Todo el hotel excelente en todo y super recomendado los servicios de Spa en habitación!!.

Je ne conseillerais pas cet hôtel, nous avons eu quelques désagréments qui ne devrait pas arriver surtout en voyage de noce. Pour commencer cest notre 3 eme hôtels ici cest le seul infesté de moustiques même dans notre chambre avec la clim ! ! La femme de menage laisse la porte ouverte comme ca quand vous revenez vous vous faites devorer... top ! Ensuite la chambre est belle , mais très sombre aucune fenêtre ouverte, cest gloque quand il pleut clairement. Le personnel ne parle pas un mot d anglais sauf a laccueil. Morgane parle français et elle a ete tres gentille et serviable, le seul.point positif de cet hôtel pour moi. Nous avons commandé 2 massages en chambres ce fut une catastrophe... elles ne comprennent pas un mot de ce quon dit , une des deux tables etait cassée, la clim me.pleuvait dessus, et elle ma fait mal ! Après 3 essais pour lui dire que ca nallait pas... et mon mari avait une masseuse sans force il ne sentait rien. Expérience horrible clairement... on a stoppé au bout de 20 minutes le massacre. Certe ce sont des prestations exterieures mais lhôtel choisit ses partenaires je crois !! Ensuite au petit dej personnel peut aimable, 1 tranche de pain et brioche pour deux 😅😂 pensez aux européens svp ! On dejeune avec du pain. Les cocktails sont mauvais, la pina colada avait le gout de glacon, ni de coco ni d ananas. Le cocktail de bienvenue indescriptible... bref, une belle erreur sur notre parcours, a tel point quon est parti 1 nuit avant qui evidemment de nous a pas été remboursé vous pensez bien.

Hôtel très charmant. De l extérieur ça ne paie pas de mine mais alors une fois dedans on est émerveillé par la beauté du lieu. Le personnel est très agréable. Les chambre sont spacieuse.Rien à rajouter a part n hésiter pas à y aller.

We were robbed. We were having a lovely stay and would have rated this 5 stars otherwise.We found it unusual that so much staff seems to go in and out of your room (AC, chocolates, cleaning)... turns out they go in and out of your things as well.Manager promised to get back to us within 2 days following an investigation but we never heard back.If you stay here use the safe and count your money before checking out...

This boutique hotel is wonderful. The hotel is well located as it is within a short walking distance of the top restaurants in Merida as well as the main drag The friendly staff cannot do enough to make your stay enjoyable. We stayed in the Ana suite. The room was well appointed and the bed very comfortable. The rooms are all situated towards the back of the property so you do not hear any noise. Breakfast was a treat. I had huevos rancheros, which were delicious. The hotel does not offer lunch by the pool, but will happily order from any of the nearby outstanding restaurants, set up a lovely table or serve you by the pool. We would definitely stay here again. Este lugar es mágico, tiene una vibra, diseño y atención espectacular... muy bien ubicado, a unos cuantos pasos de paseo Montejo.Vale la pena hospedarse en una de sus 7/8 habitaciones que tiene.

This deluxe inn was a highlight of my stay in Mérida. In a city of courtyards, the patios here can’t be beat, with stylish tables for breakfast; chaises longues and a small pool for relaxing during the day; and a chic bar area for happy hour. Morgan and team provided outstanding hospitality, from arranging a private tour of Uxmal to calling an Uber driver to help retrieve a lost object. They’ll even help you arrange a private Covid test, though I had good luck getting a rapid test at Farmacias del Ahorro at Parque Central (which was about a 10th of the price, on a walk-in basis).

My wife and I stayed at Casa Lecanda for my 50th birthday trip in March, 2021. The hotel is conveniently located about 2 minutes walking from Paseo de Montejo and about 14 minutes from the Centro Historico (Cathedral, Palace, main plaza). It is a boutique hotel with only 7 rooms that are named rather than numbered. They offer free parking and a free breakfast which includes fruit, yogurt, granola, bread, coffee, and juice. It is excellent and was enough for us most days but they do also offer other full breakfast meal items like eggs, bacon, french toast, etc. for an additional charge. While you are staying there you should also try the Oliva Enoteca restaurant less than a block away. It was one of our favorite meals of the trip.We really cant say enough about Casa Lecanda - the rooms were spacious, the service impeccable, and the location very convenient. Well definitely be back!

Un lugar muy tranquilo , en lo personal me gusta ir a su pequeño bar para platicar amenamente sin ruido. La decoración es muy bonita. Recomiendo las margaritas de fresa :),

We took a cooking class with Marcos here and he was AMAZING. We also had a great tamarind margarita - and I normally dont like tamarind. The food he cooked was delicious and they included a personalized apron for me and my husband. Definitely one of the best things we did on the trip! The hotel looked beautiful, but we only saw the pool area. Its in an area of town with a lot of recommended restaurants and close to the main avenue.

We were so glad we chose Casa Lecanda for our stay in Merida. The hotel staff arranged prior to our arrival for us to receive a COVID test (required for our return to the US), which was a huge relief for us. Baltazar helped us every step of the way to make plans and reservations. The entire staff is kind and helpful. The property itself is beautiful - impeccably restored and maintained. The continental breakfast (with the option to add eggs, etcwas delicious and a great way to start our day in the garden.

Precioso hotel boutique, ideal para realizar eventos pequeños. Ahí realizamos una reunión familiar para celebrar los XV años de mi hija y fue realmente encantador. El salón fue adornado de forma muy elegante y tuvimos excelente atención. La calidad y presentación de los alimentos superó nuestras expectativas.

Dream place.

Stunning hotel but dont make a reservation for breakfast if youre not staying. The outside courtyard is for hotel guests only, non-guests sit inside which feels stale, like an old stately home.

Great little hotel with very attentive staff. Worth noting that non-guests can also come in and get a drink in the bar with cocktail man Jose from 3 to 11 or so — there’s also a little boutique at the front too. Just need to ring the bell to come in.

This is absolutely a great boutique hotel with superb and very friendly staff. I had a massage in the bedroom that was top notch. The location is perfect just outside the busy town center but all in walking distance.

Un hotel muy cómodo y discreto, tiene 7 habitaciones y la atención al detalle se nota. La decoración es antigua y muy bien cuidada. Regresaría sin pensarlo.

What a find such a beautiful boutique hotel. Stunning rooms, fabulous service and lovely staff.If you are considering this hotel, just book it, you wont be disappointed. Only 10 minutes walk to the main square and enroute to some wonderful restaurants at Santa Lucia. you wont be disappointed.

Great Spot, no children allowed

The place is beautiful and the setting is secluded and it is like a little oasis in the middle of the town. The room was stylish and comfortable.The only downside to it was that it was not very well dusted, even after I asked to dust the room off.We werent particularly happy when the staff tried to pass toasted stale bread for fresh bread at the breakfast. We can tell the difference.

Did not stay here, but were invited back for drinks. A lot can be said for drinking mojitos with cuban rum this cheaply in a place that is so welcoming and calm and beautiful. Every detail to decoration was made in this place. The rooms which we were shown were exquisite. The staff is spectacular and inviting.

It was a beautiful quiet boutique hotel. The staff were very very friendly and helpful. They got coffee and baked goods ready for us at 5am when the restaurant didnt open until 7 am for breakfast.

Beautifully decorated, cosy yet tranquil space. A small oasis in town. Very very comfortable beds, and lovely rooms with high ceilings
