Best place to have a quick bite.Open at late hours.

The service doesnt speak Czech or English, I had to correct them two times about my payment. They messed up and added various different foods to my order. The food was smaller portion but ok. The service is extremely slow. Will not visit again.

Beef quesadilla I ordered via delivery service had the half of the normal portion of beef and almost no cheese.

Burrito came with pork after ordering chicken. I do not eat pork for personal reasons so very disturbed.

Absolute trash place. Boyfriend and friends of employees are hanging right at the door for HOURS, they are loud, obnoxious, with 2 unleashed pitbulls barking and lounging at people and other dogs passing by. Employees are feeding their boyfriends and friends for free while you wait in line to get what tastes like 3 day old rice and beans. I’m not even going to talk about the attitude of employees, somehow their crazy rudeness was the least of my concerns. The trash bin is not functional, the “wonderful” plastic recycling system is useless as employees throw everything in there - food waste, paper. Just a scam. Truly one of the worst places I’ve seen in Prague, what a shame to have wasted my money there.

I ate Mana burrito - it was tasty, but could be grilled a little bit more. I didn’t wait for long, so I definitely recommend it for a quick grab-and-go meal.

For the price it was really good, enjoyed the "a little bit spicy" burrito. I can recommend this place👍🏼

Its decent, of course you cant expect as good quality as in authentic restaurants, but its a good grab&go option.

But tonight I’m giving this four stars knowing it’s a fast food restaurant (fast food has a different rating systemThe best part was the staff tonight, I don’t know his name but he took pride in what they were serving recommending only the freshest ingredients! Wow

They keep removing my favourites from the menu, but still a great burrito.

Alright, I was annihilated that time but definitely enjoyed huge portion of burrito and quesadillas with extra guacamole topping 🤩.

I was worried when I moved to Prague from Arizona, that Id never have delicious Mexican food while living here. Well Burrito Loco proved me wrong. Of course its not as good as Tucson or San Diego Mexican food, but its a great substitute. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Comparable to Chipotle in the US. (But better than Chipotle)

The food is good, but not amazing. Definitely overpriced and the guy does not speak English which is hard for tourists to choose ingredients of their choice.

Pretty good. came at the end of the night and it seemed like all the ingredients were leftovers from the day. Despite this pretty good. friendly staff

Fantastic service by one of the staff members (forgot his name but had mentioned he was Russian :he spoke excellent English as we knew little Czech so was very welcoming and made ordering much easier. The food was very nice and filling for what we had, burritos and quesadillas.

I used to love this place but I think the quality really went down. Last experience on Tuesday ended up with food poisoning. Not coming back anytime soon for sure...

HORRIBLE AND PSYCHO!!!My boyfriend and I went there to buy some takeaway tacos.First, one of the two employees tried to hit on me in some way, but I tried to play it down and just continue with ordering our food.Then he started acting weird (maybe because I ignored his approaches?!and started saying things like “I’m strange... well not EVERYBODY is perfect, right??”.I already started to feel uncomfortable but tried to hang in and just get our meal. The other employees was very busy with justifying his colleague by constantly saying “I’m sorry, that’s just how he is..”.Then out of nothing the first one stopped preparing the food, walked directly to my boyfriend and started some stare-off; aggressively squinted his eyes an stared in his face very closely.The other employee asked him to stop, my boyfriend asked, what was wrong with him, the other employee asked him again to stop and go in the back. But little Mr. Psycho went on staring, squinting his eyes and smirking alternately.We took our money back from the other employee and left the store without our food. And that psycho person really still got the audacity to yell “oh, hey why you’re leaving????” at us.Never ever again will I eat there. What an awful experience, I only can recommend to avoid that place!!

I love Burrito Loco for its simple yet very tasty ingredients (especially the red pickled onions). But lately Ive noticed very poor service and there is always at least one ingredient missing. Check out the guys at Vinohradská, this is how it should be done :)

The worst Burrito Loco in Prague. They charge over 50czk for extra “guacamole” which at this site is mostly just chopped tomato. If you order the large burrito expect to have a ton of water from the salad station make it into your food. And don’t be surprised if they don’t give you any sour cream or spicy sauce - their excuse when this happened to me was “my colleague was in the way and I couldn’t reach it”. Burrito Loco is a great chain but this site is not well run and then staff have a consistently poor attitude.

