Burien Plaza - Shopping Centre in Maple Valley, United States
Its okay lots of scary people around the parking lot homeless people and or people probably selling drugs but that would just be my guess they look pretty sketchy...
I only go becuase there is a mudbay and pho shop aswell.
Lots of shops. Clean and well structured
Stopped to grab coffee. Great little shopping area.
Picked up orders from various shops. Parking was a bit chaotic, but no more than expected.
there are many shops in the plaza including Safeway, office max, a good gyro/desert shop called Dinos, Sallys beauty suppy, Pho tai and a few others that dont come to mind right this moment
A good mix of stores here on a convenient location for me.Not a fan of how the parking lot is set up.
My friend so excited to sing with Double Scoop. Going again this week on Thursday to the Burien Market!
Cmon, if pizza were a drug I would be addicted to this one. Pizza you crave specifically!
U.p.s. store a really friendly business.
I have shopped there for many years
Filthy, filthy, filthy.people openly shooting up drugs. And then asking for ,$1.00 after theyve come down from their high.
Nearest my home, qfc prices on the high side but my Kroger card gives me big discounts as well as fuel points to help w/ gas prices. Somewhat
Found huge peaches, nice group of people to deal with. Great fruits and veggies
I pay my phone bill at the AT&T store, depending on how I feel, may be something to eat from Safeway or one of the other food shops that are located nearby.
Convenient to shop, many parking lots.
Its real close to Safeway and rite aid
I appreciate autozone, starbucks, and burien plaza dental but the loitering and sketching of those hanging around is ridiculous. They need no loitering signs and enforcement.
I go to monytree and safeway when I am in the hood but it seems to me there are a lot of little restraunts in the plaza too And a Walgreens and riteaid too
A clean shopping center with a variety of stores to offer. I can usually take care of a couple different errands when I come here, which is fairly regular. Staples,Safeway, and the UPS Store being the businesses I frequent here.
Very busy on a normal day, but the best place for everything you need, quick coffee break and where I get my hair cut. Easy to find, not too disastrously busy, but still be careful crossing from the parking lot.
I specifically went to Mud Bay who are my two favorite ladies work usually work Friday Saturday Sunday it was good to see them and they have decent prices and most of the time have the food that I feed my dogs
Most stores are nice, clean and well taken care of, being right next to a major transit stop creates some less than ideal traffic in the area
Mudbay good food selection for both cats and dogs. The staff always very friendly and always very willing and give great advise.
Great casual place to grab a beer. The tap list is extensive and ever-changing, and when thats not enough, there is a significant bank of fridges for your bottle and can selection. Not to mention, the casual food court attached allows you to grab a pizza or burgers while youre hanging out, supporting multiple local businesses. We like to swing by frequently.
Very good super market to do your shopping, and grab anything you need for have good food, I enjoy colourful areas in the produce, and the variety of fruits and vegetables ,etc.
One place I always come back to when in the Seattle area. The dough and sauce are perfect together. The crust is nice and crisp and the toppings are really good, not the Canadian bacon thou. Its a small location but deliver in the Burien area, they are on door dash now too.
This plaza has some good stores and restaurants but it is crawling with homeless drug addicts. The area always reeks of body odor and urine. A trip to this plaza is always a health and safety risk. Disgusting.
Pizza Palace is open later than usual if I remember correctly but the Starbucks used to be cool, I guess their policy changed so they are discriminative towards homeless people now. Boooooo!
I should give it a lower rating, however they do have some stores in there that I like and the gyro place is pretty awesome. Its just really funky parking and the indigent/druggie/psycho crowd is just out of hand. Panhandlers galore. Armed security doesnt even stop them.
