Food is good and staff is also fine.pool and beach view is superb nothing to say theres beauty. Theres one of guy his name Mr Ankush his behaviour and services mind blowing . We are fully satisfaction from his service.

Great beach bar; good drink selection, and the cocktails are well made. Staff are friendly and attentive. Food is also pretty decent. Would recommend!

Nice place terrible service at Cabanas Beach Bar and Grill. Waitress couldn be bothered to answer a simple question and bartender very arrogant, rude AND uncleanly. Ordered a bloody mary, BIG mistake, didnt see any hand washing after he had just been handling his phone after serving another customer. Reached bare handed into to pickle and olive jars to retrieve garnishment then wiped his dirty drippy hands on his pants. Then got an attitude when I politely rejected it and asked for a nice safe Corona in a can instead. Got completely ignored the rest if my brief stay, asked everyone else around the bar if they needed anything, engaged in chit chat etc. You would think that since its off season and very few people here, your server game would be a peak level. He must be independantly wealthy or the son or grandson of an owner to be able to get away with that behavior.

This place has a very limited menu but great location and great service! So many drinks to choose from. You can pick any alcohol and any color or frozen or on the rocks and they will be able to do it!! Bathroom is clean and there is am outdoor bar area or a beach area u can sit in if you want to dip ur toes in the sand and be a little closer to the beach.

Great spot on the beach! Pet friendly, good drinks cold beer.

I have been coming here for years and it seems to be in decline. Menu is shrinking, quality of the food is declining, and the prices are rising (not their fault).That being said, all of the employees are helpful, courteous, efficient, and always a pleasure.

A hidden gem with an amazing bar staff! The food is quick and fresh! Hubs and I came here everyday while we stayed on the island for vacation. Thanks guys! Y’all rock

We, the Horde, arrived by Horseback. The bartender jumped on the bar and yelled WHO WANTS SHOTS!!!!! The community roared in approval. Ladies of the evening came flooding out from parts unknown. Smiling from ear to ear, we knew to take advantage of today. For tomorrow, the Purge would begin.

Blackened grouper on salad was quite good. Managed to go on a cloudy warm day that was not very busy. Service was good. Overall good experience.

Ive never had a better fish taco; wife said the same about the grouper reuben.The view at sunset is ridiculous.Highly recommend.

Busy place with a fun laid-back vibe and good live music. Servers and bartenders are quality as is the food. I had the blackened chicken sandwich with fries and there was nothing left on my plate. What I liked to see was the manager on duty actually helping out staff run food and clear tables. It’s nice to see that when the place is busy. Not some bonehead standing around acting like the boss. I’ll be back again!

Live singer was great and nice place to enjoy drinks on the beach. I was disappointed in the food especially for a chicken sandwich the meat was tiny on the big bun and 17.95. Atmosphere 5 stars. Food 1 star

Apart from some noisy people, it was very pleasant. A waitress was a bit "mad" I asked for a sangria pitcher (not on the menuwhile another one wanted to make it for us. Unfortunately the mad, older one said categorically there was no sangria, so we ordered a "bucket" of a green sweet watered down rum cocktail, which turned out to be miniscule compared to a sangria pitcher. It tasted good nonetheless. The weather was beautiful so no regrets whatsoever 😀

Right on the Beach....You can get tables in the sand as well. There was a nice breeze. The service and food were good. The fries were really good and I dont usually eat them all but these are so light and crispy. I got some Frozen mermaid drink blended like a slurpee. It tasted like fruity lemonade. Really refreshing, not too sweet and not too sour.Live music was pretty good too.

The drinks and the atmosphere was perfect. The food was just ok, but you are not going there for the food, so remember that.

I loved this place! The drinks, I couldnt stay away from the Rum Runners, so good! Beautiful view, live music, great food! What more could you ask for! And the shots are very tasty also. Everyone that waited on us was very nice as well. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone going to Ft. Myers!

Cabanas is in a perfect spot to enjoy great food and drinks before or after sunbathing on the beach. We had a large group of 15 and the staff was very accommodating. You will not be disappointed with any of the many drinks to choose from! The food is great, I would recommend any fish they get in fresh! Nice portions of food with great flavors. Id recommend Cabanas to family and friends!

Amazing bartenders. 2 visits during our week on vacation. I left my credit card in the receipt folder and the immediately put it in their deposit safe. The drinks were some of the best mixed drinks Ive ever had and the atmosphere was very relaxed. It was a great pause from the beach.

