Burrito King in Lubbock

The burritos I bought were very good and my granchild enjoyed the pancake plate as well. Might go back. Wonder if they have tripas?

First time here. We got a brisket burrito, a sausage and egg burrito, and chips to go. Total was $11 something.

The food is always, "Great, along with the Service!" May not look good from the outside, But the food and service, Excellent!

One of the best places in town to get good home-cooked mexican food. Love the menudo and especially the burritos! Been coming here since they first opened up! Keep doing what youre doing, and keep serving that delicious food!

Love coming here for burritos their food is Devin but the line be taking 15min to more and needs improvement frfr!!!

Very Friendly! Every Tuesday we order from this business for our office, I do recommend ordering ahead as their line can get pretty long, The food is really good and the staff is very friendly.

I had liked the original Polibertos before I tried Burrito King. Now I prefer Burrito King. I come to Lubbock once a year for a family reunion so I have been trying different places on my visits. As someone who grew up eating homemade flour tortillas, the very first bite registered to me as homemade. There is just a unique quality about them. The tortilla is over half of what scores a Burrito as great. We ordered chips and salsa and that salsa went well with the burritos. The salsa was flavorful but not hot. We recommend the Migas Rancheras and bean and egg burritos. Those beans were legit and the combination of them and the tortilla was great. The migas burrito had very good flavors going on. There was a huge drive thru line which was a good sign for us. We ate inside. The waitresses were bilingual. We are planning to return tomorrow.

Line and inside you will wait a long time. Prices have went up tremendously. Doesn’t matter if you call ahead you will still wait. Use to be my spot not no more

Good food only problem is the big pot hole in the drive through is very bad! Sooner or later cars wont be able.to go through there. !

Bacon and egg was awesome, they lost a star for the not-hot hot sauce. Sorry no photos of the burritos. But next time were in town, we will be back, but will bring my own hot sauce.

First time there and I gotta say, its delicious and priced are better then mama josie. Definitely coming back.

Drive thru lady was rude then gave us the wrong stuff and made it seem it was our fault. We tried calling in order but no answer the phone. So my husband ask do yall accept call in orders and she said yes but we are all busy. We drove they were all standing talking really girl. I showed the text what we needed still messed up the order. If u hate your job then go somewhere else.

Their food is really good, the breakfast burritos are a bit oily but other then that everything was spot on. They do not deliver via Dorr Dash

Food is always hot and fresh. Menudo is good. Salsa is hot. Beef Carne quisada is good too. I also like the bacon, potato and cheese burritos.

Barbacoa plate we ordered was really good and I like the salsa verde here. Servers are on point and friendly.

Best burritos 🌯, although one girl that works the window is always rude and has attitude! If you buy menudo or caldo you need to request for the extras that should already come included like others do. Yall need to let that be known!

Food is good always but one of the waitress wants to talk about others things before taking the order and people waiting to place there order so lets get it right burrito king or just change yalls name to burrito place

Simple menu but man their tortillas are best in town so far in my opinion. Got the ranchero eggs which came on the side if you want regular plate. Salsa was good, chips could be better but a great place for breakfast and lunch

My favorite breakfast place from now on.. everywhere i have gone in lubbock can not compete with burrito king. I loved it, my kids actually ate it all.. my new spot for breakfast. Thank yall amazing cooks.. amd everyone else who works there. It was AMAZING..

Everything I’ve ever eaten there is really good but today’s menudo was not cooked very well,had no flavor or maybe they tried to stretch it and added water to it..... after it had cooked,I’m just guessing ......dissappointed.

We had Tortas that were just okay. The carnitas torta was too dry and the cuban torta wasnt that great. However, flour tortillas are homemade and we will try again with breakfast burritos. Salsa is fabulous!

Absolute favorite place to eat! Hands down the best burritos and hot sauce. Quick service. Friendly and helpful staff.

