Terrible mattress!!! You can feel the metal spring on it! It should be thrown away years ago. We pay just as you have priced the room but it doesn’t justify the comfort and uncomfortable sleep.

Rooms are clean and tidy, a no smoking hotel, situated near transport terminal, accessible and not so expensive.

It was good place to stay and price is reasonable. I will highly recommend this hotel, close to bus station, SM Mall, walking to churches, restaurant, 7/11 store and a bonus of free breakfast

The bathroom is dimly lit, quite dirty when we checked in. The bed is just enough to sleep in, but not that comfortable.The hotel is enough for stay and sleep. No other amenities other than a small cafe in the lobby.

Had a few days in the city of Naga, where all pink blooms begin. The hotel is one of those conveniently located at the bus terminal and near the new part of the city. If your a tourist going to the old part is a distance by walk, the next best is a trike or vehicle.Rooms are ok cable TV has limited channels. The bathroom needs more work done. During my stay the basin was clogged up due to other guest disposing their food, the issue was quickly resolved by the management.Food at the café below is worth the price, it keeps your belly full till you reach the city for other, gastronomical options.The staff are great and friendly. No problems on this department. Would I still stay here in my future visits. Yes, but will try other, hotels in the city too. #RP

Dirty rooms, no maintenance, broken toilet, damaged shelves, damaged shower head. Old worn out mattress. 3 channels on the TV. 2 dont focus. Just a mess 😕

The rooms are very nice and neat with ample space to move around. Toilet and bath are clean and elegant. Prices are affordable. Probably the nicest room amongs other hotels in Naga City with the same price range. Friendly employees. Huge parking lot at the back. A short walking distance from SM City and Bicol Bus Terminal.

The hotel is okay for travellers that need a decent hotel for stopping over and just getting a place to sleep and take a bath. Nothing fancy, just a small room with a bathroom. Place is clean and okay for the price. Price range is PHP1000 for single, PHP1700 for double, and PHP2700 for three beds. Parking is just in front of the hotel and a first come first served basis.

If youre looking for a no-frills budget hotel to spend the night as comfortably as possible, CBD Plaza Hotels the place to stay. Its definitely aged since I last stayed (which was probably seven years ago), but Im happy to see management working on its upkeep like repainting the rooms.Till the next!

Cheap and good place to stay. Water heaters barely heat the water. Just enough to make it room temp.

Our Go to Hotel when we are in Naga. Great Rooms but affordable. Our room is for Php1700 only with free breakfast. They also give you hygiene kit upon check-in. They also have spacious parking space at the back of their hotel.

The inclusive breakfast is not something to look for. Theres no manual control of shower temperature, its scalding most of the time. Receptionists doesnt even know how to smile.

Its been so many years am staying in this hotel.. for nunbers of months or weeks eventhough i have a family in naga i choice to stayed at cbd hotel for main reason is that so accommodating place to be with it, staff are incredibly excellent especially the front desk staff...services i will recommended to all my friends that going home to naga.. but i have just two comments about the aircondition and housekeeping that that they check it .. airconditioning should be check the conditions because i have experienced to moved to certained rooms because aircon is not working properly.. about housekeeping please maintaned cleanliness of the room because i experienced that one day they didnt change the bedding properly.. so i have to.ask fronk desk to redo it again. Am so thankful for there excellect action.. especially the supervisor of that area shes very helpful..cbd management and staff thank you for wonderful experienced i had in yiur place.

Great location if you are looking for convenience. Bus, jeep and tricycle station is just in your dorrsteo. SM Naga is just almost accross as well. Hotel is clean, excellent rates, good accomodation and services. Not considered 5 star but has all the ammenities you"ll need. Highly recommended.

Our stay during Christmas holiday is bad overall.1.We are assigned with a room that is not yet fully prepared and is still a mess. This is quite a hassle specially if your dragging your own luggages.2.We asked for a room that has one queen size bed but the receptionist said it was unavailable (even though we saw empty rooms with queen size bed being prepared).3.Room items are incomplete (e.g. slippers, toiletries, floor mat in the bathroom)4.The free breakfast is poor. We chose hungarian sausage but it was only served with just a few slices of it. The scrambled egg has pieces of egg shells (on top of it being cold). Also, the bread is deformed.5.The parking lot is a problem because its limited and the staff didnt inform the us and they did not offer us a good solution to the problem until i have conversed with them.

