Excellent tasting food but the waiting times can be up to 1 hour when they get busy.

I ordered food from the restaurant at 12:00. It took and 1 hour to be delivered. How is that possible? I also kept on asking when the food will come. If an order takes longer inform the client and at least keep communication. I was recommended to use your delivery system for convenience but I can say it was the most unpleasant experience. The food was cold, and the whole Gatsby was falling apart. I also sent a private message and it wasnt even bothered to reply to it. Absolute poor service ! I will never order from them again thats an guarantee.

very disappointed.....very poor customer skills by the person assisting at the counter......food wasnt even okay......felt like the chips was there from the morning.....vienas over fried almost hard.....I use to like the food from the place....will probably try them again perhaps that was just an off day but was very bad

Tried their steak Gatsby and I must say they really fill it up! And then I tried the cheese burger special, the flavors 😋. I cant wait to try their sandwiches!!

Ordered a sharing platter at 17:30 today via WhatsApp. Asked the person who sorted out my order to inform me when my order was ready for collection. An hour passed. I asked when my order will be ready. They replied "soon" by the time I collected my order at 18:35. It was ice cold. Never ordering anything again.

Since I’m not from Paarl and had a birthday party in Paarl I looked for a place on short notice to order platters from. I opted with Bustas (which I didn’t know about or knew where they situatedwho immediately assisted. Which I appreciate. I loved their prices and the pictures uploaded on website.I’m however sad to say that the presentation of the platters looked like a kiddies platter and not like an adult platter. I can’t even say what it tastes like cause I didn’t have one bite. I ended up giving all the platters away to an underprivileged community. Before the birthday party on Sunday I drove to Woolworths to buy R1300 (R500 less that I paid for Bustas, paid them R1850of sweet things to build my own platter that also looked very more appealing.I want to ask that the pictures uploaded on website should not misguide clients. I will never buy anything at a Bustas again. I was so shocked when I stopped outside their shop to actually see where I ordered from.

Im normally very satisfied with the service that I get there but nowadays you can pre-order and still have to wait long for your order this happen to me twice and nobody explained to me why I have to wait so long...but in the other hand there food is great

Service was not great. We waited for our food for like an hour and half after we ordered. We were told each time that our food is on our way and their are busy with it. Im very disappointed in their services

Service for walk in clients very poor, it seems that phone orders get first priority and the other the clients must wait for more than half an hour

Food is terrible. Had a Gatsby. It was horrible. Chips ,was dry and hard. The Vienna taste powdery , dry and hard.We pre- ordered and drove 30 km away from town to Paarl and when arriving our meal wasnt even made yet and waited another 20-25 mins.Not going back there again

I ordered a large pizza special of R120 and was very surprised at how good their pizza is. You can actually taste their cheese unlike most pizza places that barely has cheese on the pizza. Also the flavor of their chicken BBQ pizza has a unique taste which i did not expect. I like a good deal and its hard to get good flavourful quality pizza for that price. Good competition for Romans Pizza. Keep up the good work. I will continue to support you😁👍

The wait is extremely long for grills, 1.5 to 2 hours. Even after placing order 2 hours before when you collect you still wait another 30 minutes. The owner is unprofessional making weird remarks and comments.

Travel far just for a vienna and chips parcel with peri peri sauce! The sandwiches and burgers are amazing too, very tasty! Have recommended this place to many people
