i didnt eat here lols but I was sitting outside the store in carpark for 15 maybe 20mins just watching the inside and all I could do was sit there and smile at the beautiful customer service.... Made a online order. Said it would be ready in 10 minutes but as soon as I paid the time updated to 1 Hour. Tried calling several times to cancel my order with no answer.Use to love burger fuel but my recent experiences have been absolutely shocking.

Arrived 5mins before my order was supposed to be ready and was told it will be ready in 2-3mins. 16mins later with no apology and a third of my meal warm at best, not very impressed.

Not the first time phone line never gets answered. Online order 25 minutes late and cold. Guy never called the order out then another employee offered no apology just another longer wait at 7.40pm. Wont be back.

On Tuesday night I walked in and there was a lady waiting to be served, and I joined waiting with her for a solid minute before one of the 6 workers behind the counter looked up and saw us there.While at the counter I saw many of the people preparing and touching food with their bare hands, nail polish and jewellery on. I then saw one girl take her cap off, run her hand over the top of her hair, then put her cap back on and continue touching the burgers she was assembling.This is not to mention the cold demeanour of the staff while serving me, I was disgusted by my visit

Im not sure what happened last night but the food was not great at all. We ordered a 6 pack of chicken fenders and look at how overcooked and dry it looked. Does this mean we have to check every item including the fenders before we leave, they used to have good quality control.

My last visit was fairly underwhelming. Previously have had great experiences. Staff did not seem too engaged in their job. Tables could do with clearing/cleaning. Some enthusiasm could liven up the atmosphere.

Our takeout order was wrong, so would definitely recommend checking your food before leaving. The quality was terrible and the taste was awful. Wouldnt recommend this branch.

Best burger fuel,had a bad experience at another burger fuel on the shore just recently,so im glad I came here,big delicious healthy burgers!,I always get the vegan Vtwin which is yum,but my boys get the meat ones and they love them!,friendly and good service,warm atmosphere and a bonus to be offered a voucher also,Thank you,will be back again.only rated 4 because the chips were alittle on low side but would have been a 5.CheersLocal*

Prefer this burger place to other fast food in the area. Will definitely be back. Food quality is good, staff are friendly and always a better option than McDonalds.

Hit and miss, some days are awesome and others...meh. Felt lately that theyve been sold out of a lot of items we usually get, like the spud fries. Its been sorted now but one online order we made we werent informed they were out of salad for their burgers (we werent even informed when we went to pick up eitherso we were shocked once we got our order that half of burger was missing and we were still charged full price.

We have ordered online from Westgate store and when got home found out that two chips packs were missing from kids meals. Also, wrong shake flavour received. The burgers were average compared to Ponsonby franchise. Totally disappointed!

Fast friendly love it. Parking is super odd so if its busy its probs better to park away and walk in other wise seems like the people there have a good time

Last 3 times I have purchased food from this burger fuel I have ordered online and there have been significant delays from the pickup time. Ive been waiting 45mins so far...still no food. Same thing happened last time.

The food itself is good, but the music was ridiculously loud and they took a very old and dirty looking supermarket trolley through the dining area and to the kitchen which was very off putting

Stinky restaurant. Indifferent staff. Awful location. Area overwhelmed by smell of the laundromat next door. The worst parking ever - probably the engineer was on holiday.

Really great, especially considering they were slightly understaffed and slammed. Go early if you want to eat in, or order online beforehand. Mega busy even on a Sunday night! Such good food & place :)

Great burgers. When I got there it was not open for dine in, probably due to covid impact on staffing, however Google maps did not reflect that. Maybe googles fault rather than the outlet. Then ordered online to take away, and found their system a bit slow and difficult to navigate. Anyway, first-world problems. As I said at the start, great burgers!

Visited Burger fuel Westgate and was turned away at the entrance advising that they only take online orders. Left the store disappointed. Wasn’t even given an option to order as I was already there. Don’t see a point to own a retail store if allowing online only options. Intentions were to support my local business but these clowns don’t need any support. Will not recommend to anyone - best to spend your money else where.

3 times out of 5. Expect soggy chips. Which is a shame because they charge so much for it. Sometimes the chips are ready but the burgers are 10 minutes late. Often on weekends, they dont bother answering the phone which makes the free milkshake for AA member redemption difficult. Ive started buying my burgers from Burger Wisconsin further away. I get more chips and its always crunchy. Beats soggy chips with free milkshake.

