Blonde girl who served me had no idea of my phone order I placed 20 minutes ago, didn’t bother to check and I was told to wait another 25 minutes. I find out she didn’t even process my order or follow up with. The fact she just kept serving everyone else that came in after me and giving their orders, I felt unappreciated. Gladly a bloke named Britton (brown guy with a beardfollowed up and was sincere about the mistake and addressed the issue ASAP. I would give the benefit of the doubt in fast food but I was standing in front of her right next to the people she served, waiting for my order and wasnt acknowledged at all. I appreciated Brittons help, hats off to him.

Good but high prices

Been a while since visiting this spot, got my old regular. Burger always on point which Ive come to expect, the one point which turns out a bit soft is the kumara fries, from any location IMO. This time round they were so good and crispy though soft inside with the new in built doofer zippy box.If you havent tried a Burger Fuel burger before its the best and freshest youll get.

Used to have free water? Table was sticky and full of crumbs. Long long wait cause take away customers served first so it seems. Happy they are open on a public holiday though.

incredible experience here. was served by a beautiful young girl named emma, not only did she recommend me an incredible burger. but she offered my kids a colouring sheet, cleaned up when they spilt some juice. and she did it all with a smile. the service was so incredible i’d come back here again in an instant. thank you so much emma, you were amazing.

Friendly guy on staff. Asked for covid passport yaaas! Beaut burger..my favorite place with yum chips. Clean benches a small detail that many joints forget the wipe down thing.

Very weird experience we faced. On google closing time shows 10pm but when reached the place around 9:40 no one attended us. The way staff looked at us was creepy and they simply ignore the customer.It was really shocking experience.But next day on early evening they served a good food.

Great cuisine, courteous service, and simple online ordering, even in the midst of an unending level 3. We are delighted to return for another delicious dinner.

Burger was too runny with liquid dripping. Sauces are fine but they really need to drain either the salads or whatever is causing excess fluid in the burger.Salting on my kumara fries was excessive.

Mcdonalds at 2am? Nope. This is a Burger Fuel Burnout burger at 8pm on a Wednesday. Buns are damp and flapping about and I couldnt manage it even in the doofer. Time to get out the old knife and fork....MMMMMM beautiful luke how I have missed your warm embrace, yes oh yes the sarcasm is a massive understatement of how abhorrent this meal was.

The worst American muscle burger ever! This is my burger of choice and have had them at many stores but the one I picked up from Mt Eden was like a a desert. Dry nothing and nothing in it. Still my burger choice but not from that store.

Every Friday we get our burgers and due to the quantity or burgers we get( 15-250 their burgers get sloppy and greasy.not sure why they cant just take their time and construct a non sloppy burger which doesnt soak the bun in fat.Sort your stuff out burger fuel. got some great products and places like yours have done better in the past compared to now. pci kyour game up

I got the mini beyond something .. the plant-based beef alternative. I’ve had this sort of faux-meat before and enjoy it as a way to cut back on meat from time to time. I have to say, Burger Fuels take on this is pretty decent for a quick lunch with a little less guilt.

Easy and fast service. Always get the C N Cheese but I modify it to resemble old recipe, i.e. remove the truffle mascarpone. Love their kumara chips with aioli, cant go wrong with those. Their doofers are a funny and innovative tool to prevent the sauces from dripping down your arms.

Last was the first night i hav in since a long long time as quality used to be playing russian roulette more missed than hit. It has since got better i am truly shocked burger was a takeaway got home after supermarket is still looked firm well cooked char smells too it was delicious yumsss. Will be back soon. Front staff too is super friendly

Never been served by the girls. But been served by the guys and burgers been made by the guys. Can tell you they deserve a pay rise. Their customer service is over the moon, even when it’s busy, they still have a smile on their face and treat customers with so much respect. Besides customer service. I can now say that this burger fuel in Mount Eden is hands down the best burger fuel I have had in my life. I’ve been to many burger fuels around Auckland but nothing like this. The portion is perfect to the point it makes me want to buy more. Taste is amazing. Hands down back of house and the guys deserve a pay rise from my experience there. Havnt been served by the girls though.

I never left negative reviews before, but I’m writing now because I was very disappointed with my experience today. I ordered Burnout Chicken burger. Buns were soggy, all the ingredients were saggy; chicken pieces were a half size of the entire burger size. The sauce was dripping with grease. The burger holder was totally useless because of the situation. I tried to eat them with a cutlery but the appearance of it made me sick and I didn’t want to eat it anymore.I love Burger Fuel and have tried exactly same menu a lot of times at other branches before, but never been upset with the quality.However, I have already had similar experiences at this branch; the burgers I ordered before were still edible though. Might not come back to Mt Eden branch in the future.

Hard working and friendly staff. Burger fuel is definitely doing great job in making good smoothies, ofcourse great burgers specially when you are vegetarian/ vegan and looking out for good options. Good stuff people🤙🏻

Great burger, of course and a delicious smoothie. Quick, friendly service and a nice atmosphere. Felt welcomed even with our baby and stroller with a mid-meal baby formula feed required. Only negative was incorrect charge which I had to query otherwise would have been 5 stars

The fries were very undercooked to the point of being crunchy and the sink in bathroom was blocked and unclean. The burger wasnt too bad, but wasnt great either. The thick shake I purchased was however very pleasant and by far my highlight of the meal. Therefore I rate BurgerFuel Mt Eden 2 out of 5 stars.

Veg friendly 🌱 just tried the mini beyond beleaf burger and it’s delicious. They also have other plant based patties and vegan aioli.

Great burgers but the staff had absolutely no idea how to organise themselves. The food took ages to prepare and then we had almost finished eating before the shakes were ready, and I doubt that we would have got them at all if I hadnt asked several times. Shame that a good restaurant has such inept staff.

It was a great start, from entering the store and ordering the burger. The stuff were very friendly and polite. I ordered a chicken burger to eat in. Went to the restroom while my order was being made and it was clean. When the burger arrived at my table, to my surprise, it was in a paper takeway bag and upside down position. Which made all the stuff between the two buns fall out.The serving staff then realized his mistake and brought back a tray but no 🍽. While the burger was decent, it was rather a messy business trying to eat the whole thing. I just wish the staff would pay attention to details like that. Its not like the place was very busy. That is all.

Great service and not a long wait time which was fantastic. Good amount of seating and even a bit of car parking spaces on the side.

Its my go to for dinner often. Reasonable price, fresh food, huge portion, extremely delicious, with their mouth-watering sides. I also participated in one of their burgerfuel competitions and they gave away 3 free burger coupons for my efforts in participating. I just love em very much. The staffs are also very friendly at all times given the fact that its one of the busiest places.

I didnt want to give this one star for the reason that the burgers usually taste great and the customer service is usually fine. However a couple of weeks ago I got two large size Combustion Tofus and asked for them both to have vegan aioli, which I said I was happy to pay the extra $$ for. Upon getting home and failing to taste the aioli, I lifted up the bun and saw this depressingly small serving of aioli which I paid extra for (I should also say on a positive note that the vegan aoili is insanely good, so props for that). Not being one to usually make complaints I took a photo in the heat of the moment but then just forgot about it. Two weeks later we went again and I remembered I had the photo so figured I would politely show them in the hopes that they may offer that I dont pay for the extra aioli this time. Instead I was met with two blank faces as if to say "well what do you want me to do about it?". She said she would pass this on to the kitchen without so much as an apology, I shrugged my shoulders, took my burgers home, and should say in all fairness that they where amazing. Customer service and quality control could do with some improvement though. P.s It wont let me attach a photo for some reason so you will just have to imagine a 1/10 aioli to bun ratio.