Was stranded during the snow dump the other day. Couldnt get an Uber or Lyft before my fingers froze; could not count complete accounts when phone died. Made an emergency phone call and met two firemen who were very helpful but no ride sharing services provided. Assisted me with really how to keep my hands warm because they felt like glass; it were freezing after midnight when I realized that King County Metro didnt care who was stranded (the bus getting me home didnt/wasnt operate/operating after 6/7pm, but maybe got time wrongother than that I was good. Long cold safe snow day ❤️
Auto zone in burien plaza ,in and out in less than 5 min with my starter in hand ,my starter went out on my truck its under warranty so I took it in to AutoZone the employee looked my warranty up looked up the starter made the exchange no problem quick knowledgeable employee kudos to this particular AutoZone, wish the others were like this
This plaza has a lot to offer. From drug stores, fast food, to grocery shopping and banks. Unfortunately there is often a lot of sketchy activity outside businesses. People tend to loiter outside and harass customers, ask for money, smokes, or weed. I dont always feel safe shopping here alone at night. Even during the day I am cat-called or harassed. Not sure why this specific plaza is so bad. I try to avoid it when I can.
During this pandemic a lot has changed for everyone. The drive thru had 11 cars but that line moved up quickly. My meal was great, however coffee was lukewarm.
I love shopping with you and plaza because theres so many variety of stores to go to . There is a smoke shop a gas station across the street theres even a Burger King Jack in the box nearby theres many many different ways of getting everything you need as well as a telephone store a Starbucks a money tree everything that you need is right there in this plaza
The only few things positive about this plaza is that theres plenty of parking and you have different stores and food chains within the area, including the ones across the street. The other good thing is that when leaving the plaza, you have immediate access going to the freeway. The negatives of this plaza is that there can be too many pan handlers hanging around and the BECU ATM drive thru is annoyingly compact.
Lots of stores to choose from great teriyaki spot as well as staples Safeway mud Bay a Hawaiian restaurant a smoke shop and AutoZone and a few more stores I can’t think of at the moment but I can’t Think of all the names of all the stores there but it is a great place to stop and do some shopping in my opinion
I use to love going here but sadly they closed
I love it all way one stop to shop around
Cute little plaza with a nice variety of stores. Parking lot gets a little crazy during their busy hours!
This place can be sketchy at times. Parking lot is at an angle, why? Hard to pull out if some of the spots.I occasionally use the BECU drive-thru ATM with my mother in the car. I say occasionally because the homeless will panhandle at the exit area. This does not make my mother very comfortable. The stores in the plaza are nice, clerks are helpful.
Nice little shopping area with all your needs in one stop.
Great place for one stop shopping. Burien is growing into a well rounded city. The area and people around the plaza also lend to some unfortunate social trends. Many different truths, i guess we have to want to hear and see that.
Great place to shop and very rry close to bus line
Nice selection of stores, with lots of parking. But there does seem to be a lot homeless people hanging around the parking lot and I have had some strange guys come up to me and try talking to me while walking thru the lot, which doesnt make it the safest place to be from my experience at night time anyway. But luckily there is a police station just a block or two up the street, so if something serious was to happen Im sure theyd be on it.
I have been coming here for years and I will continue to do so. The Safeway is open till midnight, there is a MudBay for my pet shopping, Sallys, Game Stop, Smoke shop and more in this one little strip. It works out great for multi-stop shopping in a lot of ways for me.
There are lots of great businesses here. Anchored by Safeway but theres also a wonderful Taylor there, a Starbucks, Staples, and then even an auto parts store. Its actually one of the better collections of stores in this kind of Plaza.
Needed to kill some time and found three businesses there that I wanted to go to and it was extremely convenient. The UPS stores employee was very cordial and outgoing, GameStop worker was funny and as usual, Starbucks delivered on my coffee fix.
Burien Plaza is just like most other plazas its an area that has a whole bunch of shopping centers theres a great Pho Tai restaurant that I go and see theyve got a Fashion Bug it might still be there theres a Safeway there is a Emerald City Smoothie and a whole bunch of other stores in the Burien Shopping Plaza as well as a money tree a dentists office and some other places. The parking usually its fine its not a dirty parking lot its located at in a great area you can get in and out of pretty easily and theres a lot of great shopping places centers in the plaza.
Well in all fairness I cant but a bad mark on for any one store, but it seems like Everytime Im walking down the sidewalk to get from one store to the other I have to walk around someone laying on the ground or sitting with their legs stretched out and I feel like Im gonna trip and fall from this? So other then that I love the place a lot of shops where I tend to shop all in one place its great
