Busan Korean Restaurant - Korean restaurant in New Delhi, India
Nice place with a very calm environment. They give different varieties of Korean and Tibetan items at the place. The sitting is very unique and you have to take off your shoes of sandals before sitting down. They also offer soju which is a very unique Korean beverage and hard to find in the city. Do try their fried pork momos as well. The last order time is around 10.30PM so please plan your visit on time
A very cosy and cute restaurant offering varieties of delicious Asian food. Love the seating arrangements which really gives you and exquisite feeling of dinning at a typical Japanese restaurant.Tried their Chicken Kimbap, and Chicken Ramyum. Both the dishes were really delicious, good portion size and pretty affordable. Really want to try out some of their other delicacies so will do a detailed review after that.
One of my favourite places in MKT. Authentic Korean food, beautiful dining experience, wonderful service & easy on the pocket. Youll fall in love with this place easy 🌸
It was a great experience visiting this authentic korean restaurant. We tried tteok bokki, dubbu jigae, samgyeopsal, bossam and soju.Chicken tteok bokki was good.Dubbu Jigae was a tofu soup and was okay. The other three tasted good.Spice level was not high but taste wise it was interesting and new.The seating was also made in korean style. The restaurant is always full, so you might have to do a booking in advance.
Tried veg Tteokbokki which was bit spicy, Shin ramyun was good, kimchi jeon was good but bit spicy
So i loved this restaurant. Even though its a korean restaurant(different food typeyet food is very tasty and anyone can eat it.The restaurant is beautiful, if u get a seat near the window it looks good too.In menu they say spicy chicken blah blah but no they r not spicy at all so dnt worry about spicy🌶. I have eaten very good Korean fried chicken where else so ya there chicken is just ok.. Ttoboki is yummy. Kimbk(sushiyummmOfcuz korean noodles r yumm.world famous now.. Soju.. Ahhhhh.. Bitter-sweet yet strong..I like the seat & all the way they arranged... Will I visit there again? Yes I will..
It was very weird experience. Maybe, as other comments say, its authentic Korean restaurant. We ordered Yache Kimbap, Tteokbokki, Kimchi Shin Ramyun, Bibimbap and Soju. We only liked the ramyun and nothing else. Rice were not properly cooked and the food was not very fresh. The ambience was nice but on busy days, there is 15-30 minutes waiting.
Restaurant was pretty crowded (which make sense because it was weekend). Korean style interior. I ordered Dolsot Bibimbap and Tteokbokki both were tasty but it could have been more spicy. They also served many 반찬(side dishesincluding kimchi, radish kimchi, corn, bean sprouts and soup.
It is one of the best place to visit for the Korean food. They small small yet cosy sitting area. I would highly recommend their Korean friend chicken and Tteokbokki. There also the grill system just like in k-dramas. But their grill are little expensive but its worth the try. And the food quantity is really great. If going with a group of 5-6 people, the total cost for per person would be ₹200-300. Its a great place to hang out and try some Korean cuisine. And the most important thing is that they have SOJU too.
Best budget friendly place for Korean food period.Ambience is way better than any other budget friendly Korean eating place in delhi and since it’s in majnu ka tila it gives whole another vibe to place.
Lives up to the hype.Located deep inside the streets of Delhis Tibetan Heaven Majnu-Ka-Tilla, Busan is an exceptional food joint to experience authentic Tibetan Cuisine. Well worth any efforts spent to find & reach the place, the ambience is beautiful and the food warm, fresh.Tip - The place is generally always full (but not noisy, good crowd). On a weekend, there will be waiting. It will be worth the wait.We ordered Soup, Pork Momos, Wrapped Pork Belly, Shrimp Sushi. The pork was juicy but not as warm as wed expected it to be. The momos were super juicy as well. The soup wasnt spicy at all and was very refreshing. The shrimp sushi had wasabi already applied within - beware.Complimentary non-veg side + Kimchi salad was served, and Green Tea was served. The whole experience was pleasant. Id certainly say Busan is one of the must visit places for MKT frequents.
On the streets of MKT, anyone who loves to taste the Korean food then Busan Korean Restaurant is the place to hangout… the food is good and it come with a reasonable price.
