Caccio Pizza & Rotisserie - Italian restaurant in Tijuana, Mexico
Burnt pizza. Ordered the Caccio Cacho which was a pizza with prosciutto. It had canned ham on top… and big slices at that. Absolutely a mess. Absolutely don’t recommend this place. Pepperoni pizza is ok as a kids pizza. Not for adults. The good part was the drinks. But, I’d need 5 strong cocktails to think the pizza was good.
Food was good, prices a bit high, but excelent nonetheless. A go od place to visit for special events.
Excellent Pizza! And the appetizers were wonderful too. Great for vegetarians and meat eaters. I highly recommend!
One of the best restaurants in Tijuana, a must if you are visiting. The napolitan style pizzas are a must here, but overall everything is very tasty.
Delicious food everything was fabulous, great drinks with good variety and something different. Attentive staff. Sergio was great!! Ill be back soon!!
Tasty food, pizzas are very good only reason I gave it 4 stars is the slow service during peak hours, other than that the food and drinks are worth it!
I really like the food and service. However, this place can get very busy and I think the prices are elevated.
Excellent food, great service. Will keep going back for sure 😊
Delicious Restaurant. Very nice set up. Full bar...easy parking ...great service.
Tartufo Pizza is the best of the rest
Almost everything was good. I give it 4 stars because despite the prices being slightly higher than normal due to the location of this restaurant, and the cuisine menu seemingly of high standards, they missed on a crucial part of serving the food: temperature. The pizza was good, the size is a 12" pizza so if you are the kind that likes to get stuffed consider you may have to buy two. The price range is around 500 pesos and above for a pizza, pasta and drinks. They serve typical commercial beer and also some more art craft stuff, you can buy a stout beer so its worth it. Overall it was a good experience but they could surely serve the food warmer.
Service is great, food and wine amazing. The waiter gave us a great selection of wine and he didnt steer us wrong. The prosciutto was 100% with the fresh mozzarella! I ordered the margarita pizza and it was great. The calamari crispy and the sauce they give you it tastes like a Chipotle sauce, you have to order more and use it on your pizza!
Great service. One of, if not, the best pizzas in Tijuana. It’s got a varied Italian menu. I highly recommend trying everything. They have a good selection of wines as well.
They burnt the pizza. I noticed the cook and waiter look at the pizza when it came out of the oven with a worried look. They knew, but yet still try to serve it. The other food was just ok; expecting better for the price. Ive been here 3 times. Similar experience each time.
Excellent menu, ambiance and service. Good size outdoor patio. Kitchen is exposed and immaculate.
Very disappointing. First off it took a while for us to be attended. The pollo alla parmigiana was raw and had no flavor. Had to send it back. For $20 a plate I’d expect a bit more. Risotto was ok but not worth the price either. Maybe the pizza is better. Unfortunately will not be returning to try it though.
Upscale casual nice place good service might even say great service. The food was okay. The prices were pretty steep, maybe the most expensive pizza in Tijuana.
Good food, good service, would come back
We had a rotisserie chicken and the salmon and they were amazing. Well be coming back!
It took an hour for out food to arrive. It had the chicken Parmigiano and didnt think it was that good. Definitely Overpriced. Servers did not seem to welcoming.
Very friendly and nice food
OMG!!!!! Such a unique flavor!! I had breakfast and it was amazing! Each bite is full of flavor and the service really great! I tought with the portion serving I would ended up hungry, but I was really satisfied.
Great new place in town.
Great food, wonderful hospitality and good collection of wines.
Very good restaurant, excellent food, great wine selection, and efficient service. Recommended and will go again for sure.
Nice staff good food.
The staff service is very slow, looks like they hire them a week ago without any experience. But the food is worth waiting if you have time and want to wait.
Environment and vibe is good. I have been to the one by Hipodromo and I think it’s a lot better compared to this one including the servers. Had the steak and frites with a couple of glasses of wine, disappointed at the flavors of the meat but more disappointed at the service or the way the made us feel. Not our sever but another server or manager kept looking at our table like he wanted us to leave already after we had pod the check, I’m talking like 5 minutes after... I hate when people do that really... not going back
The same food as the one near the stadium, customer service is better there. Availability is more easy here compared to the one in hipodromo. Here is more an open space kind of restaurant the other one more indoors.
Its a wonderful place, I went a couple of weeks ago and tried a mushroom pizza, for my surprise it was so burned, the box was like 10" but the pizza was 8" or less, the ricotta cheese and truffle flavor was good, but the burned dough and the ingridients ratio and size wasnt good, I will try a next time, I went to the Aguacaliente place, next time I will go to the original one
Very delicious food the tadte. Is very fresh service is good certainly one of the best places to get pizza in tijuana .very modern very trendy and you really get what you are paying for but the desserts could be a little better
very nice place and excellent waiters actitudde but the lack of experience of them make me put just 4 starts,
The best thing about Caccio its that everything they have is organic, really like spaghetti meat balls and pizza was excellent.
Good place to chill and enjoy the food. So dar one of the best Italian Restautant in tijuana..
I was here for breakfast with friends. Outside terrace is nice. Decor is very trendy. The whole concept is a bit pretentious. Not too many Menu options. Prices are high, considering similar places. Tastes are ok, but certainly not the best. Coffee is served by the mug, which is uncommon in Tijuana. Service is not the place. However, it seemed to be quite popular among local ladies.
Best pizza in town, great service
The food was delicious, they use very good ingredients, top quality. The service was a little slow but not that bad, although we never got the desserts menuThe roasted chicken is a must! They have a good wine selection
Café Americano was very acidic and overpriced ($45 pesos). "Al Tarfufo" pizza was very good. Beef carpaccio was an appetizer ordered. The meat had great flavor, I think their "special sauce" over powered the flavors. Next time, I will just order without it. Atmosphere is very comfortable. Inside and outside seating. Valet parking.
Great wood fired pizza and Italian food. I came down from San Diego to try the pizza and it was worth the drive. They have an open kitchen so I was able to see the pizza and other dishes prepared. They prepared all dishes with quality ingredients and with care. I will be back soon. Great value for the money.
The quality of the food its really good, but for the kind of food its really really expensive and by my experience you can eat better for less
Food and service was excellent details of the menu on point will go back
The best Italian restaurant in Tijuana Ive been to. But there are better places across the border.
Almost authentic, Almost perfect. Approx $180 mx per non-meat plate. Spaghetti alio olio, $170 mx. Great flavour, pasta under cooked. Salad amazing, should have used Roma tomatoes. Great ambiance, the place to be. As most nearly got it right. But worth the trip. Wine selection not bad. $140 mx per glass. Waiters bilingual. Would recommend. Don’t expect perfect, but when can you ever..
Excelent pasta, a delicious 4 cheese pizza and an extraordinary mixology to choose from
Excellent pizza, maybe the best in Tijuana. Very good meatballs. Great service. Deducted 1 star for the tiramisu which tasted very little like tiramisu and was only so-so. Wine is overpriced but the cocktails are reasonable. Will definitely return.
Anything! Really Anything from the menu is delicious! Great place for dinner and much with family, friends or a date!
Awesome food, excellent service, now has an mixology Bar, if you go order the roasted chicken
Hands down the best bowl of pasta Ive encountered in my life. This place is incredible and so very special. The food is amazing and beautiful and delicious and simple, service is stellar, I would live in the alley out back and wait for them to discard their leftovers in hope of taking more of this top notch quisine home. The pizza wow, salads wow, bucatini spaghetti wow, brussel sprouts wow, fugget about it!
Very delicious food, great ambiance, reasonable prices!
Very good meal but limited menu.
