Burgerlich in Dresden

Really cute place. First off, you dont order using the normal way. Each table has a tablet embedded within that you can open up to send your order whenever you wish.This is by far the best burger joint for miles. The burgers are amazing and have an insane amount of customizability so that you get exactly what you want. The sides are amazing. The dips stand out as there are more options than your average ketchup&mayo. The homemade lemonades are amazing. You have to try them.And lastly, the part I consider the most important, is the price. You can have a filling meal for two for 30-40 euros which is noticeably less than the rest of the restaurants in the area.Overall, Id say that this is a great place to pick up food at every once in a while. Really good pick for a date due to the amazing decor and the modern feel to the place.

The concept of self digital order is not my favourite, but the food is good. overpriced.

The service was awful, the tablets are not working and on top of it the food was mediocre. We had to made the order 4 times, since the first 3 tablets were not working and the waiters they just keep telling try on another tablet instead of helping us

Nothing special about the place. Burger is little better than burgerking, but pricey. Place itself has good spot. Enterence is weird. It is like fine dining enterence. Waitresses takes you to tables. I mean "Being hosted by a waitress really necessary at a burger restaurant?" I was expecting a quick bite, service was so slow.

Self-service at-the-table experience. Cozy restaurant and pretty good burgers variety and flavours. Clean and helpful customer service.Grilled chicken burger on point. Onion rings could be less greasy.

Medium is not medium - it’s almost well done. What’s undeniable is that it’s one of the top burger places in Dresden but like every other burger restaurants I visited in Germany so far, they don’t take cooking grade (donenessvery seriously.

One of the most amazing burger joints I have ever been to. Service is digital and top notch, the burgers and side dishers are amazing. Everybody can order directly from their tables through tablets installed inside the tables. Had a great time with my friends and will visit again for sure.

Ridiculous ordering system that requires you to pay before you eat and apparently gets easier the more you use it. But trust me,if you eat here once, you will never return. Awful.

We were asked to sit together with another couple at the same table and there is only one tablet for ordering. We waited for 10min and they still hadnt decided what to eat. It is a problematic system that one has to wait for the neighbours to finish ordering.

Had a meal here 4 years ago. Still the best burger I ever had!Would visit Dresden just for burgers from this place! Drool!

One of the best burgers Ive ever had. The atmosphere is awesome, great interior design and choice of music. Interesting ordering system, I was pleasantly surprised with it.

Very nice, automated ordering, tasty burgers and fries

I have been here about 4 times in the last year. The first time it was perfect, delicous burgers. The patty was really good, medium-rare, really juicy. The bread was fresh and fluffy, all ingredients really nice. My wife is vegetarian and veggie options were really tasty. Unfortunately, last experiences have not been so nice. Last time (about 2 weeks agowas probably the worst. Patty was overcooked and dry, and much smaller than the previous times. Also they changed their menu and veggie options were different, unfortunately the one we ordered (Quinoawas super dry and without any flavor. I would expect much better burgers for their prices. I hope they can go back to the quality they had earlier.

A surprising burger place with a great ordering method.Folded in table screens which creates your self ordering such an easy way. A very good and rasty burger variety. Clean, helpful and with a reasonable price. I truly recommend it as a walk by restaurant.

The place was amazing. The burger was really tasty. The fries were fresh and crispy. The mint lemonade I took was refreshing. But the best surprise for us was the completely digital order process. There was a really classy enviroment all around and me and my friends had a really good time.

I’ve been to Burgerlich many times, and I’ve always come out with a huge smile on my face and full big belly. The quality of their burgers are great. I love the taste of their burgers and the opportunity to mix different things together. I also love their veggi options. The lemonades and milk shakes are refreshing as well. The potato chips and sweet potato fries are beyond! Specially with chili mayo.There is also a meat ball snack and that is pure joy in your mouth, simple but awesome!Now in Covid time, they are open for order and pick up. Their menu is currently limited, probably because the sales are less than usual during this time. But still!!!I strongly recommend and I cannot wait until I can eat there again! 😍

This place is awesome, they have perfect burgers, juicy and blended with the perfect sauces. The ordering process is very simple with touch screen tabs on each table. The service is really quick and the waiters are really friendly. The interiors of the place is so cool.

I would not recommend this place. It looks OK and the idea that you order electronically is ok. But we were not given any water or something when we sat down. The burger was quite plain and cooked way too much. The total disaster were the fries - that tiny dish was really emberasinng:))

I really like the ordering process via tablet and your orders being tracked via a ID card you get when entering the restaurant. Service was friendly and helpful.For the food you have a nice verity of burgers and typical sides. The special thing is that you can order the burgers with pretty much everything either of or lots of add-ons. Thus creating your own Burger. I had the cheeseburger with onion rings and a nutella-banana shake. Taste wise it was good, I really like their sauces.What really dimmed the experience for me was that on my burger the patties were pretty dry. Generally, I would have preferred one thicker patty instead of the two thinner ones. Also compared to the buns, the patties were rather small.

Food is good, Service is good, Price is good.The atmosphere is nice and very casual and ordering via tablets that slide out of the tables is a cool gimmick.

Best place for burger lovers , homemade excellent meat burgers. You can choose what to add extra what to delete or just you can edit your own burger.

