CAMPING AQUEDUCT - in Segovia, Spain
A campsite on the outskirts of a city. Lots of space, clean and spacious showers and toilets, there is a washing machine but no dryer. There is no Wi-Fi reception, only at the reception. Very nice pool. We were treated well and kindly. A bus stop is a few minutes walk away
Great site for visiting Segovia. Fabulous views, on bus route to the town though we cycled as only about 3k away.
Sanitair was goed schoon.
Volveremos
Gorgeous mountain views, great playground for kids, nice bathrooms. I love how natural and rustic this campground is. Highly recommended.
Lovely handy campsite. Bus across the road into the main town.
Very enjoyable stay within 30 min walking distance of the beautiful city. Exceptionally clean showers and toilets, amongst best weve found. Reasonable size pitches. Lovely view of mountains but with dual carriageway in foreground. Peaceful though. Scantily stocked shop and bar dont seem much used by residents. We were very happy with our 2 night stay.
Very clean site with excellent facilities. Small bar and shop. Price of drinks at the bar reasonable not expensive. Friendly helpful staff . Nice pool, easy access to Segovia on the bus . Pitches a little tired but would definitely recommend.
Very convenient for visiting the town of Segovia. The lady in reception couldnt have been more welcoming and helpful. The site was quiet so we could choose our own pitch and the bathrooms, although old, were always clean and there was plenty of hot water. The pool was beautifully clean too.
Lovely campsite. Clear pitches. It was very quiet when we were there. Toilets were also very clean however not much space in the actual shower cubicle. As for location, its really convenient. You are not far from town and the approach Into the site is excellent for those towing. You could walk it however we drove up. There is also a supermarket near by (mercadonawhich was really handy but there is also a small shop onsite as well. Well recommend
Great site with clean facilities & a lovely pool. Quiet at night and not far from the centre. Our taxi was around €8 to our restaurant in the historic centre. Staff pleasant.
A well run and well located site, just outside the city. A five minute walk to a regular bus service into the centro costs €1. Its on the expensive side for a Spanish campsite, but the shower and toilets are absolutely pristine. We would certainly return.
Easy to find campsite. Very expensive for what you get. Pitches are difficult to access and are long and narrow. My photo shows an area for 4 units. So very close together. We intended to stay for 7 nights but reduced this to 2 nights due to both the cost and the lack of space on the pitch. Having said all that the swimming pool was delightful and well cleaned daily. The toilet block was newly furnished.
Over priced. 25 euro for 2 people a very small tent & a bike & made to feel like a thief,
Nice campsite. Very clean sanitary blocks and generally quiet. Small pool which is refreshing.
I as a pilgrim went there cos it was on the albergue list. But you need your own camping tent. So i couldn’t stay here but the lady was kind, helping me find a albergue
Ideal for the city of Segovia,30 min walk or local bus.Close to a big supermarket
This camp made a very good impression. It is nice and cosy, perfectly clean and well taken care of, one lady takes care of the reception, bar and supermarket, and is doing a great job! WiFi available but the signal is only good near the reception. Prices are good. Swimming pool available. There is a bus line to the city centre, price around 1,6 EUR.
Excellent. Very helpful. We got out just before being snowed in.
Fine, near the city, on bike easy
End of September. Quiet, pretty site with slightly narrow plots. Friendly staff. Slightly expensive at 26euros. Bus into Segovia is easy and cheap but cycling easy also. Bike lane straight to La Granja gardens and palace.Washrooms recently renovated so clean and spacious. Plenty of hot water. Pool, little shop but Mercadona in reach and large Carrefour not far. Washing machine. Very good 6 days visiting and relaxing in middle of 5 week tour.
We had a huge, shady area to ourselves in early September with a picnic table, water spigot and electricity right by. Bathrooms were clean. Staff was friendly. It was ideal for visiting Segovia. Just make sure to find out what time the gate closes because they close earlier than other campgrounds.
Bert nice campsite. We have been here many times
Only came for a couple of nights to go up Pico de Peñalara and was pleased to find prices reasonable for July. The facilities are not modern but they are clean with lashings of hot water with good pressure. There were none of the usual permanent pitchesThe site was not busy considering it was July which meant I had a very private pitch, quite why this was the case I do not know. There is plenty of shade and sun on all of the pitches at varying times of the dayThis is a good site conveniently placed on the outskirts of the city with a good bus service to visit the many cultural attractions Segovia has to offer.I will definitely be back.
Great place for Segovia,40min walk downhill to the town passing the start of the aquaduct and a one Euro bus back up.Shops 10min walk away.Facilities clean
Ok camp. Easy access, but shop amd cafe not going and is expensive for what you get
very good.
Closed when we got there!
Excellent facilities and convenient for Segovia by bus or walking.
Very nice, very friendly, quiet campsite. Walkable distance to centre of Segovia. Great facilities.
Regular camping space, a little expensive compare other campings in Spain. Swimming pool little and cold even in August. The sport playground is not useable. Staff friendly and professional.
Nice clean facilities, bus stop into city 400metres, fantastic city"
Good facilities, lovely helpful staff and great views.
great camping site, I love to visit it, as it is a very peaceful place, with wounderful views of the mountains. The womens bathroom has just been refurbished and very clean.Bar and shop still open in octoberI can not understand the people who critisize that there si no toaster or television in the bungalows if you go camping you are in the wildlife, take a book to read!
Old showers for men but well renovated showers for ladies. Too expensive for its kind.