Was really good they never fail burgers are always so damn tasty! Ive never tried a bad burgerfuel yet, definitely recommend Westgate brach, bonus is I had two burgers free! So didnt have to pay as s much

The best Burger fuel Ive ever been to, Lenny and his team always welcome us with smiles & great service.We eat there 5 days out of 7 & we have no complaints whatsoever.

Manager told us that we could only get takeaway because we were taking up too much room. There were 5 of us and he told us to sit at another bigger table with no chairs. We were fine where we were and there was nothing wrong with where we were sitting. You could tell the manager had no idea what he was doing. Got a refund and bought hell pizza instead, way better food anyway. Only went there because one of us is gluten free, otherwise I would never go there. Just buy food anywhere else.

We stopped by the shop on the way to Muriwai. We ordered the burgers online and picked them up in the shop. It is located near the roundabout after the entrance to Westgate just after the Z station. The parking area was really busy when we were there so it was hard to find a place to park. It was easy enough to get out and join the highway again since we were heading in the right direction.The burgers were as nice as other franchises. It was interesting that the burger doofer was made into the burger box. Just "unzip" the bottom bit and you can eat it from the box. Their kumara fries were nice and came with aioli. It was a nice place for a picnic burger lunch.

Love burgerfuel but tonight was a waste of money. Aoili was watered down, chips were very average, wait time was half an hour and the burger had one small drop of aoili on it and very dry. They were clearly running out of sauce but instead of telling us they charged us the same for a terrible burger. Not to even mention that they didnt put avo on my burger when it is supposed to come standard on the Ford freakout. Wasted my money.

Standard Burger Fuel quality which is always great. Abit of a wait despite pick up order time. Car park quite tight especially at peak hour times.

So we ordered couple of large burgers, a mini burger and some fries from the westgate branch and honestly speaking weve never tasted a burger like that from burger fuel ever before. We love the burgers at BF but what we got last night was a total disappointment and felt like it was rushed (im talking 5.30 pm). It was cold, soggy, not much flavour and the bun on the mini burger was burnt, you could actually smell the burnt smell as soon as you open it. We paid around $55 and after spending so much you would expect to have a nice meal but it was just extremely disappointing.

When paying more than $22 for a burger and some chips, youd expect to have the burger made to a high standard. I had 1 item removed from the burger and added an alternative. The alternative wasnt added and the burger looked like something McDs produced during rush hour.The chips tasted partially cooked, were soggy and cold, worst part is I watched these chips go straight from the fries and into the dispenser then my food bag, so these were as fresh as you could get.Overall pretty disappointed, not sure if I would return to this particular branch any time soon.

Food was great, my order was handed to me within a minute of arriving great service.

Id give it a -5 rating if I could, ordered online with lead pickup time of 35min, but yet still had to wait another 45min instore for pickup of my order, once I got the food kumera fries overcooked and cold, half filled up with spud fries not to mention the lukewarm burgers with next to no patty. Worst experience at Burger fuel I have had and I go weekly.

Nice burgers.not olot of parking which became a problem.but was still a few customers reasonable service.

Burgers are great as always although I’ve noticed the prices have increased since last coming here about 5-6 months ago. Chicken/beef burgers now sit around the $15 mark but even then it’s probably still worth it. Better than any other gourmet burger place. Staff are friendly and seem to be having a great time behind the till which is always nice to see.

Great team, they listened to my long list of an order and got everything right, the food was popping hot and great tasting.The only thing that I could "critique" was I somehow purchased an extra burger, however I think this was due to the fact I had ordered a burger type that is no longer officially on the menu, I by no means view the team negatively for this, I think that making my (very specific, non menuburger was next level customer service and Im happy regardlessPlus the extra burger was made top notch, I just need to find someone who would like a burger 😅 I cant imagine thatll be hard around a bunch of gym junkies 🤣Thanks again

Very nice place! I go here all the time to eat and try the different burgers. The vegan ones are definitely underrated and deserve some attention. The amazing staff manage any problem, and when under a busy reception preform very well. I had a vegan birger the other day and for it being 1p-20 mins late i got a free drink to compensate!

update: forget ordering ahead. More than once Ive ordered ahead only to find that my order was not processed because they "forgot" or it was too busy - their words not mine.Fast food (& possibly in peak times not so fast). It is the standard BF experience. The food quality is standard but inconsistent with other branches as is the service. Access and parking is an issue so be prepared.

It’s really amazing. Service is great and food is always good quality and fresh.
