Great easy access. Good secure parking and rooms are clean and fresh. I would thoroughly recommend and will be staying here for all of my Rockhampton trips now

Great place and quiet despite being on a main rd. Rooms huge and well laid out. TV in bedroom needs replacement. Would stay again. Swipe card location in carpark is ridiculous. Bliss cafe downstairs is a bonus.

Ive had some horror stories when visiting Rockie, this is a hidden gem. The rooms look like the photos if not better, instead of going for the cheapest appliances they go the extra mile.10/10 will stay on business or pleasure again.

Very clean and well appointed. Spacious layout of the room and bathroom. Walking distance to cafe and Coles. On-site parking available. Would stay here again if returning for business.

Excellent service from all the staff at all levels of business. Made to feel like a home away from home with a comfortable room, great central location and good facilities. Would recommend staying here and I will happily book in again whenever I need accommodation.

Well layed out, good space, clean, quitewould use again

Staff were freindly when we checked in, room was a good size, air conditioning was efficient, the bed was comfy and it was an easy walk to the river.

Comfortable & clean. Has a two burner gas stove and a full sized fridge-freezer. Very relieved the in-house WiFi provides good download speeds. I really don’t understand why other similar accomodations are unable to provide this. 21st century WiFi should be as ubiquitous as providing soap. Convenient location. If I had to find fault it would be with the backless sofa. Other than that everything was fine. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again the next time I’m working in Rocky.

CBD is absolutely fantastic! Location is central, accommodation is beautiful (luxury is certainly the word for Rockhamptonand service is outstanding. Cafe Bliss located at CBD has the best food and coffees/drinks. Rooms are quiet as well. I love staying here and cannot recommend enough!

Mat and the team are really amazing everytime me and my partner have stayed, we are normally running late travelling threw rocky heading home and unfed.... lol but its never a problem to book us in and organise a beautiful dinner from the restaurant for us, superb service couldnt recommend enough.

We stayed last night, on arrival got told that our room was given to someone else and the only room left was a downgraded suite and that they would give us a full refund. Lucky it was a family member that was swapped into our room, so I sorted it out myself. Went to check out this morning and got told that theres nothing there going to do for us. Very unhappy, wont be back again

Try not to scrape your car when you drive in. All parking is on ridiculous angles and very cramped. The bathroom doors were broken, shower was badly designed, spraying water all over the floor. Gym equipment were all rusty and some were broken. Pool was dirty and unusable. Food is overpriced. Do not recommend.

Cool A/C lovely spacious well appointed apartment that is central to everything. Car parking is a bit dodgy getting in and out. Always on street parking if your rig is bigger than a Landcruiser. Great Coffee shop restaurant downstairs via lift.king size bed is comfy.

Stayed here 3 nights in a suite which was a lovely spacious room with friendly helpful staff. Room was very clean and tidy, wasnt overlooking the river but that wasnt so bad as the in-house room service from Cafe Bliss down stairs is sensational. Great breakfast and well needed coffee in the morning!!!!

Awesome Hotel!! Hidden Gem as Ive previously stayed in other hotels whilst in Rocky. Easy access, huge well appointed room, the best café restaurant down stairs! I cant recommend enough, I will be back.

Stayed two nights in the Penthouse Apartment, Which has a very large self heating SPA....Did I mention the very large hot SPA !! Sorry the staff are great always quick and happy to help the penthouse is large with a king bed and more than the usual features...Great place to stay and still not hard on the hip pocket for what you get...I will be back !!!!!

A good place to stay in Rockhampton. Room was clean and comfortable and its just a short walk to the restaurants along the river.

My 3rd time in Rockhampton for work, this has been my most preferred place to stay. I have a studio apartment type room, complete with kitchenette. Definitely will stay again.

Really great place to stay. Priced well, great apartments and facilities. Looks deceptively old on the external, but internals are very much up to date.Away from the river which some people might dislike, but personally I like that better.

Stayed here the other night and loved it. The room, the service, and the food were all excellent.
