Very poor service, but burgers are fine.

Yesterday night I went to this place with my friends. The waiter who came to take our order was tooooo rude and unprofessional. I had been here before and I liked the food very much (I really should appreciate the cook for this). But this time the experience was nothing but a diaster. I have been to many restaurants in many countries and have never faced a horrible service like this. We were insulted and kicked out of the restaurant. Im definitely not coming back to this place again and recommend to anyone. Finally we went to another nearby restaurant where the staffs were polite.

Still one of the best burgers Ive tried in Dresden. Every milimeter of this place has been designed with a purpose... down to the names of the dishes 🤣.I had the Cheesy with extra guacamole sauce. Nice. The beef patty was tender and well cooked (quality beef!). The fries were also crispy and tender on the inside.One of the things I liked the most is the nice attitude of the staff. They offered to speak in english, smiled, and provided good service all the way.

Ordered a goatlicious burger - the "meat" was very tasty, so was the goat cheese. Also I chose the sweet potato french fries - great. The portions are not very big but was just ideal.

Great food, good prices and amazing service! My wife and I went here for lunch and truly enjoyed the whole experience. They have a great deal at lunch where you get a burger, lots of fries and a drink for 12,90. The presentation was great and the food tasted great as well but the best over all was the attention and service we got from our waitress Denise. Denise came by many time to make sure everything was ok. My wife is very sensitive to spice and for some reason something in her food seemed to be a bit spicy for her. When Denise found out, she brought my wife some ice cream with some fruit to help her feel better without us even asking. Overall we had an amazing experience and highly recommend it. Thank you Denise for your great service and caring for my wife :)

I have been to Burgerheart before this, the fries and the burgers were heavenly. So I visited again and this time the drinks and fries were artistic❤️, however the burger wasnt as good as it was, even though I ordered the same as last time.

The restaurant looks cool, but I order a vegetarian burger and they gave me a burger with meat.. and they also forgot my beer !!!

BBQ and burger taste ok. But the fries as a side dish taste terrible, they are extremely dry… 😰

Really juicy and delicious burgers for like 8-9 euros. Cant complain at all. The service was phenomenal. Kudos to your waiters. Only thing I would say is the Canadian fries had too much sauce and too little topping. Other than that top notch

Overall very tasty and we enjoyed it. A bit expensive for what it is, but kind service. The toilets could be a little bit better and drinks a bit bigger.

It was ok. I was shocked that a burger restaurant did not have mustard for hamburgers. All burgers in Texas (where Im fromhave mustard. They forget the onion rings I ordered too. The best part was the bun, which did not dissolve like most German hamburger buns.

I ordered a falafel salad yesterday, but I couldn’t finish it so I asked for take out. It took us more than 30 minutes to wait for the package and it turned out the staff threw away the dish. They made new dish for the mistake but the main part, falafel, was missing. The whole takeout box only contented several leaves and two pieces of bread. I was so disappointed with the service. Burgerheart was actually one of my favorite restaurants in Dresden, and the service yesterday just made me feel even worse.I don’t know if I will go there again... maybe not anymore.

Great place for big groups, we visit frequently and always good food and friendly service.

I was here few times now. It is situated just on the right corner in Neustadt. Ive tried Chuck Norris, Barbecue pulled pork and double Mount Beeferest, the last one is on the picture. This time I ordered a home made limo, which is very good! I loved all the burgers so far!;Great job! I loved the idea of using glass drinking straws, which is friendly for the environment! The stuff is also very friendly and the kitchen did our last big order quite fast, thanks! There is only one thing, why I give you only 4 stars, is that french fries is only with the double burger, you could add it to every one. And there is no Wi-Fi.

Very good burger place. We tried new york chilli cheese and crispy chicken burger both of them very tasty. They have very good Canadian frys and its go with very well with burgers. Its nice place for groups and date. Very good atmosphere and friendly staff. But better book this place prior if you decide to have good burger :mostly crowded and sometime you get place if you are lucky 😁 , without booking. Price is bit high but worth trying once if you are in Dresden.

We went to the pop up restaurant breakfast there, California Breakfast Club. Very fair price, excellent selection of breakfast foods and unlimited French press coffee. Great choice for Katerfrühstück ;)

Awesome vegan burger. Super tasty. They are very friendly and give good service. I kinda wish the burgers came with fries though. You have to get them on the side, which is not bad, just a bit more expensive. Its always better to go with friends so you get the pound and share them. I was super excited to find out they had vegetarian and vegan burgers 😄

Burgers were very tasty. I was there for lunch and theres a set meal including a burger, fries and a drink for 9.90. I had the Chuck Norris burger. The restaurant was nice and it was a great atmosphere to end the meal with a round of card games. Service was also very friendly.

Food is really good, prices are moderate. Staff could be more attentive at times.

The burgers are fine, but there are better burgers in Dresden. The staff were very aloof even for Neustadt.
