Cables Wake Park & Aqua Park in Sydney

Great place to be, for enjoying either sport activities, when the kids enjoy the Aqua park. Or playing on the sand, or basketball 🏀..I want thank all the Staff that serve us, on Sunday 30/10/2022.Either at the food place, or at the park, they are very welcoming, happy, and they share the joy on the place.We did say their tell they close, with no one been rude to us. They were very professional 👏.I strongly recommend it 👌.THANK YOU.

Fantastic place for kids. Theres the usual like Luna Park and the zoo but if your a family with kids who just want to have fun and adventure then this is the place to go. Great facilities for whole family we had a 2 year old who just played on swings and sand pit all day and looked at fish in the water whilst the older kids wake boarded around the lake holding the cables all day long couldnt wipe the smile from their faces..bbq facilities under cover tables to enjoy your lunch definitely 5 stars plus compared to what the rest of Sydney offers for kids..

This place was only a bit fun due to the fact that there was poo all over the inflatables and in the water. Also the water was extremely dirty, mucky and just not enjoyable

we saw a cute little turtle, the kids had some fun at the park. staff were nice

A fun day out. We had an hour training followed by an hour game. Trainers were nice, however the practice we had was vast different from the actual game. Little instruction for the actual game was available. The knee board was ok but we did not manage well for the stand up board.Will rate this place 3.5 star. Could be more enjoyable if they give more instructions to the beginners.

The wake boarding is of course well-run and heaps of fun, but the main positive about this place is the staff. Everyone we spoke to was friendly, professional and super competent. The coaches that demonstrate how to wakeboard were endlessly patient and knew what they were talking about. Definitely a credit to the place.

Great place to spend the day with friends and family. Not expensive since the park is open to everyone - you just pay if you use the cable wake boards. If parents are just taking children, they can sit and relax. Only downside is that the beginners side gets very packed and you only get to ride a handful of times if that happens (so you better not fall or youll have to queue again).

It is a nice and safe place for kids. There are many shady areas. Although we had booked a table for a birthday, all tables were occupied when we arrived. A staff asked customers taking a table for ours, but it wouldve been better if it was arranged in advance.Overall it is a good park for kids.

Cable Park- Not a very good experience for beginners.The staff kept pushing my kids forward, so he just kept falling off.The line was long, so it took him 15 minutes to have another turn.My kids came away upset, because he just kept falling in front of a dozen of people. I came away upset because it cost me $50 for my kid to travel a total of 6 meters in his hour long session.

Would not recommend staff are very unhelpful for the price of the tickets. Me and my partner drove 1 hour from CBD Sydney to Penrith. It was our first time there and we had both never done it before. We lined up in the line then when we got to the front we got told it was the wrong line and that we had to go to the back of the line again. We’re there for 45 mins and only got two rides. Would recommend any other water sport facility or waterpark rather than this. Had a really bad experience would not recommend to anyone.

Great place for kids. The inflatables are a great challenge even for the adults. You can wake board if you want to. Life jackets are supplied.

This was a great time for the kids. To be honest I would have loved to get amongst it myself. Really well supervised and a huge set of climbing and jumping things floating out there.We didn’t use the wake boarding but that looked pretty fantastic as well.The food was typical “amusement park” fare, but that is part of the day out.The facilities were clean even though it was a pretty busy day.It is a long drive from the city, but that again is part of the adventure.

Top notch day out, had a fantastic time and all the staff were friendly and really helpful with tips and tricks for each board and run through. Special thanks to Rob for being super friendly and jovial - he clearly loves his job and works really well to make it fun for all ages. A great, fun activity - thanks Cables.

Perfect place to spend the day at this outdoor aqua park located in Penrith! Great space with great facilities for the young and adventurous folks to drain and energy and shed some calories! It is advisable to get the day pass for aqua park as single session of 50minutes is just not enough! There are many tables around so bring your lunch box for a picnic, even plenty of space on the shaded grass. Theres a playground for the kids, basket ball court, water fountain, cafe, BBQ pit and volley ball court.