Its a very nice place, they had live music, the bar tenders were very nice, the crowd was very nice, classy place, I recommend it, I went there with my wife just had a couple of beers but next time I will order something to eat and stay a bit longer, I live about 15 mins away so its very convenient....😎😁

This was our favorite spot in Fort Myers. We always seemed to come back. The food is amazing! The burgers were nice and juicy, the fries tasted like fair fries! The frozen drinks were delicious. Nice, calm relaxing atmosphere! We will definitely go back! Highly recommend!! Hidden gem!

Nice beachside location. Service was great, but unfortunately the food was not. I guess I should have read the other reviews before eating here. Do yourself a favor & eat elsewhere, then come for a drink & the live music.

The only reason this place is getting a low star rating from me is that it closes too early. It has an amazing view of the gulf. It is under a hotel. Drinks for days. Amazing staff. I don’t know why they don’t stay open later, especially during season. They would make so much money. They have live music that quits too early because they close the bar and food service down. They should really stay open later. Not only for the guests but for the locals. 😉

Located in the Diamond Head Hotel, right on the beach. Awesome waitress, extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. We had a grouper reuben that was very good. Good fries, as well. We each had three tropical blended rum based drinks, but I can’t remember their names. Huge drink list and the waitress was familiar with them all. We followed all of her recommendations and were happy we did. The drinks were great. The waitress, even better.

We stopped in for a drink and stayed for 2! A little hidden gem to have a beach-side cocktail. Great bartender and amazing ocean view! So glad we stumbled upon Cabanas!

I thought wed try Cabanas because we heard it was good and in a nice hotel. Food was terrible. Chicken sandwich chewy, ordered a salad with chicken, didnt get the chicken. The house salad, which was small costs 9.95...too much for what I was served. Wait staff was poor, never came back to see how are food was. Had nachos as well, standard chili with cheese sauce nachos, plus had a black hair in the nachos, gross. The Key Lime Pie drink was good though....first time and last time eating there. So disappointed...

Convenient bar/restaurant on the beach. Our server was great and we really enjoyed the view, but poor quality food. My husband and I both ordered the mahi fish tacos and they come with terrible store-brand salsa and a packet of sour cream. Just not fresh ingredients we were hoping for at a resort.I also ordered a regular coke at the bar which I was charged a quarter for and then the next day was charged us $2.25. Not sure what that was about, but obviously not consistent pricing.

I would say this is one of the best bars to go to on Fort Myers Beach! Love the atmosphere. They have live music most nights and plenty of TVs, so you can catch your favorite team playing while sipping one of their amazing tropical drinks!! Great food too by the way!!

My chicken salad was good, but was served without lettuce and tomato which the menu showed, thought that was odd. Cole slaw had a bite to it which was delicious. Enjoyed the breeze right off the beach, great location.

Second time here. The inside dining area seemed to have a nice atmosphere. The outside oceanfront bar could use a refresh (paint, tables, chairs, etc.). Overpriced beer, to be expected but always disappointing.

Love this place. You can see the sunset from there. Sometimes there is live music. The staff is awesome! Great cocktails, and my favourites are the coconut shrimps. I recommend

First lunch we had here the waitress was great, quick, honored all of our requests, etc. BUT, we were able to charge the meal to our room at the resort. On the day we checked out, we stuck around the resort on the beach and pool, decided to eat lunch poolside. Waitress was rude when she found out we would be paying cash instead of charging to our room. Set our check on the table with our food. Well, guess what, we didnt get any additional drinks after that. We had planned on sitting by the pool for a while but decided to leave.

Nice clean place, personal was very polite. I had the Grouper sandwich which was on the thin side and a little pricy. Great atmosphere can sit on the beach or open bar area. Drinks very tasty.

Great location. Sat at the bar, bartenders were making drinks, asked what she was making and she said shed be with us in a sec. That sec turned into no eye contact not coming back over. 2 young ladies walked up beside us and were served in seconds by the other males bartender. Needless to say you didnt get our $$. So many better places on the beach.

It had some good looking drinks described on the wall, but several times when I attempted to get them, they were closed. The drinks were rather overpriced, and the salty bartender grabbed the change in front of me and thanked me for my "tip", when I hadnt intended on giving him a thing. The drinks were good, and I was in "vacation mode", so I didnt put up a fuss. It certainly has a great location, right on the beach.

My wife and my mother in law went in at 450 pm tonight and sat at a table in the beach side of the restaurant.When my father in law and myself arrived at 510 pm they had still not been served or even said hello to.There were only 3 tables with people sitting at them at that time, however the blond server ignored us for a further 10 minutes.She also actually served another couple that arrived 20 minutes after us.We decided to leave and I apologized for recommending the place.However we had a very nice meal down the road.I owned a bar for 10 years, and I was kind of shocked at such poor service and treatment.Save yourself the trouble and go down the road to a real pub or restaurant .We had dinner at 6 other places on the beach this week.All were good.
