salad. My husband likes their Mexican food in which I have to say their chips & salsa are VERY good AND fresh as well! We have the best of both worlds when we eat here. Plus weve noticed that their employees are usually happy and polite. We had very quick service the other night when we got there right before 6:00 p.m. everything turned out excellent! Our server, Taylor was very sweet, happy worker & attentive to our table.

Good food, drinks, and atmosphere. My waiter, Jacob, was very nice. He checked back just when we need items. It was a fun place.

The food was good, the service was good but we waited so long for our food that I just put it in a Togo container.

An easy option when you have no idea what to eat. They have big variety and good margaritas. The staff is always really nice too!

I have been coming here regularly for awhile. Elena & the crew here have gone above & beyond to offer excellent customer service. I have always felt welcome after a long shift & my meal is deliciously made every time. Thanks Cactus Cantina, I appreciate you all!!

Our server, Samantha, was terrific. She kept her cool and cheerful attitude throughout the entire meeting time.

The only reason why I gave a 4 is because sometimes the drinks are to strong and sometimes the food isnt as good when they change cooks; however, the ambiance of this place is great. It is a perfect restaurant for a date night.The staff is very warm, friendly, and welcoming. Its mostly quiet and, it has a very friendly atmosphere when you walk in.We love the place.You have got to check it out for yourself; you will not be disappointed.

This place is always busy starting Friday. Get there early for their prime rib special. Everyone one is alway happy and the food is real good.

The place was packed and the food for the most part was also great. We had the mixed Fajitas and added shrimp. Its not worth adding shrimp we found out because they only give you 4. The Shrimp Alfredo was very good with lots of big shrimp. The Prime Rib was cooked perfectly and the dinner salad was a big portion. The only thing we didnt care for was the Albondiga soup. Although the meatballs were good the broth tasted like they had added a lot of water to it and literally tasted like water with bland carrots and celery.

The service was excellent. The food was very bland .Ordered a $ 19. Taco / tostada salad had to request hamburger taco meat that had no flavor

Cactus Cantina is now one of our favorite places to visit now since weve discovered it.Excellent food, great place to meet up with friends or even just sit at the bar and have a few drinks

Booked a reservation for a large party. The owner was kind and more than helpful. Her staff was great and the food was delicious, the restaurant was clean and inviting. I highly recommend this spot.Thank you Gloria for your kindness and attention to detail.

It was pretty good. I was expecting all Mexican food but they have a little bit of everything. I had a patty melt for the first time in decades and it was delicious. Free chips and salsa too!

We sat at bar, Bartender was AWESOME!! She was the only one at bar and she handled hers, she kept with her customers and the rest of the restaurant. Drinks were awesome!

Food was really tasty with good size portions. The mixed drinks were very balanced with right amount of alcohol. The service was excellent! They followed up and made sure all aspects of our visit there was exceptional. I definitely recommend this establishment.

Had a large party, they accommodated us with no question. We had 1 server and she was amazing completely on point as was the food. No complaints .

Food was not very good. I had cheese enchiladas with beans and rice. The rice was flavorless. The beans were bland and watery. I had to fill up on chips and salsa, I only had a few bites of my meal, and couldnt finish it. We had mozzarella sticks as an appetizer, they were pretty good. I am only giving 2 stars because the service was great, the staff was really friendly and attentive. I will not be returning.

Had a wonderful and simple breakfast. The ambiance was inviting with 70s classic music coming out of an incredible sound system. Staff was genuinely kind. We could have stayed there for hours!

We went to here to celebrate a little birthday, the place was packed but they sat us immediately, all of the staff was very friendly and very courteous and definitely polite, they had very good drinks and the food was pretty good too, it was a little pricey but definitely worth it. Eat local, shop local, spend local.

Bartender/Server was excellent! Went to watch Sunday night football and all the screens had the game but no sound! The Mgmt would not switch the music because of other diners! Wow... hard to watch the game even though we enjoyed our food and. Now we know not a sports watching venue!! ...but then why all the TVs!!

Great place. Well run bustling with action sports all around and loaded with energy. Prime rib was very good and cobsalid a plenty. Potato was perfect and Stella and Margies just made all our day. This place is alive and on fire and we enjoyed it thoroughly. Good job!

We arrived about 7:15 on a Friday night for dinner and only waited about 10 minutes to sit down. The waitress brought chips and salsa a couple minutes later. We had to wait about 5 minutes for her to come back to take out order. The food arrived about 10 minutes after that. The ribs I ordered were smoked just right and the meat was very tender. One of my favorite local spots.

I took my kids and my bff here for dinner. Shes from out of state. There was a good amount of food. Waitress was very attentive.I will say the potatoe skins sucked.. my dogs wouldnt eat them..

This place never disappoints. It was very crowded yet they were able to get us in within ten minutes and our food came out fast. The food is large portions and taste delicious. They also have good drinks. I definitely recommend this restaurant.

By chance we went into this establishment for dinner yesterday (6 pmWe had a party of 5..Our server was Jake awesome extremely knowledgeable of Menu, and was spot on, in his knowledge. The Food was absolutely satisfying, delicious, quickly arrived at our table. Our Beverages were constantly filled and were we attended to just right not to much not slack. We (4 )had Medallions (Excellent and perfectly cooked thank you Jake). One had shrimp, everything was amazing..If you are looking for a delicious meal and great service go.

Nice, clean environment. Service was good but slow.Chile Verde burrito was tasty.Beans and rice on were good.Salsa for chips and salsa was COLD..Ground beef enchiladas were beyond salty.Margaritas were good, but was disappointed they didnt serve them in a margarita glass.I really wanted a Cinco de Mayo selfie with a pretty margarita to check-in at the restaurant. Sadly, my margarita wasnt very pretty in regular glass.

We visited yesterday (Monday). We were greeted by a friendly hostess and a very kind waitress. The service was great and so was the food. I had the grilled chicken club sandwich with onion rings and tortilla soup. All were great. The onion rings were tender on the inside and the soup was flavorful and savory. The chicken in the club sandwich was very tender and the thick cut bacon was cooked perfectly. My husband had the steak sandwich (med rareand he said it was perfect. The steak was cooked to order and dipped a bit when eating (as expected).There are many items on the menu so there is a lot of variety.

This place is so good. The atmosphere is just awesome with info of successful people from Riverside. TVS everywhere, clean restaurant, nice employees. Restrooms were clean. Food was PERFECT as well. JUST CHECK MY PICTURES.....

Came here right before our movie and has great appetizers that are decently priced. Good way to drink and hang out before a movie since beer costs close to $8 a cup at the movies. Better off drinking here! Had the nachos which were amazing especially with the carne asada. Wet burrito was really good too! Will recommend to anyone who comes to the area. Wish we wouldve came sooner had we known it was so good before!