The central bus terminal of Naga and several major malls are just walking distance from this. The function halls are clean, got good air-conditioning, and the staff are courteous and very accommodating.

The hotel was nice and also all the staff. But the only problem is I had to always call the front desk to ask for towels coz every time we had our room cleaned they take the towels and dont leave new ones. Another thing is their breakfast, they only have very small portions of their 2 to 3 menu. Which none of their menus taste good.. 🤮

Really nice hotel with clean rooms and aircon. The bathroom is big and have a good shower.Only the breakfast is not really so good. If we come at 8.30 am they dont have the most of the meals. Tomorrow we go early and look.

Super happy with our stay in CBD Hotel. The location is very good. It is literally in front of the Bicol Central Station and walking distance from SM Naga. We selected this hotel because they offer 1 room with 3 single beds. The room is spacious and has enough space to move in. The wifi is strong but you need to secure password per device. The place is very affordable so please dont expect hot water, hair dryer or other extra amenities.

If you want value for money, nothing beats CBD hotel. The staff are friendly, the rooms are decently equipped with a TV, phone, spring bed, and a clean bathroom. The prices are very reasonable, and the rooms are quite clean.One issue I had was that the free wifi didnt work (the hotel wifi was already over crowded as the hotel was full!). The free breakfast was basic (rice, egg, toast, tuna, coffee/juice).No complaints here!!

Its great for the price of a thousand pesos a night. You get free breakfast in the morning, the staff are all accommodating. No hot shower, but the water isnt too cold either. Fresh sheets and towels daily. Equipped with an elevator, but no bellhops.

Great location, across from the Naga bus depot, walking distance to SM Mall for shopping and food. Friendly and helpful staff. Very clean and good security. Basic but comfortable rooms. Makes a good location base for Hospitals snd Medical office appointments. Have stayed many times and will return when need to be in Naga.

Room is okay for the price we paid. Considered as budget friendly. However, parking is on a first come first serve basis even if you are staying long at the hotel. The worst thing is that there is always 1 available parking but not allowed to be park as it is reserve for the hotel manager as per hotel staff. But we havent seen the manager parked eversince we returned back to the hotel at around 8pm. Its just disappointing since it seems that the manager doesnt want to give way for his customer.

Receptionists in this hotel are approachable. I used Agoda in booking for cheaper rates and discount. The room where I stayed is highly maintained. The heater is working properly.

Spacious room and comfortable bed. Staff were nice. They offer basic amenities. Our only issue is the shower. We dont know how to control the hotness (or coldnessof the water. Theres only one knob for the shower that regulates the water, nothing else. Just need to really stop the water from coming out of the shower when it gets too hot. The elevator during our visit was not working. We asked if we can have the breakfast earlier and prepare it in advance since well leave early and we got a no. Aside from that everything is working fine, aircon, television, lamps, all plugs. Room and the hotel over all is clean.

The service was good and the place was actually very nice for a very affordable price. The free breakfast was not that good, but thats fine. Very convenient location as well as it is near the terminals and SM Naga.

Free transfers to and from the Naga Airport makes this hotel a really good choice. The airport is not really in Naga City, but in Pili so you save money on a taxi/van because of the free transfers. Rooms are average but good enough if youre just staying for work/ overnight. Location is very good, right across the terminal for south-bound public transportation. Its also near SM. Theres also a very good and cheap peri-peri chicken and a 7-11 in the same building as the hotel. .

Clean but needs improvement with room service. The hotel is very near to SM Naga and Bicol Central Station. A lot of pasalubong centers inside Bicol Central Station so no need to go far.

Nice place to stay. The staff are accommodating and friendly. Rooms are clean and the beds are in great condition. They have wifi. And they honor senior citizen discounts.

Place is real nice and comfortable. The price per room varies from as little as 16 dollars to 30 dollars for a deluxe room. The staff is real friendly but dont expect too much as this is still an "economic" hotel.The rooms are quite simple but they are clean and comfortable to sleep in. Basic amenities includes air-conditioning, heated water, cable television, and room service. (not sure if room service runs 24/7, as we tried calling at 10:30pm and no one answered. The food service is run by a cafe downstairs.Complimentary breakfast runs from 6am to 10am. They offer simple breakfast staples such as eggs, longanisa, ham, etc. Dont expect anything extravagant but the food is quite fulfilling.There is a large parking lot behind the hotel, and pwd-accessible parking in the front of the hotel. The hotel is strategically located right in front of the Naga Central Terminal, so if youre a traveller who commutes, that really is a big plus. A large mall complex is also 2 minutes away from the hotel, as is many food stalls, convenience stores, and other small shops for souvenirs.Overall, the hotel is a good place to stay at if youre looking for an affordable and relaxing experience while exploring the great city of Naga.

