Buttercup House Bed & Breakfast in Middlesbrough

We spent 3 nights at Buttercup House. The place was clean and tidy, plenty of space in the bedrooms and comfortable furniture. Excellent and plentiful breakfast. Would recommend it.

We stayed here for three nights. It was lovely to have a bedroom and living room. The breakfasts here are first class. Lovely couple of owners here too. Definitely recommended.

The best B&B experience. Lovely historical house in beautiful surroundings, in a quiet town, run by a friendly couple: comfortable (had a great sleep!), fantastic breakfast — varied and freshly made (homemade compotes and all!). The location is great for walks, very easy to reach the cliffs and The Needles. Yarmouth is a short bus ride (or another scenic walkaway.

Great B&B awesome breakfast with comfortable rooms. Great for walking holidays and local to all beaches. Owners are great company and can recommend lots to see and do upon the island.

Dreadful, and that was just trying to enquire about availability over the phone. Frosty and cold - not in the slightest bit interested in staying there now. It was clearly a huge inconvenience that I had called. If that is how they are over the phone, I dread to think what the experience would be like staying there
