The service was quick and the food was good. The shop is a pleasant place to sit in. There are a table or 2 outdoors too. Too bad theres a huge screen playing advertisements continuously and loud music. Its hard to have a conversation at the table with those in the background. Sitting outdoors should solve the problem though.

This place used to be my favourite but not any more,last time the meat tasted horrible.

As a teen, I used to hit up burgers bar at 2 in the morning, to me that was the best thing in the world.Since then more competitors have, thank G-d, joined the burger scene in Jerusalem. Burgers Bar I feel didnt rise to the occasion and went for freeze-dry patties (or what tastes like freeze-dried pattiesto compete with the demand. Additionally they lost imagination in their food and really didnt invest in making their servers happy or welcoming.So nostalgically, I miss me a good Burgers Bar Burger, but today I say go somewhere else.

My family eat the burgers which are wonderful; I always order the portobello mushroom burger which is delicious!!

Had a few burgers here while visiting in Israel. It was really good, definitely different than a traditional american hamburger. The food along with the people was an awesome experience!

Took well over an hour for the delivery, the snotty workers were un apologetic.

There was some small mess between our meals (we were 6), but overall everything is fine, and the hamburgers are good for on-the-street place like this. If you ask me - a bit expensive though...

Very bad servise. Ordered from them, after 2 hours still did not get the food. When calling was constantly hang apon. Awful!

Ate here a few days ago. Very tasty. Had a hard time with their computer ordering process but one of the employees helped us figure it out, This was the best "fast food" burger I ever had. They make every thing to orders so the fast food is a bit slow but worth the wait. Good fries. Id come back

Bad Experience. The place was empty, but it took more than 20 minutes to get our order of two burgers. They completely messed up the order. We waited another 20 minutes to get the right order, still one was off slightly. When I told the manager this was completely unpleasant and disrupting our schedule, he couldnt care less.

Pretty okay! The burger was cooked well, and they definitely put in enough onions. Had take out - was wrapped nicely.

Food was good, 2 for 1 offer is good, it would be nice if they told it to us while ordering that specific burger

I am not answering about places where I was more than two weeks ago.But the way the page is built makes mandatory to rate before allowing to explain anything. The one star here is Googles Maps fault.

Ive eaten here (or tried tothree times in one week. The first time, the two burgers were delicious and made to order. The 220g was juicy and moist. The 150g was a bit dry but tasty. Four stars.But then came the next two times i tried eating there. Keep in mind this is a BURGER place. Not a chicken place. Not a salad place. BURGERS. Both times they did NOT have hamburger buns!! They also dont tell you this if youre waiting on line. So expect to learn this at the last minute.No hamburger buns at a burger place???? How does that make any sense. Zero stars for those two visits - less so if i could because of the horrible customer service for not telling me they didnt have buns after waiting on line!!!

A great solid burger received in a timely manner. The fries are nice and thick and come with sauces of your choice. The interior is well designed and has a casual atmosphere.

the Burgers are really delicious but the phone customer service is very rude and that happened to me at least 3 times.I am not going to order from this place anymore.

Food is good and fresh, takes a bit time to make. So prepare to wait even if you are first in line. Bathroom are not very assessable (only via steps). Entrance to store is accessible though. For kids - they have a toddler chair with a buckle that isnt very secure, so be careful.. (didnt see baby chairs).On a different note- interior design is interesting top windows with great sunlight. 🌞

Its okay but the crew I met werent the most intelligent.... Also Im not a fan of the high price to small portion ratio....

Good food but very high prices and you queue to get your order and pay. Basic tables and benches. I would go back if I have to but there are surely more pleasant places. This one is overpriced.

Quality has gone down over the years while competition has become significantly better. I had the standard burger and fries and they were good, just not as good as they used to be.

Local branch of a burger chain. Essentially the Burger King of Israel. Lived by old and young alike for good burgers, quick service and decent pricing. Small branch which is clean and has outdoor seating.

Really amazing burgers one of my favorites in Israel also it is kind of cheap in comparison with other places that server burgers.

Adequate fast food. Dont expect great quality or service, but it gets the job done.

The burger itself was really tasty and well cooked. The chips were dry and meh. The guy who took my order was a bit of a space cadet and got a small part of my order wrong but he and the rest of them seemed friendly.

Good burgers and very good fries. Had onion rings one day and fries the next. Both are good. The burgers are a bit undercooked. Medium was more like medium rare. I had "well" today and it was fine. The burgers taste good. Had both the classic and spicy. The spicy is a bit tastier. The garlic mayo is my favorite sauce so far. Not like American burgers (the meat has a different texture). Good service, friendly staff. They speak English and have a English menu available.

tried to place a delivery order. seemed like i was taking a mortgage at the bank! there is a 9 NIS fee, for deliveries that is not mentioned anywhere on the website nor on the menu. my total was 58 NIS, and deliveries is from 59 NIS, so she had to put me on hold to ask for authorization. please give me a break! instead of trying to be fancy with these online call systems, just put me in touch with the branch i want to order!

Now a national chain, the original Burgers Bar was founded on Emek Refaim. It has now moved across the street to larger premises but still offers really really good burgers. There are also branches in the downtown area and in the Old City.

The burger is great and everything else is okay. The is some outdoor seating which is nice, because inside is very cramped

For what it is most of the items on the menu are over priced especially the wraps, and most of the meat doesnt seem fresh, however the "Burger HaBayit" or house burger is a pretty good option and the best thing on the menu to get if you want a burger.
