waited in store for 45 mins, food came seemed fine, chicken a bit rubbery, bit cold too, got home next day super sick

Iv been eating burger fuel my whole life, never has it tasted so good. Best burger fuel.

Have been a fan of burgerfuel for a while, but this is definitely the best store of the lot. Friendly staff and perfectly presented food.

Cant really go wrong with Burgerfuel. The burgers are a little pricey but theyre super filling and taste amazing. Never had a bad experience at this branch

I have been looking for the best milkshake in AKL. I found that in Burger Fuel Takanini whilst visiting there. Back to Albany and got the same lovely thick milkshake. Two days later I went back and got what must have been a drop of ice cream equivalent to drinking a glass of milk. This is hugely inconsistent and I have not been back since as I refuse to pay $7.80 for a glass of milk. Surely the staff are better trained than this.

Food was great! Unfortunately my experience was ruined by 2 younger female employees openly vaping whilst packing my food. Didn’t appreciate my food being vaped all over, kinda put me off…

REPLIED BUT NO RESPONSE.If you want mediocre burgers that have had someone’s long hair dragged over them, this is the place to go. Never again from this store.

Friendly and polite . But nothi g creeps me out more than kitchen and staff wearing chin masks. Christ whats the point of havi g them if your mouth and nise exposed all the time. Dissapointing. Hygeine and civid prevention wise

Came in around 6:20pm to pick up my order was Buzy but understandable as it was dinner time. Got home and my food was perfect. Chips are nice and salty and my burger 🍔 was made with some hard work and love thank for satisfying my burger carving. 10/10

I always like BurgerFuel. But yesterday in Albany store, I was disappointed. I ordered a burger online. Wait in store half hour, but received a very cold burger although I have asked several times if it was ready. We asked to reheat the burger, staff told us will do another burger for me. In a minute later the old cold burger in a new package come to me again! It really make me upset.I didn’t come to the staff to complain it I’m afraid of they add some special ingredients into my burger if I say so. Honestly if you heated the burger just by using microwave oven I would accept it but you served me the same one twice! Especially I saw staff’s fingers had touched the bun when I gave him at the first time. Bad management. Don’t recommend this store.

We have been regulars here for a while but tonight the burgers (Ford freak out and burnoutwere half the size they normally are…still tasty but small burgers with scarce ingredients (especially for the price). The reason we are normally happy to pay the more expensive price for the burgers is because of the size of them and quality ingredients… but it just wasn’t so tonight…

Burger Fuel standards have gone down. Service was slapdash this evening. The picture of the fries was taken as I took it out the bag. It wasn’t the end of the world, but just looks mean.

I used to come here often, but not anymore, after this experience, I told myself I am never stepping foot into BF Albany again. I waited way over my time period to collect my food, not only did they take so long but they also did not complete my order correctly, moreover, they did not add a lot of extras that I paid for. A big thumbs down to Burgerfuel Albany, I have had many mistakes with them before.Do not recommend going to BF Albany

First time. Introduced by Grand daughter who had one wish before flying back to Darwin... I must go to Burgerfuel. Very instant as there are none in Oz. I loved it and will certainly visit again. Grand daughter will have to wait a few months which she will find difficult to do.🍔🍟💐

Ate there yesterday at around 4pm. I had a Single muscle, my husband order the "Modifried" Thunderbird and spud fries. Raiting is mostly for the Staff was very pleasant and with positive attitude, but also my burger was delicious!!! Husband only wishes the chicken patty was unfried like it was before. We also liked the fact that the music was at the perfect level, not SUPER loud like in other locations.

The worst burger fuel in nz i was waiting there for 45mins to get my food and my order was ready in the wormer but the staff to busy dancing and talking to each they ignored me and when i got angry at them they finally picked it up from the wormer and gave it to me the chips was cold and try no sauce bad experience dont go there to expansive for nothing

I love Burger Fuel it is my favorite place to get burguers. I realy love the American Double Muscle. and the fries are second to none.The customer service is great.

Asked for an American muscle with Kumera fries firstly gives me a ford freak out I then told them I asked for American muscle they go back and change it received the burger and got told it was American muscle and kumera fries and then got normal fires with no sauce!! Repeated twice and still didn’t get it right

Burgerfuel Albany is by far one of the best restaurants. I travel frequently and eat Burgerfuel a good 2-3 times a week regardless of where I am. The Albany store is well laid out, my burgers are always very well put together. The staff are very friendly and helpful, also if you call in theyre usually willing to make some pretty out the way changes to your burger. You get a good amount of food for your moneys worth. Theres heaps of options for allergies/gluten free too.I would like to add in that when ordering through the app theres no option to add an egg to a Ford freak out - Although Ill usually just call the store and theyre always keen.

Unbelievable! ordered and paid on the counter , waited 30 mins and staff girl told me another 4 min, waited another 10 min , Another staff member came asked the details of my order and they said sorry the have lost my order so they started making it again took 10 min and got my Burger after 40 mins wait Burgerfuel is my favourite . But i won’t go to burgerfuel Albany ever again . Very unhappy .Look like you guys are busy only serving online customer first and forget about the one ordered on your counter . Funny…

I am a regular customer at this outlet, but recently I had a really bad experience with the food. I had a V Twin Vege and Spud Fries. To my experience the burger was tasteless and soggy. The patty was overcooked and chewy. The spud fries must have been fried a few times and were extremely chewy too. I ve always found their burgers mouthwatering and tasty, and would start melting in the mouth but not this time. Will not be going there anymore.

Went back again today and the service was completely redeemed, quick, friendly and just plain good...(old review). Terrible service. When busy they should at least acknowledge you rather than leave you waiting for over 10 minutes at front...left with at least 4 others over this period, will actively avoid from now on...

The interior fitout is pretty good, staff are well trained and friendly and the food is great all things considered (being a chain fast foodand the pricing is ok for what you get. I ordered the double muscle and portion size was spot on (very largeeven though the taste was slightly different to what I was expecting (it was slightly sweet - not sure if it the pickle was the culprit or the sauceand the fries were much better than any other fast food joint. The 2 patties must have had 300+ gr worth of mince combined...

Challenge accepted! When I went to order I was told that I was fortunate as they the best burger maker in Auckland flipping. Ok, that’s big words, let’s see if it’s true. My chicken royal with a tie arrived - presentation 9/10 lots of chicken overflowing, looks nice. Taste: 10/10 amazing. Chicken cooked perfectly, just enough Mayo, Brie melted all over Ok you win. Best burger maker in town!!!

Just across the road from the Albany Mega Centre. Plenty of other food choices next to the little strip. Parking can be an issue due to the popularity. Place was alive, clean and the service was quick and professional. The food matched the experience, great burgers chicken strips!

Love the tender grass feed beef burger and the Jr chicken burger there. One of the best burgers in town!

My favourite burger fuel store. Does great burgers, just like the others. I tried the V-Twin Vege with no cheese/aoli and extra avocado -best vegan burger around. Try it for yourself! Park underground if no spaces.
