Loved the chicken tenders....friendly staff.

Came here for the first time today on my birthday, really happy the guy who served us Brendan was awesome, with great friendly service. Wish I could rate 10 stars!!(edit, the food was AMAZING! Definitely lived up to its hype!)Many years update: come here every year, always a great experience :)

Compared to everyone else, bloody great burgers. More costly than most but you no how it goes, you get what you pay for now days.This time though serviettes were not put in with my order.

Burgers are lovely every time! The parking can be a bit of a nightmare sometimes but turnover is usually pretty quick.

Very friendly and onto it staff. Honestly, I think that all stores could take a leaf out of there book especially Ellerslie.

Nice, clean and large BurgerFuel. Looks new. Small hiccups like no water available to buy in the fridge or even at the back, and the tap in the toilet was wobbly. But overall it was a good experience.

Dinner for me, my daughter and her newly wed husband, all very much enjoyed the delicious burgers and chips.

Poisoned me and made me violently sick several times over now by failing to remove sauces containing Garlic when specifically asked to remove them due to being allergic..😕.. Game Over 🎯 .. No more BurgerFuel. Please take customers allergy reqs seriously. anaphylaxis can be fatal.

Our order was forgotten, but as soon as the manager was made aware, he gave us a full refund and was extremely apologetic. We still received our full order and as usual it was delicious, from the burgers to the fries.

Kids had burger fuel last night and were up all night vomiting!! Disgusting. They have both come right so was definitely food poisoning.

An employee named Sam made my meal, excellent customer service and the chocolate shake was on point! Love the food.

Clean and spacious, felt relaxed and comfortable. Service was good and we didnt wait long. We arrived around 5:30pm and it was busy, congested and parking was great

I went to Burger fuel Henderson today at 12.43pm. The girl who served me was really unfriendly and rude. She over charged me, until I pointed it out. I then ordered a burger with no lettuce and add jalapeños..she charged me for Jalapeños. When I got my burger it was badly made with lettuce on it and no Jalapeños. Very very disappointed. I am a regular at Burger fuel, but Burger fuel Henderson is the worst customer service I have ever received

Came in the minute they opened today, and had exceptional service from start to end. Lewis / Louis is a stellar hospo worker. Food was perfect. Cheers

Amazing burgers, kumra fries and their shake is so creamy. Overall there is a real good value for the money paid.

Ordered online 1 hour before pickup. Go to pick up and still had to wait 20 min. I’m was 4:20 pm so not peak time. Pretty poor. Up your game burger fuel.

Spud fries was half full and covered with aioli sauce for takeaways. Definitely felt ripped off with not getting the regular portion. Usually great food here, but tonight was very disappointing. The burger was also soggy and not fresh.

Burgers i got were soggy but they had the best and crispiest kumara chips ive ever had. Chicken bites (choppers?!was nice but over price for 6 small pieces of chickens.

Normally I would never fault burger fuel Henderson. It was always my go too. The other week my partner and myself decided we wanted burger fuel for dinner. We did a phone order which we always do. They guy on the phone informed us that they had no veggies. Which is a bummer as I always get a low cab bambina. We order picked up our order and too my surprise they put a bun on my bambina, i was very disappointed as I am coeliac. So my pattie with sauce had to be thrown away as I was unable to eat it. We did get charged full price on all items even with the lack of veggies.

This place never misses for me, very consistent. Tip, order online for faster service. If dining in they bring it to your table which is a nice touch for fast food. Food is as consistent as the service. They seem to cater for all dietary requirements including GF and vegan. Only downside at this location is parking can be busy

Despite we arrived during peak of dinner time, plus with the long que we really like the friendliness of the staff there. One particular person is the lady that was sooo lovely and friendly and she make us feel welcome and did courtesy question while we waited for our food to arrive. I give her 5 star for hospitality

The service was very poor. When we got home with our take out order we were missing pieces, and trying to get through to them on the phone was impossible as the call kept going to answer phone. My partner drove back to the store to pick up the missing pieces from our order and the staff were very off hand and did not appear to give a toss. This is the second bad experience we have had at this store - we wont be going back. Maybe they should employ some staff who have the ability to actually interact with customers, and who are mature enough take care in the job that they do, and acknowledge when they have messed up.

I see them as a premium version of fastfood. Im proud to show this one off to overseas friends & love the alternative meat burgers. The only down side is that theyre always busy, one time I waited for 45minutes for a single order of motobites & received no apologies at all or any complementary. However, Im still giving them good ratings for the other time that I received the hot food on time.

This restaurant is actually pretty impressive. There’s space and light and compared to other you could probably feel that you’re in an American diner somehow. I was gutted we did takeaway so will need to be back.Only downside though there are not that many car parks available.

When you make an order at the counter and told to wait 10-15 minutes, then the guy who took your order comes out with his own well made burger 10-15 minutes later while you wait up to 30 minutes. Epic customer service. 2 stars for the food tho chur

Listen up! Great example of a place putting something right and I leave a happy customer . Girl taking my order punched spud fries instead of kumera fries. I didnt pick this up till I picked up my order. The guy packing my food started going on about theyd have to charge more, hed have to discuss with his manager. Manager came over and told the cooks to cook me kumera fries. Apologiesed and said it wud be another 5mins. He said he wudnt charge me the extra and gave me the spud fries due to the mix up and wait.And that is why he is the manager and the guy packing is the packer and the girl running the till is running the till Nothing but praise re the effort to correct the mistake and make me happy. Even if I gave the spud fries away.Good job Buger Fuel Henderson Sunday 21st Feb bout 8pm.This is our local Bugerfuel Always a busy store. Staff always very helpful and bugerfuel is burgerfuel .. Good quality food for its price with many options for vegetarians as well as vegans. Meets all types of diets with all the different options on the menus. Have drinks and sides as well as the low carb and normal burgers. Food is really good quality with lots of flavour. Have both adult and kids food menu. Highly recommend this place to all as a must try place. High in flavour and Hugh in quality.

Great burgers, chips, and chicken tender. Herb is much and good smell.Reasonable price.Ketchup sauce is one dollar.I take CN cheese and well grilled. The shop is nice and country.Restroom is avaliable.***Press Like if Helpful, Thank you***

BurgerFuel is always good but this one is way bigger than average and quite busy.

The service is always good here, staff are helpful and happy to make the Burger work for you.They seem to have a consistent burgers when Im there and now they are licensed so you can enjoy a small range of craft local beers.The place overall has a very funky vibe like any other restaurant Burger fuel.The table service is very good and food often come out within 10mins of ordering.I always like the freshness of the salad they use and the meat and vegetables options are vast.Reason for 4 and not 5 for the last visit, birthday free Burger was not given because the site had not sent a voucher, even though I had brought an ID

the patties were nice and juicy. i find it better than Better Burger. tried the cheeseburger with the mascarpone and it was heavenly

This place is amazing! I went in for my birthday, (you get a free burger when signed up to their newsletterand I went to order a smaller burger because I didnt want to be greedy, but they offered the biggest burger to me instead! great service!

Burgers are great. But felt that tastes were a bit different compared to the city branch.
