Disappointed in the service… Waited 45 minutes for my order and when I got it, it was cold.

Very friendly staff and great burgers. If you are hungry, go for double American muscle. Also, the kumara fries are amazing

Paid $6 for small amount of fries . Burgerfuel you can do better than that . Used to like this place not anymore . The amount of money you paid it’s not justified with the quantity they serve .

To start not at all a good experience, as first all the table’s were not cleaned inside! Also the for dine in, the lady passed us our order with tissues, also burger bun was dried and not fresh and our food was cold! I wont recommend going to botany downs Burgerfuel!

The food is nice and I appreciate the effort you take with compostable packaging. But your estimate of ready time was very bad. Friday 19th August. I ordered at 6.13 pm. It was supposed to be ready at 6.40pm but it wasnt ready until nearly 7pm.If youd just said 6.55 that would have been fine!Also, some serving staff not wearing masks. It was really packed so it is very important to wear them, and wear them properly. Although they do look very hot, poor things.Kumara chips are very good.

Maybe change your closing time to 9:30pm. 2nd time I’ve come here, hoping to grab dinner and have been turned away. Very frustrating.

Such rude staff for no reason, especially that girl in the register, food took almost an hour and a half and was cold.

Used to be my favorite place but my last visit was a big disappointment. The young lady was very rude, rolling her eyes while she is taking my order. She made two mistakes in the order and I did not even bother to change my burger because I did not want to engage with her again. She simply looked that she did not want to be there.

This place is awesome. Delicious burgers and fries, topped with their awesome aioli sauce. Friendly quick service.I was a bit disappointed last week when I couldnt order burgers because they ran out of burger buns! That being said, their food deserves 5 stars!

Stopped for a quick snack on the way home. Kumara fries were ok, some crunchy overdone bits in there. Didnt like the chicken tenders much, a little oily.

The food was lovely. The young girl serving the register was very nice. Patient and lovely. Definitely recommend and worth going back ☺️

Quick and friendly service. Reasonably priced. I wish you could choose your burger topings and then choose the bun size. I love the chook royale but would prefer it in the larger bun size.

Amazing food and consistently great service. My go-to place for a delicious meal. The thunderbird burger is my favourite burger from anywhere. All the staff there are so nice, especially, Andre who served me so kindly last time. Would highly recommend!

Burger and fries were lovely on Monday.Had disappointing night the day before.Checked on line and closing time was 11pm. We arrived at 9.50 and was told they were closed. No explanations as to why.Understand things do happen for a reason but I feel it could have been handled a little more friendly.And yes we do still love your food it is the best

Dont remember ordering a long strand of hair with my burger.. fries were half filled and cold. Had to throw the whole thing away because it was gross. Emailed burgerfuel about it but obviously got no response. Not worth the poor quality and service.

Friendly staff and quite crowded on a Friday night. In love with the American Muscle Burger, especially the pickles. Oh my gosh!

I dont often give bad reviews but a family of 6 all had the same feedback on the food we ordered. There was so much sauce the burgers were soggy. On all the burgers. There was very little meat.The service at the counter was very good.

The service is bad！The tall girl stuff do not respect Asian, she discriminate Asian people. i came earlier and had already finished my order before the other two tables, but the other tables are serviced before me. My order is Chicken Fends which is a very small box chicken only cost 3mins for cooking as stuff told me on site. However, i had already waited 20 mins. After 20mins,the food still did not ready until i can not wait to go in front to asking the tall girl stuff.

Awesome staff at BurgerFuel, Botany. Excellent service, food was delicious and an awesome vibe from the boys who were on Thursday evening. Even helped me with my gluten-free burger options (coeliac). Well done! 👏

Impressive professionalism for such young staff who are so friendly. Lovely food, even though it is more expensive than your usual burger joint, but hey! Its worth it. This is the sort of place you bring your kids to spoil them on the odd occasion. Clean, tidy, but the music needs help.

I started to like burgers because of this place. The sauce is amazing.

Much better burgers than fast food places, but at a high price with rare specials. Could do with more side options. Once had a young male cashier who was very rude, responding to questions about the menu with nothing but a shrug. Luckily they seem to normally have friendlier staff.

Friendly and accommodating staff. Nice burgers, although theyre getting a bit too expensive for me these days and you can get better elsewhere now. I only go when they have an offer going. The burger market is becoming glutted so I reckon BF needs to keep upping its game. If you want to compare with a 5 star burger, try The Chosen Bun in Stonefields. They are next level and what I hope BF will aspire to be more like.

Whenever we need a burger fix - this is the only place we will think of coming. Quality of the burgers are always, consistently of top notch and always tastes really good. Staff are always friendly wherever you go. My only wish is that you guys can put in more veggies into your burgers to make it that little bit extra tasty (or at least give us the option to add it on for no charge :)

Ordered the Bacon Bbq Roadster burger was fresh, tasty and delicious. If you ever needed a tasty burger this is the place you want to visit. The only downside would be the cold fries, tasted like they had been sitting for a while.

Excellent burgers. Prices a little bit high.I have changed my above review from 4 to 5 stars. I visit monthly. The quality of the ingredients is very good. Avocado is always fresh. Lettuce always super fresh. I always get customized orders and they have never screwed it up. I just struggle with $4.90 for fries when you can get a yummy pizza for $5. Shop is always clean.

One of the best burger places, nice & tidy sit-down area, clean toilets. A bit busy on Friday nights owing to the volume of take-away orders, which speak a lot about their burgers.

Love this place. Although higher prices, you definitely get what you pay for. The aioli sauce is literally to die for! I bring my kids here all the time and just give them the kids cheeseburger meal, which is the only time they don’t mind having sesame seeds on their buns. Staff are so friendly and they never mess up your order.

Catch of the day burger was delicious, hit the spot, everything tasted right together!
