Friendly and help staff. Tasty gelato. Sugar free. Recently refurbished. Favourite gelato in dark chocolate and Japanese Brown Rice Tea.

This shop only opens everyday, 10am to 8pm. The brownies is crispy (due to the chocolateand did I mention everything is sugar free? Sweet but sugar free... Howd they do that!?The ice cream is thick, rich tasty and of high quality.Whats good to try? Double Chocolate and Musang King.I tried Blueberry Yogurt, Double Chocolate, Fantasy Vanilla and I recommend doing this - top it on Chocolate Brownies. All three are super rich and tasty! But it taste more complete with the brownies.Highly recommended if you havent tried it.Theyre reopening this coming March. Go check it out 😁

Sugar free ice creams not to be missed! Place just opened and staff is super friendly, plus the soft serve is delicious without sugar. Wide variety of coffees and stuff on display for sale.

Acquired taste for the coffee. I personally don’t like it. We had the cappuccino and the pour over. Strong coffee. Not bad considering there’s no better alternatives around imago.

Gelato itself was good but rather pricey for KK standards. Only if youre willing to splurge.

Ambience was fine and cool. The gelato was nothing but overpriced. We ordered chocolate and hojicha (which tastes nothing like hojicha tbhand they cost us more than RM40. We wanted to order some coffee and fruit tea but they said the machine is out of order and the tea is finished. Then we switched to flower tea and they said they dont have the series of tea today. Deep down I was like thinking "what else do you guys have fr us tho if you are to have your business going on fr the day and yet you dont have this and that??" We happened to drive by that area after our visit to the wildlife park and were excited to have some drinks and ice-cream but it turned out to be such a poor and disappointing experience.

The gelato was serve in a glass cup and i thought it was quite a big scoop until i realize the middle was empty. It was public holiday today when i went, no coffee, certain column of tea is not available. Very disappointed

the baverages are good, pricing wise are slightly high, interior ambient quite dull, maybe they just wanna save electricity usage. Outdoor seating need to be tidy a little. .. The skinny guy staff a little blur blur -_-!

So many tea blends and Ice-cream flavours to choose from!Be greeted by the colourful ice cream and faint fragrance tea aroma in the air when you enter the shop. What struck me the most is that the staff was extremely patient in recommending different types of tea as I was overwhelmed by the wide-array of choices.The spacious space and interior white walls with many designs and unique use of colours will make you feel at ease. There are both indoor and outdoor choices of seats.Just a side-note that the natural sweetness tea may not appeal to many as it usually comes with a light tinge of bitterness. So please ask for the addition of any sweetener to enhance your experience =)

A really nice location for some nice gelato. The group of us went straight up to the coffee joint on top which has a better ambience.There was talk about how healthy these snacks are but it flew over my head for how outrageous it sounds but was amused at how earnest and full of belief the counter staff offered their positive testimonies when we asked about the different options.I opted for the durian and enjoyed it. Though I think it is a bit pricey for what the shop essentially offers.The gelato is frozen and fitted into a capsule and when served is pushed through a machine not unlike those you find in Japanese soft serve joints and finally into a cone for your enjoyment. Pretty neat thing to observe nevertheless.Whilst there is nothing really fancy about the place. It should merit a visit. Just proceed upstairs instead to chill out and pretend you might be interested in a drink whilst admiring the decor as this one of the nicer places to chill out in a hot day.

Cosy place, with coffee bean themed decoration.Barista gave recommendation about single origin.Another one even taught how to enjoy a single origin from aspect of smell, taste, fragrance and after-taste.Went Friday evening, peaceful environment, not crowded.

Nice environment. The gelato is nice but pricey. The cake is a disappointment though, because it is not cold enough. I saw they put the cake outside for a very long time, so the cake wasnt chilled properly. It would be a nice cake if the it is properly chilled.

Its a nice place to chill . Its a lil bit pricey but affordable . I love the natural taste of the gelato . The interiors and the exterior is beautiful with an easy-going vibe to it . And the peoples are really nice too.

Trendy, cozy & hipster dessert/coffee shop. The gelatos were tasty, didnt tried the coffee though. Clean toilets, which is something rare locally and commendable. The place is not pram/wheelchair friendly though, which is a shame.

Very beautiful place to chill and the flavours were lovely. Mine was dark chocolate durian. If youre into flavour fusion like that, that is worth trying. But, a bit expensive if youre on a budget. But if youre the kind of people who chills at Starbucks, this is okay for you.

Service is good and the ambiance is really soothing. The gelato is sugar free and awesome.

Style over Substance. Current promotion is buy one get one half price but even that is still overpriced. Fancy atmosphere, same songs repeat over and over. Gelato parlour on the ground floor and coffee house on the first.They promotes what they called "no scooping gelato" where they have a machine which squeezes the gelato out from the macaroon case in the displays. What you get from the price is a joke, served in a plastic cup, half filled by the way, on top of small amount of rice puffs and with the most ungenerous portion of toppings ever. They do not serve the best gelatos in town.No comments on their coffees because we had not try any. So far, all negatives for their gelatos.
