The hostel is OK but there is not 24hs reception, so be careful if you leave your staff after check out. I had to wait 30-40min to someone to open the wardrobe and I almost lost my train😑

Marco (the owneris super nice and super friendly. All the staff are very friendly like most people in Catania.The hostel is well located in a very big beautiful building and has a nice view of Etna, you can reach the centre (via Etneaby foot in 10min and the bus station in 5 so it is very practical.The hostel rooms are standard but clean and the public bathrooms are very clean too, which was such a relief because sharing a room with so many people and paying such a good price is def not easy to find.Whenever I come back I will stay here again and definitely recommend it!

Regarding wheelchairs: there is a lift, but you can only get there via stairs. The entrance is too small to get in.

This hostel has a great atmosphere. Its not too big and there are nightly dinners so that you get to know the other guests. The dorms are pretty standard dorms and the hostel is always clean. Great staff.