Food was good but they charge for water and that’s not a bottled water, they also charge for chips and salsa that we did not order they just put them on table and walk away, sneaky way of making money

We love the Barbacoa burritos!! They are our Go To burritos But the amount of grease these 3 had was absurd. It was literally leaking out of the foil. Just sloppy & Ridiculous!

Great burrito and hot sauce, the line in the drive thru was long but it moved quickly. The parking lot and entrances were a little weird and threw me off, but thats the only ding they get from me.

I have been to Burrito King 3 times this month. I have tried something different each time. I have not been disappointed. The food is delicious, prices are economical, and the service is great. On my second visit the waitress remembered me and remembered my soft drink-Dr. Pepper.

Fortunately, our wait wasn’t terribly long, but the breakfast burritos were delicious! This was our first time eating here, and it definitely didn’t disappoint. The tortillas were super soft, and tasted awesome. We will definitely be going back!

We love Burrito King! Always good customer service and we love their food! The barbacoa burritos are delicious not as greasy like most places. Love the breakfast and brisket burritos. Chips and salsa is good, salsa is not too spicy. They have a breakfast with pancakes thats good as well and other yummy food. They sell lemonade and horchata which is delicious. We get a barbacoa burrito with a coke in a glass bottle that are always cold. The only bummer is that they close early which is at 4 and close at 3 on Sundays......This is our go to for good Mexican food or burritos. Would highly recommend!!👍👍

Good tasted great BUT..... I pulled up in the drive thru and ordered an unsweetened tea, one chicken taco and a bean and cheese chalupa. They had no tea and I was asked to pull around. After waiting 16 minutes I walked in and asked about my order. The girl prepping food said oh yea the taco. In under two minutes she had both made. I had to remind her of the hot sauce I asked for. The girls acted like I had no reason to be upset. I apologized if I seemed upset but there should be no reason I had to wait so long. They informed me it takes that long to make the order I placed. I told them no because I just stood there and watched her make it in under two minutes. I will not go back.

Hated the breakfast burritos from here (not chorizo some mystery meat). Fajitas were bland and they forgot my tortillas in the drive thru. Multiple times this place has let me down.

Food is excellent three stars though because if you are going here do not come for a fast meal!! It’s not going to happen. Your going to wait and the wait is definitely well worth it. But plan on at least 20 to 30 mins they have drive through traffic walk ins and phone orders. This place is busy for a reason they have really good burritos. I order ground beef potato and cheese. The chili is good not extremely spicy (and I like hot foodbut doesn’t taste like tomatoes either.

Awesome places for breakfast. I love all the food I have had here. It is a bit pricey. But I think we’ll worth it. The wait time even if you call your order in is still a bit long. But make sure you allocate time for this. Dining area is a bit small. But quaint. Staff is nice and courteous.

Everything was delicious and hot, but they have no sense of urgency. Waited 25 minutes for my food. They also charged us $1.75 for chips and salsa when it should be complimentary.

Amazing breakfast burritos served till 3pm. Great fast and friendly service. The guacamole is excellent and the salsa has quite the kick to it. Add a delicious horchata to complete a wonderful meal.

It was alright. Dont like the fact that the tortillas are no longer freshly made. They have a good breakfast menu but what I ordered lacked a bit in flavor. Other than that they have some good burritos!

Great food and fair prices. Burritos are sized in line with pricing and filled me up. Extremely happy. Also happy to hear they deliver. We live downtown and this will be a great breakfast option.

Went in for 3 burritos. Waited 45 minutes and watched 6 people in 2 groups who arrived after me get served full plates and still havent gotten my burritos. I asked for my money back and found my burritos had been sitting at the prep table waiting to be served for no telling how long then waitress made an excuse of how short staffed they were. There were more employees than customers in this place. The food was also undesirable. Worst experience in years. I will never be back

This is a great place to eat. My boyfriend Marcus and I eat here at least twice a week. We arrived after closing tonight and the gentleman there was still willing to serve us, it was delicious like always. The prices are great and you are always full when u leave. Everyone should visit Burrito King.
