C View Resort in Sipalay

This resort offers fantastic sunset views over the neighboring Islands. The rooms and bathrooms are decent. However, now for the caveats:- The road to the resort is unpaved and Maddy, and owned by someone else, so you have to pay 30 PHP just to get to the resort.- The resort doesnt have its own fully equipped kitchen, so anything you order is delivered from outside. Not only is the food lukewarm, but the portions are small and the prices too high.- The resort hardly has any drinks stocked, so youll have to brave the bad road again to get some outside if you really wish to enjoy the view properly.- Some other people built a half-finished monstrosity in front of the resort, spoiling the panoramic view.- The greenish sheen of the pool makes me think its not cleaned regularly, if ever.- The island-hopping tours they offer are actually one single island and a small marine sanctuary. It took a lot of convincing to get the banka skipper to do more. Best to hammer out what you want so see beforehand.

Its an affordable and great choice to stay for a vacation in Sipalay. Though I wish the road that leads to the resort will be concrete. Nevertheless, its a great resort with relaxing views and ambience.

I cant be bother of scaffolding-like bothering the view lol.

Disappointing experience. The room was too small for a 4 person-room even smaller coz they blocked vacant space left to move around coz the tiles were loose and will break if stepped on. We werent even informed about their room condition, the cr was filthy. U also need to Pay additional 30 pesos for the entrance fee because the road used to get to d hotel was private.🙃 To make it worse, their silog breakfast (110is 1 pc.egg and 1 pc ham( hamsilogor a small serve of corned beef gor cornsilog. And 20 for an instant coffee. Its really not Worth ur pay in our place the serving price is only 45 on that kind of meal geez! 🤦🏻‍♀️. We have no choice coz all rooms are fully booked. And we already paid the d.p. Really would advice for the staff or manager to be even honest about the room conditions prior to letting customers booked just to save the hotel s credibility its also a waste coz the view there is great. Some staff are also kind to attend to us.

The room that we rented was a good for 2 room but they put an extra bed to make it a barkada room the problem was the 2nd bed blocked the doorway so the door dot now open all the way..you can fit if you entered the room sideways...plus the cr was dirty and one sode of the room was blocked because the tiles where loose...

Not recommended the barkada room (ACACIAwe paid was too small cant barely open the door the floor tiles was popped up and wet, the bathroom was dirty and stink. Instagramable place! Nice place to relax and connect with nature. The road going into the resort needs improvement but if you want adventure it will serve you better. People came to take picture with the turtle island because the view from the top is stunning. They have swimming pool if you dont to go down to swim. Overall it is a nice place sipalay can offer.

Ka very accommodating sang mga staffs nila. Ka very honest gid sa ila. Ang bracelet sang tita ko nbilin nya sa room and it was a gold bracelet ha. We were ready to go na but ang staff nila nga nag tinlo sang room nag dali2 gd gwa kg gin tawag kame para iuli ang bracelet. We really recommend this place. Kanami ka view sa babaw nila kag indi pricey. They have a room good for 10 persons kag tag 3k lang sya.

Not good its a bad experience

Kids loves the view its very cool... The staff and the owner are very accommodating... Food is great... We stayed here for two days and we enjoyed the island hopping....A good value for money...

Very beautiful place, the view is stunning and a perfect spot for trips with friends.

Perks: Amazing view! Lots of places to take photos, you can go fishing, take a swim or go snorkling, an elevated canteen where you can see the nearby islands and the shoreline, air-conditioned rooms to which they provide towels, individual blankets and beds for two, and theres an in-house pool! The restaurant nearby has fresh fish and is also a café, so you can still get your shot of caffeine and good seafoodCons: I didnt like the in-house chicken, it was dry, the food they serve at the canteen was just to top-up on sustenance, nothing too special or tasty, literal school canteen food. The bathrooms had ladies toilets, and it was quite uncomfortable as a guy, they also dont provide soap nor shampoo, the doorknobs are quite old and dated, and the shoreline bridge needs repairing so watch your step and dont lean on it. The water pressure is not a lot. And the pool is rather small.tl;dr: Im being very Nitpicky, but the place is quite nice, I very much enjoyed my stay. Leaving 5 stars because the restaurant/café had great coffee and the Calamari, I very much enjoyed along with the seafood, it was fresh and tasty. The resort just could be better in my opinion.

Really good place and nice staff. Only problem is the road from the entrance to the hotel building... really challenging.

The online moderator to there page its crazy ,she has a bad attitude ,she so mean, the way she reply the message of there customer, kudos to the owner of the c view resort ,your online moderator ,needs to be patient.

Very nice place para sa tulad kong gusto ng katahimikan 🤣 may mga kulang lng sa rooms like, walang pwedeng pagsabitan or hangers para sa mga damit kung mag i stay ka ng more than 1 night... Walang heater sa bathroom and kulang ng lagayan para sa mga ibang toiletries...pero maliban dun two thumbs up lalo na sa mga staff 😊

This place overlooks the ocean. Magandang lugar pang chill.

if you are looking for the best view in Sipalay this place can offer you that in a very affordable price. it is 100% picture perfect.when it comes to the accommodation its okay. its worth it for what you pay. if you are looking for white sand beach this is not the place for you. (see pictureswe had fun fishing and swimming thou.my experience is 90% out of 100% but i will only give 3 star so you wont be expecting much. its cozy and a lovely feel at night. the place has a store at the roof top. where cottages are located and kitchen where you can cook.before going there its better to reserve first. specially like us when we went there we almost occupied all its rooms.

Good place to relax. But the beach isnt the best to swim. And neither the pool. But if you want to enjoy nature it can satisfy you. I think theres room for improvement.

The resort somehow doesnt have the amenity you would want. The accomodation is below expectation, probably bcoz its not yet developed. Its frustrating not be able to buy the drinks you want 😁. Nevertheless, the view it gives is perfect for selfies and makes u relax 👍

Alternative to perth with great view

i visited there this last October while on vacation from the USA and i have to say i liked this place. i would say the only thing i didnt like about it was the bed was too hard and the pillows needed to be big and fluffy. i could have got more from rolled up clothes. other than that it was beautiful and the staff was great and bring your own food and drinks as they have places for you to cook your meals and places to just sit and visit and karoke
