BurgerFuel Papamoa in Tauranga

I have burgerfuel once a week and after 10 phone attempts around 8.45pm this evening could not get anyone to pickup

Delicious Kai Everytime! Highly recommend a BurgerFuel burger for flavour, freshness and to fill your puku. The chips and aioli dip are also amazing. Our kids burger was left out of our takeaway and only realized when we got home 20km away. The Manager was very apologetic when I called to discuss and corporate called to provide a burger and chips replacement.Staff are always friendly like they enjoy their job which is awesome to see😊

Awesome service from the front, easy layout and plenty of seating if your looking to take away. Food was delicious and the kids option worked a treat. Highly recommend a visit as we will return soon.

The food was fantastic and the service too and the lovely lady on till, Rikaia I think her name was she made our night. The music was really great it just added to the vibe going on already. 10/10 will be back very soon.

Amazing burgers and service. I went in last night and thoroughly enjoyed the man who served me at the till. Nepal is coincidentally my next vacation trip and Puran Puran was excited to meet someone who was interested in his home country :)

the choppers are so delicious and the bacon backfire is my favourite chicken burger around here. Smash browns are so yummy - but I have to give only four stars because they put so much salt on sometimes it ruins them. Im talking crazy salt. enough salt to kill a thousand snails

Really fresh, well presented and super friendly staff always.I had the new venison burger which was delicious.My daughter is GF and they are very careful and consult if in doubt with any food prep.Consistently very good.

Ive always been a fan of the food, and this store is always very good. But I have to say this store is run by some customer service superstars. Ordered food and 1 burger was missing, no fuss was made and missing burger was made up in less than a minute and delivered to us. The no fuss dealing to an issue was just so refreshing and if I could give more than 5 stars I would. Legends.

Awesome customer service; friendly & inviting.Ordered the Bacon BBQ Roadster for the first time..The salad was fresh, the onion rings were crispy and the patty was cooked to perfection!Loved every single bite of it and would 10/10 recommend 👍🏽Also, the restaurant itself was tidy, clean and calm 😊

Did online order, waited for 4 minutes in a nearly empty restaurant until someone finally came over. Was told there was no order for me! Showed them my email confirmation and then my order was found!Waited 9 minutes for the 4 thick shakes to me made while burgers went cold. Finally got my order, the Thick shake order was wrong, burgers cold and soggy. What a total waste of money and not the nice Birthday dinner I had planned.Unfortunately this is not the first time we have had issues with this burger fuel. Last few orders have arrived cold and items missed out.Google why cant we leave NO Star reviews, this food certainly deserved it.

Not safe at papamoa for celiacs, 2nd time Ive gone in both times stating I am extremely allergic to gluten and am a celiac, both times I have had allergic reactions from cross contaminationOnly thing I have eaten today and last time thought it might Have been something elsethis time has definitely proven it to me that it was here.Gf options available-but not safe for celiacs

Good food, but you can stand for 10 mins waiting for someone to acknowledge you while they ignore you. I ordered well in advance online and still had to wait over 20 mins when I arrived. It was pretty disappointing, be prepared to wait.

Well, To say im disappointed is one hell of an understatment,Ordered my first takeaways after lockdown so was very excited to start with. Delivery time was set for 6.50pm, get the the restaurant and theres only two other people waiting. I headed up and asked if my online order was ready but got told no and that they would call my name as usual when the order is done. Time goes by sitting in the cold.... A little more time goes by and to my surprise no order.... After 30 minutes sitting in the cold i decide to go and ask whats going on with my late assssss order. The young lady behind the counter says again its not ready but she will "check" for it. Surprisingly she found the order sitting there waiting and had been there for a long long time. She assured me the food was still hot but when i got home my burger and fries may have well been ice blocks.I would greatly appreciate it if someone could contact me ASAP to rectify this horrifying experience.

Ordered and paid inline with a chosen pickup time of 6 15pm which was 30mins from the time I ordered. Get their for 6.15pm pick up, they hadnt even stared making my meal and had to wait another 20mins. Dont order online via website as pickup time is not accurate and a lie. I placed my order at Burgerfuel Papampa.

Me and my partner come here often and we love bfuel! its our go to takeaway always! however, we were very disappointed last Saturday night when we received our burgers! the bottom bun was so soggy it stuck to the brown bag, there was also way too much sauce as well! not only just my burger but also my partners! so disappointed we didnt eat it.Other then that papamoa bfuel is usually so yummy!

Our go to for burgers when in NZ and the Papamoa location did not dissapoint. Must visit for any burger lover or enthusiast... they even had a live DJ playing.Great staff good location tucked away with some outdoor seating available. Thank you for another great time a good food. Will be back!

Very fast service and a free burger on your bday when you register as a VIP. Was very yummy. Good quality and kumura fries great as well.

Called in for lunch after travelling from Hamilton. The meal was yum! The cook even came out and communicated with us about a mistake. Wasn’t an issue. Excellent customer service, they were nice and friendly. Always appreciate good service