If you want to try authentic Korean food, this place is for you. The whole area near this restaurant is so good. The vibe of the restaurant feels awesome. Do try their Tteokbokki, Ill go again just to eat that. Everything was delicious and served beautifully. They also serve Soju ^_^
Good Food, friendly staff, there was queue here. You have to wait sometime (Visited on Saturday). In my case they gave us separate room because of crowd.
In weekends its very crowded, you have to wait in line to get a table.Lovely ambience, great authentic food. Definitely come back to try some more.Quality and quantity of food is amazing 😍 ❤️ 10/10 recommended.
One of my go to place in mkt for Korean food. The food is delicious and the setting is very Korean. Love the place
The overall experience was fantastic; the food, the ambience was really good. The service was somewhat slow maybe since it was a Saturday. Would reccomend the Donkatsu.
Totally authentic Korean restaurant experience and food was kept as much authentic as possible keeping in consideration Indian tastes.Absolutely beautiful ambience and I personally enjoyed the sitting arrangements. The food was absolutely delicious. Ttekbokki is a must try its chewy texture was out of this world.Loved the side dishes, the authentic Korean cutlery and the size of the portions. Its a must go place for Korean food.
I was searching for Korean food for a long time so I googled the restaurant, Found Busan Korean restaurant and visited there, I loved the food and Soju...they serve authentic Korean food and the ambience and service was also amazing. Overall it was a pleasant visit !! Could be a little better but its a great option to consider and a good place with great food and good atmosphere !!
This is my all time favorite korean restaurant in Delhi. Situated in Majnu tila the surrounding also has a great vibe. The floor seating style makes it similar to dining culture and the view of river from window is great to relax in hustle bustle of the city. My few favorites from menu is Dak kimbap, korean fried chicken and Bibimbap..do try!
Ambience is so unique and beautiful. The floored chairs and low floor table with korean food and of course soju complement the korean culture. Who are korean drama lovers can easily relate the whole theme of restaurant. The food was very different, mostly was fermented and they use soy sauce and sesame sauce for food which is not familiar to our tongue, so I can not say it tastes good but it was very healthy and colorful.
Probably the best Korean food in Delhi. It gives the whole feels, great food, ambience and is pocket friendly too. I think the standout dishes would be the chicken Barbeque, Tteokbokki and Korean fried chicken. Worth visiting.
It’s a quaint little restaurant tucked within the alley which opens towards to the river bank. I was quickly seated upon arrival with the sound of k-pop playing in the background. I first had the kimchi jeon that was delicious. It was not overly spicy which I enjoyed with my cola (they have small glass bottles which I found extremely cute). By the time my friend joined I order soju, dak bulgogi and kimbap. They were severed in a timely manner by the staff and the marinade for the bulgogi was so delicious that I was contemplating ordering another round. My friend who was a newbie for Korean cuisine enjoyed the experience as well so it was definitely a win for us. Over all I will definitely return for more. The reason am deducting one star is because I had to keep swatting away flies from my table while having the kimchi jeon, they unfortunately decided to target the side dishes due to which I did not get to try them out. Next visit I will sit in the middle areas which did not seem to have this issue.
Ambience was good. Must go if you want to enjoy authentic Korean food in Korean style. Went out with my friends & we loved it. After having food, you can stroll around the market as well & enjoy some laphing
The entrance is through a lot of narrow lanes. The ambience is okay ish. The food was okay. Personally found the good lacking some flavour. The radish kimchi was good. The tteokbokki was amaze. Paid 3k for 5 people
There is nothing bad about this place. Perfect authentic and Korean eating style esperience.Budget-₹₹ ( not at all out of budget)Dishes-we had a quiet a few dishes and loved the authentic tastes of hotpot, kimchi, bibimbap. I cant remember the name of every dish just it was a perfectly served in a perfect Koren experience.Ambience - it was almost packed on Thursday evening. Could understand how much people love its food.Hygienic- perfectly clean.Staff - good
This place is situated at Majnu ka Tilla. This the best Korean restaurant i have ever been through. It was just an amazing experience. I basically go with food quality and quantity over ambience and all. If these are fulfilled the other factors dont count for me. This is a small place but elegant. Weekends have a lot of rush here. Hence it takes a little time for them to serve. But after having the food you will just be amazed. The service guys here are also very good and efficient. We had egg wraps, chicken fried, soupy ramen, dried spicy ramen. They also serve kimchi here which is delicious. This was my first time eating kimchi and the experience was amazing. We ordered so much that we had to take home. This place is a must try if you visit majnu ka Tilla.
