Unless the manager is there making amazing burgers. The teens working there disappoint every time, over salted undercooked chips, or bottom of the barrel. No one likes a soggy bun & slapped together burger.when burger fuel is good it’s great. It gets a bit much complaining. But some quality control is needed.

Ordered 2 burgers to dine in, they put it on a bag and gave it to us on the table, messy to eat and they refuse to put it on a tray. Sauce was dripping all over the table. Worst customer service, messy burger and long wait too. Not very happy after this experience, wont be eating here again.

Poorly assembled burger. For some reason the burger (the one with chicken, bacon, relish, aoli/stilton, lettuce, and tomato was too salty. Bad flavour balance. Relish was only on one side. Lettuce pieces were too large so when you bit into it you pulled a huge piece of soggy lettuce our all slobbered in sauce. The chips were cooked well but so salty that they were inedible. I tried shaking the salt off but they were too far gone. The chocolate shake was great. Worth $7 odd dollars though? Not sure. I didnt finish my burger or fries. Terrible for the price considering this is a "burger" joint. Would have been better off going to the local fish and chip shop for a burger quite frankly. Its only two stars because the service was good and the shake was good. A lower rating is justified given this is supposed to be a burger joint and theyre charging gourmet prices. I will never go here again.

Burgers were great, fresh and tasty, fries were chunky, hot and well cooked. Very nice lunch. Staff were efficient and friendly with prompt service.

The beef could have been cooked slightly longer so it was a little less pink

Food as always was great but is annoying having to wait 15 minutes for a pick up you were assured would be ready on time.

Really enjoyed the food at Burger Fuel Bethlehem... The smack and cheese meal was a nice change. The gentlemen that served us was helpful and friendly. The European lady with black hair clearly doesnt like her job, as someone who works in customer service having a friendly attitude and a smile can go a long way. The tables could do with a wipe down too

We have had this a few times now but this time the CN cheese burgers were very sweet and we didnt enjoy our burgers at all. Really dissapointed. For the price Im not willing to risk going back if they arent up to standard.Was told a store manager would ring but nothing after two weeks.

Amazing. Best burgers etc we have had and the staff were amazing also, friendly and smiling all the time even as they were very busy. We will go back there.

Numerous visits to this place and the last visit the chips were over salted and the burger bun was left under the grill for too long but overall well worthy a visit.

Burgers were near excellent, thank you.Very tasty and wholesome/filling.Were very fatty/oily, in fact ran all over hands and dripped onto clothing. Missed the serviettes.We dont remember being That oily?But otherwise near excellent.Regards, SG.

If youre going gluten free and hanging out for some fast food, then get your tastebuds to Bethlehem Burger Fuel - i had the Veg Burger - tasty, tasty tasty with loads of cheese and sauce. The staff were super friendly aswell. This place is worth putting on your burger hit list.

The food was as always super yummy. The staff member who served us was so lovely when we said one burger was take away he said no problem ill make that a little closer to you finishing! So when we left we had a hot burger.Clean tidy and scummy

The quality of burger was fine; however, the customer service was the worst. An indian guy on the counter was unfriendly, will not go back to Burgerfuel Bethlehem. It seems the franchise is owned by someone who does not know how to run a business.

Good tasting burgers that are made to order so there is a 10 - 15 minute or so wait time. We always phone the order in on the way so that its ready when we arrive.

As a former burgerfuel employee I’m extremely disappointed in the service we recieved here, bringing family in for their first time. We ordered 2 burgers on the phone which we were made to repeat many times. Even after double checking our order was right, both of our burgers customisations were ignored, after being made to wait a ridiculous amount of Time for these, resulting in us having to throw both of these away due to allergies. I am familiar with the procedures and precautions that burgerfuel as a brand are required to take and was pretty embarrassed by the obvious lack of effort shown.

Nice staff. We were greeted by very friendly staff when we arrived and farewelled when we left. Meal arrived promptly and was very yummy. Restaurant was very clean and tidy. No complaints. Would definitely go there again.

Had an awesome experience at Bethlehem Burger fuel. I was served by a very nice young lady and my burger and fries was delish just cant beat that Aoli . I always order a Bambina with added cheese and bacon its my one indulgence. The store is always so clean and I love the fresh water station. Keep it up Bethlehem.

I ordered the bacon backfire on the on Tuesday the 9/5/17 for dinner the burger and service was very good as usual. Unknowing the chicken was under cooked. after being sick and up all hours of the night i went to the doctor in the morning and she confirmed it was food poisoning from BurgerFuel. Very unhappy as i had to take valuable time off. Sadly i will not be returning to this store.

Had dinner here on the 3 April 2017. The service was excellent, and the food was very good. I ordered the Bacon Backfire, exceptional along with Spud Fries and Aoli. The staff were very friendly, and the delivery to table was under 10 minutes. Highly recommend this restaurant.

The flavour of the Vegetarian burgers are just too good to miss