Everytime we need to stay overnight in Naga for our early flight the next day, we choose this hotel because aside from economical..they have free shuttle service going to airport; it is close to SM where we can shop, eat and watch movie; the rooms are fine yet sometimes bed sheets smell not well; theres free breakfast which is quite ok for the price youve paid and if you are not picky 😊; housekeeping and drivers are approachable and friendly. Last year on July, i brought a group of friends from Dubai to stay overnight and we occupied 5 rooms...I was so proud to introduce this hotel to them because of the good rate and location. But this month, I was very disappointed when we checked in again. The front desk staffs were not good as before. They are not approachable and wont look in your eyes when you are talking to them. They wont let you finish your inquiry, they will immediately answer without listening first to your statement. Harsh in talking.. you will never be happy listening to them when they are answering...they should learn how to speak softly and gently to encourage more guests...be friendly and approachable in short. Honestly, before, i can give 4* rate on this hotel...now, sorry for giving you 2* only. Remember, more hotels are coming now...a lot of choices for customers....hope you care.

This hotel right across from bus terminal and SM mall and downtown Naga just tricycle ride. The hotel itself is clean with hot shower ,soft bed quiet air con, complimentary water bottles.very affordable price for queen size bedroom...soundproof Windows facing terminal..free parking ...staff are very accommodating and attentive free breakfast and WiFi ..resorts are 1- 2 hrs away ...my second visit here will last 4 days Im a happy camper

Its probably one of the best bang for your buck, the other hotel down the street is 1000 pesos more a night though. Staff is very nice young kids, breakfast is decent, rooms are little cramped but bearable. We saw one roach, but they offered to come spray the room. Shower was almost falling apart, but worked and was warm. AC blew nice and cold. Pay the extra deposit for a 2nd key, so you can leave the power on to your AC when you step out for a short while. Or you can go next store to 7-Eleven and get a snack and then come back to a cold room!

Very clean hotel. Nice place to stay. Price is considerably cheap from what you are getting like the cleanliness, friendly staff and etc, but they have to improve the choices for the breakfast they serve.

I will recommend for short or overnight stay like what we did. We just needed a place to hang out while waiting for our ride. Its convenient, across to the Bicol station and SM Naga and it is secure.

It is a good stay for those who will be taking the bus going back to Manila since it is just across the bus terminal. You may want to eat out though instead of having it in the hotel.

Not really satisfied! First night we took a deluxe double for 1500 pesos as no economy was available. The clerk could not explain the difference between rooms to me as her english was poor. She explained the difference in Filipino to my wife. We had a good night in room 318, clean, comfortable and quiet. Next morning at 0630 i again asked at the front counter and was told the difference was in the ammenties, so no shower shoes no drinking water, no bathroom pack of shampoos. So for a 300 peso saving we took an economy room strangely clean and available at 0630 in the morning but not the night before when we checked in about 7PM. At 10 at night we were getting ready for bed and missed the sheet. I went to the desk who had housekeeping attend promptly. She stated an economy room does not get a top sheet, I showed her a tiny blanket and asked if that was all we get and she said yes. So two people sharing a cotton blanket sized for a single bed is the correct allotment for an economy double. No resolution from staff, an uncomfortable sleepless night trying to balance the airconditioner and fight over a tiny blanket. The mattress in 426 has the wires cutting across your back at night as well so that did not help either, possibly the economy rooms get worn mattresses. I found myself wishing i had not changed rooms as 318 was perfectly comfortable but 426 painfully was not and would have been willing to pay 300 pesos for a good nights sleep. Free Filipino breakfast is simple and tasty, promptly served by friendly staff. The black coffee machine is broken so you drink cream and sugar or nothing. The guards on the front door were smiling, opened the door for me and helped me out with my luggage, So the problem is the reception staff and management/maintenance. Reception shoud have told us we would not get a sheet and what is management saving not having to wash a single sheet but inconveniencing the customer? Internet was free for me. I asked around after the fact and decided this place was overpriced locally even though it seemed like good value compared to Manila or Cebu. Nice location beside SM.
