I often eat here. I love the service, nice and friendly and fast. I love my burger warm enough, I get what I want. The patties are fresh and delicious. Fries are also. Thank you for providing good service and great burgers.

Standard Burger Fuel Quality which is always great.Burger wasn’t soggy, drained the beetroot well. Staff super friendly and inviting.

Had a weird interaction where I ordered a burger from their printed menu, then was charged more than the stated price. When I questioned this was just told sorry bro, thats an old menu, there are new prices with no offer of a refund or anything. I wont be eating there again

I usually joke about with my reviews but in this one I am issuing a true warning. Do not order anything with “avocado”. It’s a cheap premade guacamole type mix. Tasted horrible. Possibly off. Yuck.

It’s just a burger but customer service people are pretty nice so I’ll go for 5 stars

I ordered the ford freakout and fries. It was delicious, but my favourite was the aioli that came with the fries. It was really delicious. Also a good thing is theres heaters so its comfortable to sit there and eat, and theres also hand sanitizer.

Loved my CN cheese with added pickles.

Highly recommended, the staff there were amazing!! It was crazy busy the night we went (matariki fireworksand they were just pumping! They worked really well, really hard and still happy and professional. You guys were amazing!!

Spectacular burgers, it made the whole family really happy. I really recommend this as your takeaway of choice (for burgers), it beats all others hands down.

Much better since my last review 7 months ago. We gave them another chance and so much better. Lovely burgers and very friendly helpful staff who wrapped up our order really well and even brought it outside for us.(This place has really gone off. Severely limited menu during Covid lockdown. They should rather stay closed. When we ordered cheeseburgers we were given minute childrens burgers that were tasteless and made us both sick. End of Burger Fuel for us. Last two visits have been awful.)

The burger looked good tasted good but half-way it was all wet and falling apart a bit disappointed.

Good burgers, nice people, and I appreciate that they cook my kumara fries just a lil bit longer on request. It is very expensive for what you get but ey, thats capitalism for ya. Recommend.

Good burgers if you have $15-20 to spendA year later (July 2021): dropped a star as the chips I got were partially frozen and the ufb burger steak was chewy and fatty. Not sure but it seems like the store is under new ownership (or atleast new staff). Bit of a disappointing experience.

Was craving a meaty burger and the ultimatum was actually amazing, and the staff were really helpful and had great customer service skills, definitely will be returning

After having Burger Fuel in Tauranga we thought we could not go wrong by having one in Wellington. It was absolutely terrible. My worst burger I ever had.

I went with my sister to buy a burger and fries kumara and they gave us burnt kumara. That is fine, I mean it can happen to anybody but what I really didn’t like is that I went again to tell them and show them the kumaras and the guy didn’t even say sorry to me. Really bad service 😒☹️

Go around the corner to Cuba st Brger Fuel. Difference is night and day. Staff are friendlier, less busy, more attention to detail and much cleaner. Last 3 times I visited Courtney Place Burger Fuel I have been thoroughly disapointed.

So, Ive had both of the Burger fuel non-beef burgers now, and meh. Not impressed. But that doesnt make Burger fuel the restaurant bad, right? The food is good, the service is good...the non-beef burgers are average. But overall its way better than most the competition!

I came here with my beautiful friend on a Friday night. We had an excellent night with cider, good chats, followed by an excellent experience at burger fuel. We ordered a bacon backfire, humburgini with cheese, and chicken fenders. Best feed of my entire life, and felt truly satisfied by the end of the experience. If ever in doubt, treat yourself to some burger fuel for a guaranteed excellent dining experience. We loved the upbeat music, which created an ambience which is second to none. I’d really like to give BurgerFuel the full Monty of stars for the ambition of delivering a higher standard of burger options than other McBurger franchises. For example, I love the idea of a plant-based Impossible burger with a side of Motobites (deep fried vege ballsand a gingerbread shake. On receiving this unnatural concoction my stomach reminded my brain that food decisions need to be reconciled by my digestive, not my intellectual, system. The combo sat even heavier given the cost - over $30! This was definitely not a Happy Meal.

I went with a buddy of mine who recommended it. One of the best burgers Ive had. They only missed that we were dining in and gave us a to go bag but no biggie. Great service overall.A bit surprised to see the lack of delivery options on either Uber eats or private platform.

