CITY POINT HOTEL in Manama

No service and congested rooms

Hotel is in good location, but had not so good staying experience. Bathroom door lock was broken. Toilet wasn’t clean.

1. Toilet is Dirty2. Facilities not available even is it says on the website is available3. Switches is broken4. Staffs are very bad5. Parking is very badUpon check-inn the towel that was in the toilet is so dirty had to ask for a new and clean one. Very bad service, I highly not recommend this hotel to everyone!

Good 4* hotel with comfortable rooms and good choice of bars, catering to all segments. Location wise its good,.nearby the souq Though the entire area is known for traffic congestion.

Service was prompt only thing during night the lamps on the corridor are not working.. Rest I feel as per the price they give the best service..

Very very very bad hotel....normal guest house it much better than this hotel....i want to highlight some points so as others can decide while booking the hotel.1. Hotel is not same as shown in photos.2. Very bad staff...not professional at all....reception person was worst.3. Dirty and dark corridors.4. Dirty rooms. Hotel staff shown me 3 rooms....in one room AC was not working, 1 one room light was not working, in last room not cleaned properly. Rooms were like set up of horror movies.5. No parking available for guests. You have to park on street which is far from hotel.6. No buffet breakfast. I dont have complain for not having buffet breakfast but what provided in room also not good.7. Last bus not least. THIS IS NOT FAMILY HOTEL AT ALL SO PLEASE BE CAREFUL WHILE BOOKING HOTEL FOR FAMILY.

Very Bad Experience. Dirty Rooms and Corridor, High Attitude Staffs, Unstable and weak WIFI, Worst & Worst foods. Stayed for a week and terrible to survive. Not worth for a penny.

Room dirty and smells bad. central AC not fresh ( bad smell ). Wifi not stable. Food service very bad ( start from taste, time to serving to the room sometimes late need to complain every time )

Hotel is well located while visiting area, it is good standard although older tower does appear quite dated. Staff friendly and always willing to assist or help when needed. Bar located in hotel is very noisy with sound travelling through all of hotel , few times I visited there was no customers in bar so dont understand why music needed to be so high .

Worst ever hotel stay experience

I always use to sit in Pallavi bar such a nice place before. But now they start live south Indian music @9pm always so its so noisy. Best time to visit before 9pm.

Everytime i enter the hotel they always asking me if im guest or what.i buy my food outside and one guard stoping me and they said delivery man are not allowed inside which is im not😑😑I feel embarass and ashame i used to check in ibis hotel and le meridien before but i didnt encounter likes thisReception staff are nice and friendlyHousekeeping even you put in your door the “make up my room “ nothing will happen unless you will call them haizz very low performance 😑😑

Does not deserve 1/2 star. Dirty, noisy, has a bad smell and the receptionist not professional at all.Sham on the Bahrain’s government let such people operate it.

Had a 4 day break...had the most wonderful rest here...I highly recommend this hotel. Extremely pleasant staff and the peaceful atmosphere ticks all the right boxes.Thank you city point hotel.