Ordered chicken burger, fries and basil lemonade.I agree with another poster that the price of a burger is ok, but gets pricey with added drinks and fries.Fries are ok. Slightly soft in the middle. The basil lemonade was good.Burger was good, enjoyed it though Im not sure the price is completely justified.Service was disappointing. I ordered the burger without onions, took a bite and found onions. I wasnt sure whether I specified my order that way, so I asked the waitress. She pulled up my order which said no onions. Then she just took my plate and returned a minute later with the onions scrapped off.Im pretty easygoing so I didnt raise a fuss, but I felt it was pretty dismissive. Id thought maybe it would be remade or at least an apology, but nope. Luckily I wasnt allergic to onions, but still it was a bit annoying to get your slightly eaten plate back just like that.Overall rating is 3.5 stars. Would have given 4 if service was better.Edit to the response below: A little more information, I spoke partially to the waitress in German, the order on the tablet was done in German "ohne Zwiebeln", and she clearly saw that when she pulled up my order and looked at my burger.

Burger was cooked perfectly. Chips were a bit cold by the time they arrived. Sauces were delicious. Truffle mayo and wasabi mayo. Winners. Service was good and polite.

Hamburgers restaurant in Dresden, Germany. A lovely restaurant. When you come in you get a ticket. Each table has a tablet that invites what you want. There is a selection of very tasty burgers, salads, toppings. The schnitzel is also excellent. There are iron dishes too. We ended up ordering their milkshakes which were great. The service is wonderful and the food delicious. Highly recommend

One of the best burgers I ever had. Surprised to find it in Dresden. Actually all the food was great. And their starters/ snacks are also excellent.You order your food with a tablet at the table after getting a magnetic car from the staff. And then you pay with this card at the end inside, very cool and convenient. The place is very big with seating outside and inside.

Ordering system made from tablets is very smart, but still missing perfection and that can sometimes ruin your order, but it was hell of a progress for someone from Eastern Europe.Food by itself was very well prepared and we didnt have to wait too long, but what missed me was some kind of menu choice with burger, pommes frites and drink, which would surely improve final price.I enjoyed this restaurant and would be happy to visit it again during my next trip in Dresden

Thats one great burger place.Very tasty burger.You can see the cook grinding meat through the glass wall. Really delicious meat.The ordering system is also interesting/convenient.Paid 9€ for my meal in the picture.If Im ever in Dresden again, will definitely come back!

In Burgerlich you order with a tablet, we found that pretty interesting, and it was easy to navigate too!The staff were very friendly and told us how to order.The food came very quickly, and it was very tasty. The burgers were great, but the Caesar salad wasnt.... But it was alright i guess. I still think the portions are just a little bit small though, but hey, thats just my opinon!Overall I would definitely recommend it, very tasty burgers, and therefore the 5 stars.

Really positively surprised by how tasty the veggie burger was, especially considering how fast the service was and relatively low the price was (at least for Munich standards).Shout-out to the bun, which usually is what burgers suffer most from - this one was fresh and fluffy.Ordering from the tablet is a gimmick - with the biggest drawback being orders sent to the kitchen at different times.Consider finalizing the order simultaneously for a better chance to get your food at the same time.

I went with my family there for lunch. We ordered our food, a bacon and quinoa burger, and drinks, homemade lemonade and shakes, via a tablet. Everything was delivered in a short period of time by friendly stuff and was super tasty.However I found it way to expensive. A burger without fries or salad is about 9€

Very nice place to have dinner, went three days in a row during my stay in Dresden. Tasty salads, burguers and desserts, very fast service. Staff is very kind and they speak English.

Delicious food and Milkshake, will come back again. I liked the outdoor seating very much (in summer timeand very tourist-friendly ordering via iPad. You can click your way through it without any stress, they offer digital menu (appin various languages and have plenty of pictures! The price get also calculated when ordering - budget-friendly.

This burger is just awesome! I was really surprised, Ive had so many burgers in my life but this one was really really good . I had pulled pork burger with jalapeno and some fries with a chilli mayonnaise . check out the pictures they speak for themselves. The staff there was really friendly and helpful and even though it was 2300 they still prepared a burger meal for me. if youre interested please check it out its really close to the train station and very recommendable!!!

An expensive McDonalds.. Unpersonal, no smiling waiters/waitresses. Food and drinks ordered on the tablet on the table; then served pretty fast; but with no smile, no talk, no "bon apetit", no pouring the soda into the glass. No follow up. Not even a "hi" or "may I take this" when a waitress came to take away the plates.Which btw were made of plastic and looking ugly.The benches were not comfortable and to pay we had to go in to the restaurant and wait for a waiter to come to get their money.The one star (instead of noneis for the one plus; my chili burger was actually spicy! Thumbs up for that.

I loved the taste of them.They were filled with everything a burger should be filled with.Nice juicy meat and melted cheese.The burgers came standard with double meat which was a plus for me.The place is really cool as well, very well presented and very modern with the ordering system.The staff were friendly and speak English.Only down fall to my burger was the bun was too soft and fell apart as soon as I took a bite.

Ok.... The fancy screens coming out of the table, ordering using tablets and paying using a magnetic card.... This is amazingly cool! But its all just a gimmick!!!Yeah... The hamburger was good, but.... There was nothing else to order from...Its burgers, or salads nothing more, The kids end up without anything to eat...So yes! Thats was a really nice experience! Inspiring and futuristic, but.... Thats not why Im going for a restaurant from the first place

My experience from this restaurant was not bad, nor good. The food was so fatty, which is not my thing, but it tasted good. Since everyone order through the tablets separately, the food also arrives separately. So if you want to wait for everyone to start, your food will be cold.
