Apart of my sperm donation new zealand tour i just finished the canopy zipline tour and i was hungry, ate this in my camper lots of burger juices that made it messy but still tasty.

Went in after a whanau night out and had the quickest and most efficient service ever! Delicious kai and after being to a few different locations in different cities can easily say you guys were the quickest!!

Nice place to eat, not the best of all Burger Fuels but it is still really nice. The staff are sometimes nice and sometime not.

I loved their chips. Perfectly cooked lightly salted. Patty was overcooked but considering the que was out the door not bad but a long wait.

Best Chips and Chicken Fenders! The restaurant was busy with the lunchtime rush happening but the quality in food was above and beyond. The Chicken Fenders we ordered were super hot and so were the chips. Thanks team!

I went to burgerfuel and this beautiful, tall, blonde girl served me, she was so lovely and very inviting. The burgers tasted great but I was more impressed by her outstanding customer service. Will definitely visit again

The taste was great, I have always had good burgers from any one of the Burger Joints throughout the North Island. How ever when getting it to go, one of the burgers wasnt presented as nicely as the other. The chicken breast hadnt been cut to size and was sticking quite far out of both ends of the burger. There was little sauce and it was put into a paper bag rather than the usual card burger holder. I assume this is what cause the whole burger to slide apart and needed reassembly before eating. The other burger was fine. Was slightly disappointed with the burger having slid apart but it was still very nice all the same.

Pretty disappointed with our order tonight. We raved on about how great burger fuel was to our whanau who traveled from Auckland this weekend and we were all very let down. We ordered online and paid over $120. Our order was suppose to be ready and 4.54pm.. we didnt walk out until 5.10 after numerous times of going back, our kumara chips, milkshake and coke were forgotten about along with the aioli for our spud fries, chips looked old and were cold, tenders were cold. One of our CNCheese burgers had so much lettuce in it you couldve shared it between another 2/3 burgers. Not the kai or service you expect when you pay for burgers that are more then $10. And what ever happened to doofers? Only 2 of the burgers come in the box with the doofer aswell 🤷‍♀️🤦‍♀️

Unfortunately a less than expe yes experience. Arrived around 9pm. Oil in fryer was due to be changed obviously. Kumara chips were near to black and our burgers were average at best for burger fuel standards. Saving grace was the tasty lemon lime shake. Hesitant about visiting this handy location on next visit to Rotovegas.

Worst burger in awhile! i usually go to the redwood burgerfuel, in the decades i have lived in rota i have never ever had a bad burger at the redwood burgerfuel. First time i went to the fairy springs one had the worst burger ever! Bun was dry and tasted burnt. and i had half of paddy in my burger. Not sure what happened to the other half the paddy was so thin and feel to pieces. what the actual.. Need some quality control at this place i will never buy a burger from this one again. Go to the redwood one guys - problem solved

Till person wasn’t very helpful at all. Don’t usually write reviews but felt like she didn’t even want to take my order. Said order would take 15 minutes, asked to take a sauce out of my burger 2 minutes later and staff said no.

Got a ford freakout! Absolutely delicious. My thanks to the chief. Very tidy eating area aswell and friendly customer service. Will eat here again!

Poor customer service.First got the order wrong, missed one of our kids meals even though the cashier confirmed the order and gave a juice. Took 30mins after our order arrived for them to correct.The kumura fries were burnt and were charged for a replacement. Later corrected when the manager was informed.

The kids working here are amazing. The young guy came up to us straight away so friendly, polite and smiling. They were all smiling, genuine and authentic. We are both Mums and if these were our kids we would be so proud! Hope they get treated as well as they treated us.

The young man behind the counter was absolutely lovely he was very helpful professional and very patient. Because we had never been there before and one of us was gluten intolerant we took a little time deciding but he proved to be so helpful and charming. So thankyou young man

Great meal, nice and fresh and hot. Nicely presented. Place was clean and tidy and busy! Was greeted personally and offered to be told the specials, which was a nice touch! Just stopped in as a tourist, but would definitely recommend and go back.

Pretty good burgers and fries etc, but no adaptability. Ordered a chicken burger, 2mins after making order we asked if we could have it bunless and got told no its to late, so we then asked if we could have the burger without the top and got told no again. So long story short we got the burger and had to dismantle it ourselves - may not seem like alot but when their burgers are alittle more on the pricey side how hard is it to save the buns for another burger and add two pieces of lettuce. Just food for thought.

First class service from Ashley today. Greeted at the door, my toddler was offered colouring pencils immediately and we were notified about the specials. Very, very cool experience. The customer service here is usually fabulous anyway, but Ashley is really one of a kind. Thank you for looking after us!The restaurant was clean, food was presented nicely and each burger was served with a doofer and adequate paper towels. All the little details were taken care of which I really appreciate!Oh also the food is super delish - but that’s nothing new 💁🏻‍♀️😊

Was greeted at the door with a friendly smile and shown the specials. Was offered an egg on my burger couldnt say no to that. Food came out beautifully presented on a plate with a delicious shake. Will definitely come back!

Well grilled burgers! juicy beef patties...fesh greens! fantastic cheese... huge portions ! Must Come !

We had been deciding what to order between the different restaurants in the area for a bit while our laundry was finishing up. A staff member came up and handed us menus as well as told us about their specials.We then went up and ordered. Hubby got the American Muscle single with lettuce. He didnt want relish or pickles, just lettuce instead of swapping condiments since they cost the same, we got upcharged.I ordered the bacon barbeque roaster. It was awesome. Such a fresh taste. The grind used on their beef was a fine grind. The patties were cooked well. Super juicy still, but not overly greasy. Maybe 80/20 blend, I doubt 70/30 because that would be really greasy.The aioli really adds a good flavor to the burger. Not too over powering, as you know how garlic can be. Fries were very hot and crisp. Thankfully we were able to swap aioli for tomato, despite the tomato container being half as full as the aioli. Its interesting to find condiments are extra, compared to the states where condiments are usually given out or available for free.There is cute little holder for your burger, cannot remember the name for it.The food came out relatively fast and the staff were friendly.