1. Ambience•The concept is really cool- you can get a cosy private room to yourself and its crazy fun if youre with a group. The overall ambience is lovely.🤩 You can also see the Signature Bridge from this restaurant.•They give you a notepad and a pen with the menu for you to write your order down so don’t worry about how youre going to pronounce the names of the dishes.😌•Legless chairs arent a good idea... found them pretty uncomfortable.2. Food 🥢🍽️•Non Veg- Pork momos- 7/10; Self grilling chicken BBQ- its fun and tastes okay; Chicken Ramen- 4/10;•Veg- Kimchi Shin Ramyun- 6/10 Vegetable and Tofu soup with rice- 5/10Limited vegetarian options and the food is pretty rank.3. HygieneThere were two cockroaches in our room- ill leave it at that.I hope the restaurant staff pays attention to the hygiene factor. And people, you can give it a try!!
It is a nice place, has a nice ambience and vibe. If you like k dramas and more into k- pop and korean culture and want to try korean cuisine, you must check out this place. The food was good, but may vary for different taste palates.
Loved the overall ambiance.... Tried Korean food for the first time, so yes it was a unique experience. Deducted two star for the extremely slow services. Was seated in the second floor and their was only one server taking care of the complete floor. Had to get up so many times from my seat to grabs the servers attention for my order, or drinks, or even the bill.
Busan is one of my fav restaurants for Korean food in Delhi. The food here is delicious, and well prepared. It definitely might not be original/authentic Korean but it is quite close. They are really doing a good job. Cause I couldnt complain about anything in particular. The ambiance, the seating, the vibe, the service, and the food taste is all on point. I have visited this place more than 10 times and it never disappoints. I am always on time for the last order and the staff is always accommodating. They are polite, welcoming, and very warm. The only thing I would request them to work on is the cleanliness of the washroom. Kindly consider it as it reflects badly. This is what kept me from giving 5 stars. Otherwise, I am really enjoy visiting Busan.PS. Go here for k-drama food feels. Definitely try tteokbokki and soju if new to Korean cuisine. Gyeran-Mari and the side dishes are yum! Their kimchi is freaking fresh. Cheer! Enjoy your visit.
Great ambiance, best hospitalityAmazing view from inside, nice sitting arrangements..Great experience love to visit again
Okay place. Costly. Service can be improved. It was hard to find a bit. Food quality was okay, a peculiar Korean taste. I was having first time experience with this place, I loved the crowd - new kind of experience.
We had a big group and so were provided with a seperate room to dine in and there the ambience was just amazing with authentic seating with mats and all.The food was outstanding and the rates are very reasonable. My group of friends had a lot of fun and a great experience. We ordered:.Chicken kimbap.Chicken shin ramyun.Chicken rice cake.Soju
Good place to try some Korean dishes.. suggested for people who like to explore different varieties of dishes different from your daily taste buds.. located inside Majnu ka Tila..
Visited this cafe after a really long time post pandemic. I just ordered my usual and go-to food, a bowl of Kimchi Shin Ramen with a coke paired with three side dishes - bean sprouts, kimchi, radish and radish kimchi. The noodles broth was thicker this time. Though, I like it a little thin but that whole bowl of ramen was flavourful. Another good part is that the prices are still the same and pocket-friendly. The ambience and service is also good. There has been a few unnoticeable changes in the seating arrangement. Plus they also have got another floor to the cafe which is only available on Saturdays and Sundays.
