Every time I come here , the food gets worse ,Had a bad experiences with their chicken curry , that was basically bad , same to the chips masala for those who know real tastes ,Cascade can do better !

The food gets worse with every visit. The chicken curry was definitely not chicken curry. The pilau was worse. I do not recommend

The Oxtail soup was great according to my collegues. Porridge has nuts so take care if you are allergic but great however! Prices are great too. Max on the meal was about 400 - 500 ksh

Honestly your pizza didnt amaze me. The cheese was supper hard, the dough was burnt. Wueh I had to just struggle with it!

One word... LOUD! UpTo 75 decibels at times when the meat saw and coffee machine came on. It was disturbingly loud.Food was bad. How do you mess up beef stew and rice? Veggies smelt burnt.My friends fish dish took 30 mins.Food prices are ok.

Good ambience, prompt and professional service.There is enough parking but ask the slots meant for the hotel, else you pay for County parking.There is always a security guard st the parking so no worry about vehicle break-ins.

Cascade is a renowned restaurant in Thika Town.Been in existence for some years and know for the quality food of their service.Their food is amazing and that is well known by the tens of customers who flok in their different restaurants within thika town.However with quality services, they need to improve on service delivery. Especially with time.Other than that its a good restaurant.

Customer service yao iko very down,especially when you decide to call to order,OH MY GOD😒 kindly train your staff on how to pickup calls professionally and to respond to enquiries. Najua in biz ya food si call center but please be professional on all customer calls.Secondly there pizza is not bad the dough they use is like they were making biscuits and decided to reuse it for pizza.

I had the most amazing fresh food well done breakfast I have had in years 😋 😊 I will definitely be coming back.

Great service, great meals and very clean

Poor customer service.Waited for about an hour for my order only to be told its not available. Then had to make another order and wait for around 40 minutes.

writing this review on 20th Feb. 2022,just received my order after 11/2 hrs. an i am just near. The dough is thinner the thinnest i have ever seen on a pizza almost flat, almost 0 toppings, customer care goes ahead and cuts me off as i ask why the low quality

Service was ok.food was just meh..wouldnt recommend.its the kind of place you just go to maybe pass time as you wait for someone in town...just order soda.

I had double of some of very tasty pizzas. I liked the current offer for double pizza for the price of one, without minimizing the chunks of chicken or peperoni on it.

Management not available to resolve customer issues. Had to walk away with 10 loters of water after mistakingly paying a thousand extra as the bill was wrong ly indicated as a 3... instead of 2... The worst supper day out I have had recently

Not bad place very accessible plenty of parking ample maned parking on the food not sure as what I ordered was not available just to warn you dont expect to find all food listed on the menu confirm with the attendant they are good

The place is wonderful with surprising fair prices. Its location adds to its points. The parking space is a bit small and tricky when someone parks behind you. The service is properly done by some of the students from the hotels institution. The manager and other executive staff are down to earth. They tend to your needs better than youd expect.Reservations are easy to make. The hotels ambiance is CHILL! In the cool way.

Its a very nice and cozy place....and affordable.Their food is nice.But their service is slow.I ordered my meal but my soup was not delivered even after requesting twice.

Well managed hotel. Great for hosting meetings- beautifully prepared halls. Good food, helpful service attendances and ample safe parking. Also nicely located just before you enter the busy town. Expensive rates thought-out you can say worth it🙂

Its a great place to eat. Convenient for large groups. You should try their Uji. I have never had Uji like what they make over there. Its one of my favourite things there.

The food is quality, fairly priced compared to most hotels in Thika. Their pizza is delicious. However, its a long wait. Today, it took us almost an hour to receive our order yet we had been told of 20 mins max.

Its basic on the decor and setup. Really noisy though, theres noise from the kitchen and the entire place feels like a noisy cavern. I didnt eat any food but other customers seemed to enjoy it. Service was okay. Id go back because theres parking.

I really enjoyed the good food with a variety from the menu. Very quick and friendly service. Very spacious and ideal for meeting venues. While sitting along the walls there are sockets that have USB charging ports.

This lovely hotel is located a little bit outside the town center. It is spacious, very well aerated and the service is tip top. I love the aesthetics especially the different ways that the seating areas are decorated. The nice deep brown for the coffee area, the beautiful bamboo for the general area and the family section has extra seats. The food is great and is served in a timely manner. This is a great place for family dining, and romantic dates too.