Customer service was awful!! I feel so let down, I went in yesterday for my VIB Birthday burger and brought some kumara fries too, the girl who served me then tried to charge me for the burger and I said shouldnt it be free? (thats the whole point of the birthday burgerand she got angry at me for calling her out. The fries were so black and burnt around the edges and I was so disappointed because I love kumara fries, I also got given a takeaway bag but I was eating it there and asked for a tray and never got one so I had to eat my burger on some napkins! Also when I opened up my burger bag it looked like they had just slapped it together and half the ingredients had fallen out and were at the bottom of the bag so Im guessing that it had been dropped on the floor then picked back up again to be how it was? I felt so sad because I usually love burger fuel and wanted some great service on my birthday but it was awful :(

I recently dined here with my family, the burgers are so delicious and nutritious. We were stuffed and happy. The service is also great. The place is Highly recommended.

I tried the Bacon backfire burger and it was amazing. It was really worth the money and also the staff was very kind enough to make my burger spicy on my request.

Oh Good burgers here are unbelievable! They have 2 sizes small and Large burgers does not come with fries but isnt neccesaary they are really big even the small one if you not are really hungry is really good size. I just love it!

With all the hype about burgers I just wanted a snack!! Had the Gourmet mini hamburgini with cheese.. for $6 it really is awesome..nice patty melted cheese a wee bit of gherkin all just perfect... and great service from a really pleasant young dude ! Who knew these things still existed!

Im a huge fan of burgerfeul, but never have I ever had such a great experience in Auckland as I did here. The food was made beautifully and the staff have super customer service skills. I ended up switching seats to a booth that became free and there was a little extra wait time as I was out of sight, however, this was truly compensated for by Nidins customer service. He went above and beyond in making sure it was a great experience and that I was happy. Would highly reccomend this place!!

Best burgers in Wellington, bar none. Even us and friends, none of whom live in NZ anymore, visit Burger Fuel when we visit home. Just go, you wont regret it.

Very good variety of burgers made with fresh products ! Tried 3 differents one, and they were all delicious. Service has been very fast the three times. Loved the kumara chips as well ! I really recommand.

Wonderful spot for a delicious (albeit slightly priceyburger. I would recommend BurgerFuel for anyone wanting something above the usual fare. Just be prepared to deal with the messy/drunk customers that turn up after 11pm.

Burgerfuel never fails to live upto its name. Truly the best vegan burgers Ive tasted. Some killer combinations and quality food. And moreover Id say good value for money. Love this and cant wait for it to someday be in India.

Quick service. Burger made to order. Reasonable price. Despite franchise burger store it’s much better than fast food chains and quite comparable to premium burgers. Grass fed beef (they claimand free range chicken. They also vegan options for vegan/vegetarians. Children menu available as well. Cleanness generally well managed. Overall a very good quality burger and friendly service.

Burgers here can be a little expensive but my God are they tasty, I hate to say it but it might even be the best burger Ive had so far in NZ.The restaurant itself was a little grimey but what can you expect really?Would definitely come back again!Edit: Ive since become a regular at Burger Fuel and honestly, its miles ahead of the competition.

1st time @ Burger Fuel. Its a tad expensive (well compared to your usual chain fastfoodsbut definitely worth the price! 🤑The burgers were generous, delicious and super filling! Loved the kumara fries + the aioli sauce. I swear, my partner ate the last tub on its own 🙄 [SAVAGE!] 😂😂The kids didnt really take a liking to their meals but the fries went down a treat so yeah if ya kids are fussy like mine, grab some maccas for them on the way before heading over to BF lol great customer service all round 😊 Will definitely visit again soon. cheers guys! 😁👍- the only pic taken by my 8 year old 🙄😂

The staff was very kind and friendly. My pho e was out of battery and I was asking for a power point when he asked if he can help and charge my phone in the counter, instead. He even said that I dont have to order anything. But since I came with a strong intention of a burger fuel,of course I ordered a delicious chicken burger and chips! Love this place for their vegetarian burger options. They also have low calorie offering which would replace the buns with lettuce for those of you interested. Sometimes the place gets little crowded but their service is relatively quick. Friendly staff and good quality food.

Decent burgers with lots of nice combinations. On the pricey side, but so much bigger and tastier than the big burger chains. Taste a lot less fatty and healthier too. The chips are great too!