I was thinking to visit this place for a while now and finally we visited this place for lunch, and it was amazing. The ambience was really good, and the food was mouthwatering.Ordered the famous chicken tteokbokki, Dak yangnyeom or sweet and sour spicy fried chicken. It came with condiments like kimchi, bean sprouts, pickled radish. Tteokbokki was amazing and totally worth the hype. And spicy fried chicken was to die for. A really delicious sauce, and perfectly cooked chicken.Had an amazing time there and would love to try other Korean dishes there.Would totally recommend it.
Amazing place but they should increase the sitting capacity as it was fully occupied n people were waiting in a longe queue
Amazing choice for authentic korean food. Its like a little seoul. Only draw back is its very difficult to reach the place as its located in a very congested locality.
I have been craving some good Korean food for such a long time. Fortunately, this place had everything I needed. The decore is decent and gives warm vibes. The owner was kind enough to give us a seperate room to eat as we were 7 people. They serve side dishes and warm tea as a complementary things. We ordered a lot of things including- ramyeon, dried ramyeon, black bean noodles, fried chicken, gimbab, kimchi, sizzler and more. Everything was good but they should add more chilly in ramyeon😊. Overall, I loved this place.
Proper authentic Korean dishes available. Rates are also reasonable. Sound environment. Great service
Anneyong! If you ever want to actually feel the authentic Korean cuisines then Busan is the correct spot. The ambience is very welcoming plus the interior is up to the korean style. On weekends little rush it there but staff gives their best about your experience. Food is pretty good, and and side dishes is just amazing, and their prices its 100% worth.I have ordered Gyeran Mari (korean egg roll), Chobap(cooked shrimp sushi), Yachats Bibimbap, Chicken Tteok-bokki, Just sad that I missed out on soju.Highly Recommended.
This place is just hype. As I went there lot of girls were there in a queue so my excitement went on peak. But when food arrived, i bet streets chola kulcha* is better than that korean food. The good it looked in photos the worst it was. I am giving one star for its interior design.
Being as a kpop fan i really want to go there and try some Korean food and to my amaze I literally had a flavour of Korean food there. Either its their side dishes or the cuisines. I also tried soju too which you cant see easily in India
Firstly..the food was good. Secondly, i went with my vegetarian friends so couldnt order much.🥲 The rice cakes were delicious😋 but about kimbap i dont know....maybe because it was veg kimbap so it only tasted like we were eating raw veggies. Side dishes were great 👍 they also served green tea.💓 Overall experience was great.✌️
Good food, not that expensive! Thank you for the experience! It does get crowded around 2ish on the weekends and youll have to wait to get a table. Plan accordingly.
I was here today. Its in majnu ka Tilla. The shop is easily visible from far and easy to locate, the ambience is very good, you have to write your order yourself, I being a vegetarian I had few options to explore and I loved the food but the only thing I felt needs to be improve is that they served us kimchi and other starter without informing it was non veg. I took a bite and I immediately realise it was not veg, rest the food I ordered was veg, make sure to ask if you have any doubt. I didnot ask if the kimchi was veg or not. The staff is hardly seen and mostly in hurry, I felt the guy who served us was the only one for the whole floor. See I dont regret coming here. I loved the food and might visit again. Its just that instructions needs to be given clearly and customer and the one provider should have a good communication and not in a hurry that the changes or doubt you want to clear can be cleared. Baki I liked this place and enjoy alot. I hope you enjoy you too❤️
I enjoyed the ambience more than the food they served. Kimchi was not fresh, it tasted like a century kimchi. It was very sourrrrrrrr. Hot pot was not even close to average. However shin ramyun was good. All mayonnaise side dishes needs to be improved. But one thing i liked was that they have beautifully renovated the restaurant.
I will start by saying that I love Busan for their authentic Korean cuisines flavours and taste. They have used the entire space very well with a good availability of the seating area.We tried Kim Bap and tea this time but they have several options for vegetarians to choose from, which is one another factor that this place is really amazing.I would recommend them to make available their options for refreshing drinks as mentioned in their menu.
The place is slightly difficult to locate if youre only following google maps, but you can park on the outer ring road itself. It was a wonderful eating experience with the live DIY grill. Loved the food with all the different flavours and we paired it with the Korean liquor Soju.