The best dang Burrito Loco in the known universe. Roman has the absolute BEST customer service and hospitality in the Czech Republic. I will literally go out of my way to go to this location if he is working. 10/10 would recommend to a friend.

Great food! The staff is polite, they also speak English in case your Česká isnt up to speed. Lots of fresca options too

It is one of the best places. You get good food for reasonable prices. They accept different cards with good exchange rate.

Burrito loco rocks, this location however is not the best. The burritos here are smaller than other locations, and the employees seem less skilled at making them. On the plus side this location is 24hr. Love the duck burrito, of course as I said portions are much bigger at other locations.

Mediocre burritos. Maybe Im spoiled because Im Cuban from South Florida, but the rice was undercooked and hard and the beef was not very appetizing. Went once and havent gone back, so maybe it was just a bad day. I will try it again the next time Im in Prague and reevaluate.

Never had such awful "Mexican" food before. If there was a range from 1-100, I would still give 1. Tacos are f... stiff like a rock and its impossible to eat them. Not to mention that it tastes like garbage. Burrito is cold as ice. Quesadilla? I would do it better even if I was retarded. If someone really wants to try good Mexican food, he/she better goes to the place which is exactly opposite: Little Mexico. Amen.

Definitely not value for money. Virtually any other place around has better food. After having a wrap filled with rice and 2 tiny pieces of beef I will not be going back. Ever.

If you want mexican style fast food this is good place. Big advantage are opening hours so you can get food even late in night.

We got there because of the vegan dishes. The cookman makes everything on the same cooker, with the same gloves... The dishes was bot tasty, and not very good. Everything is too spicy, too fat and too overcooked.Bad Luck maybie but i wont try it again. My stomach didnt liked it the all night long.

We lived just around the corner of this place for a few days. Super nice burritos! Ate them for brunch everyday. One of us are vegetarian and also very satisfied.

Best part of my meal was the beer. Had the vegan wrap, it looked amazing when being made but once I tasted it I was extremely disappointed. The wrap itself was oddly chewy and gummy, and the rice was so undercooked it seemed as if I was trying to chew through small pebbles. Hurts me to say but I threw out the wrap after two bites. Would only bring this place up again in conversation to passionately discourage people from wasting their time and money.

Hands down the worst place I have eaten in Europe. We got 2 inedible vegan burritos served on the most gummy, stale wrap and rice that was so undercooked that it would stick to your teeth when you tried to chew it. Basically tiny little pebbles. Took 2 bites and threw it away. I never ever ever throw food away. I would have given this place a 0 but Google maps wont let me. June 15 2018 at 1600h. Save your money and eat elsewhere. At this rate, you might as well find the nearest dumpster - food will be better there than here.

I dont know how to describe this. Burrito looked liked its covered in Christmas paper. When I started to eat it all the crease came instantly to the table. No very nice experience.

Vegetarian burritto was not tasty. Pretty slow for fast food restaurant. Prices high compared to quality. Not recommend.

They are doing polishing right vehind of me, when I eat my burrito. When asked to stop that, Ive faced rather unpleasant behavior. Not guest-friendly place, I do not recommend. Employees should understand, that they should not clean carpet when guest is eating his meal.

Burrito Loco in general is a great place - readily available tasty mexican food. I gave it 4 stars because some days (and Ive been here a few times alreadyare better and some are lacking (some employees stuff the Burrito better than others, some are nicer etc.)The places hot sauce is great. If you like hot sauce and couldnt get to a farmers market, just buy their selection!!

Great little spot! Been here 3 times over the past 2 weeks and always found the staff to be friendly and efficient and the food very good, the decor is fresh, clean and colourful

Ok so first time in my life that Im so dissapointed that i have to write negative review.Guy who prepared my food was so rude. Portion was tiny. When you order soup they give you half of the scoop for 60czk? Not normal. Suggest you to try Little mexico just accross the street. Everybody smiling back at you. Super nice and for me it taste better.

The first time I went here was great, the second time was terrible. This place offers a vegan menu unfortunately not all the staff understand what this means. They had to rebuild our burrito after they put cheese on it. We asked for spicy sauce and were given mild, then after we asked for spicy I think we had to pay for both because a 130czh burrito ended up costing more than 300czh with a fizzy drink. Burrito still tasted nice but I feel like I must have paid almost double. We obviously annoyed the staff after asking for what wed been given on our first visit. We visited on a Monday then Tuesday, it wasnt busy on either occasion, no idea what the problem was on our second visit. Very stressful.