Great fun and physical water activity for kids. Heaps of free parking available. Reasonable prices. Kids will love the place.The lake is neat and clean, food is good and cheap as well. Highly recommended!!!

Cables caters for all skill levels and is pretty great in that regard. Definitely try to get a groupon deal or similar, because they will save you a truckload!The aqua park is so much fun with a big group of friends. Not sure how clean the water is but its worth it!General facilities are also excellent. Worth the drive!

This place is wicked. Went here on a cold, partly sunny day but hired a wetsuit and was warmer in the water. Wouldnt have enjoyed it as much without Rob, the operator. He was giving great advice and kept spirits high, constantly motivating to get up and give it a try. Will definitely be back.

What a cracker of a day! Staff member Rob is an animal !!!! He is an absolute gentleman who showed my whole family great respect and care. He has the knowledge and experience to help you Have A Go and Have fun. Rob we will be back soon, I’ll even try leave my anxiety at home...

Absolutely amazing place! Went on a sparking Autumn day end of April school holidays and sent our 8 and 10 year olds to the Aqua Park. The lifeguards were the nicest! Charlie made sure our 8 year old was completely comfortable by himself before he came back to shore. And then they continued to keep an eye. Really beautiful spot!

I have taken my disabled teenager here twice. On both occasions the staff and patrons are always very supportive and kind helping my boy have a great time. Great place. Keep up the good work

Best sport! Staff are friendly and professional, but some cleaners logic is a bit hard to understand - they put signs after patrons entry to shower room without letting anyone inside know and blame patrons for not checking signs, hope they are not doing this to other customers ... Other than this, great management, service . Best sport to keep you and family it. Would recommend to friends.

Staff are really friendly. Probably need to work on the birthday parties. Maybe have the lesson area for a party? Or offer that (you might already). Either way a great day out. Did I say friendly staff? Definitely super helpful.

Very helpful staff. Encouraged us to do cable and surfboard which was awesome experience. Coupled of things need to address 1 water is very dirty like black 2 is very weird stones on shore which was really uncomfortable rest is awesome cafe is there little shop and air jumping mat thing for kids. Great overall

Watch your kids because of the feral dog eat dog local kids on the loose. Great place for single adults who like to wait in a line. Above all supervise and guard your own children. The staff are 15 to 18 years old and there is no security. There is also no roaming supervision. Great place to run amok. Great place for single beginners.

A fun day out for all ages. You can pick up cheaper tickets on Groupon rather than pay full admission. You can take your own food and they also do birthday party bookings. On busy days you may not find a place to sit especially if people are spending the day there. Great Christmas present idea. Definitely recommended

Cables is awesome, great family atmosphere, kids are encouraged and learn fast. Much better way to spend a Saturday than with their face stuck in a device. Learn a skill, get some exercise, have fun!

Excellent customer service! They are friendly, cheerful and knowledgeable. The facilities are great! I did not want to miss the challenging obstacles. We had so much fun celebrating my daughter’s birthday. Clean toilets and bathroom. Our family will definitely coming back.

It is great mostly the same people come so you can have lots of friends

A very great place for both adults and kids at the same time ... it also offers some FREE OF CHARGE activities to little kids who are not old enough to enjoy the water activitiesThe place is amazing, a bit pricey but I think it worth itIt would be a perfect place for a day out for the whole family.They also have a little cafe that serve hot and cold beverages and ice cream. The place situated in the heart of Penrith near the Panthers stadium and surrounded by lots of restaurants and area of interest

Had a blast, couldnt even last the two hours, I was buggered. Winter is a great time to go, no ques!!

So much fun, my kids really enjoyed their time. Cant go wrong with groupon savings either.Well worth the trip out to Penrith.Alot of space provided for the large amount of people who came through on that day.Definitely will be making a return trip.

Nice place. Over all experience was good except some staff are playing with other customers and not doing their job in helping younger kids.

A good place to take the kids on a hot day. There can be a line up to get on the slides yet the cost is reasonable.
