A great burger joint in the Kelvin Grove urban village. Food is tasty with good portion sizes and reasonable prices. The only real detractor is that birds will frequently fly in and jump on the tables, though this happens everywhere at the KG urban village so be wary when choosing to dine in

Every time i order on the site my order is messed up.So far i have received incorrect drinks, basic stuff like cheese not being on the burger at all, fewer than ordered chips arrived, etc. Contacted their team and havent heard back. Just taking my money and doing nothing about it.

Had the el diablo burger, meat patty was juicy and the sauce has some decent spice to it. Chips where good, nice and crunchy with some fantastic seasoning on it. Only issue is I ordered the special dipping sauce and it didnt arrive. I was starving and didnt realise till I was almost done.The price was fairly expensive for what it was and the size of the burger 🍔 wasnt massive.Would return but ensure that I get to try the special secret sauce.

Marked as closing at 21:30pm 20/10, walked in at 21:00 and was told in a rude manner that they were closed. I can understand if they had to close earlier then listed. However, I’d expect them to employ the same degree of respect expected in my own workplace.

The actual food, its okay, not the best burger in the world. But friendly staffs and located in the convenient spot.

So far the worst sweet potato fries i ever have had in years. I opened the box and was greeted with a burned and stale sweet potato fries. And it taste similar to a charcoal. Looked worse than the cheapest fries you can buy from Aldi.The fries are just plain rank. And it’s NOT homemade as well . They are bought in bulk frozen. You can tell by the texture and shape. The taste was of pure charcoal. If you cant even be bothered to make your own sweet potato fries then you should just close down. I couldnt even finish it and the staff wasn’t even friendly , he treated me like he was buying and making the sweet potato fries for me.If you don’t know how to make sweet potato fries , you need to fire that person ASAP.I’m pretty sure that he was front staff and kitchen staff.If negative stars was an option i would given this a -2 out of 10.Would never ever buy again.

2x No 41 Burgers ( looked nothing like the picture and half the sizeplus a can of Pepsi and a Peach Ice tea came $45!!!!! The staff were very nice and obviously very busy so I couldnt be the person to complain when they seemed to be struggling to keep up to Uber orders. If undercover ACCC walked into the store theyd be fined for false advertising. $18 dollars for a burger half the size of a Big Mac once prepared. Come on guys!!!!

I used to go the burger urge at Chermside all the time, however, it sadly closed down sometime last year. I was so sad about it as I absolutely love the burgers and chips from this franchise. My partner then suggested going to the Kelvin Grove store and it is my new favourite place to go to for burgers, the burgers are always so fresh and not greasy at all. The chips are amazing, the seasoning they use is great. The staff are so friendly and the atmosphere is so welcoming. Will be coming back here all the time now. Thank you to all of the staff for such amazing food!

Ran out of plant based fake chicken patty, but didnt inform me and they gave me their normal patty without informing me... quite disappointing. He manager 9nly told me about the change when I asked if it was the right patty. Not enough sauce on their burger, I had to ask for extra.If it keeps going this way , this business will not last.

Look man, we just came in for an average burger, but shockingly this was perhaps the most exquisite, delightful and life changing burger I’ve ever feasted upon. Some sweet young man out front was perhaps an angel in disguise, he looked deep into my soul and I felt safe. Swaddled like small baby after having a nightmare, I was protected, I was happy, I was at peace. This was just the start of the experience. We then ate our burgers, and that, that was an experience out of this world. Imagine 1000 tiny penguins nibbling on your toes as you float majestically through the clouds on a turtle. Fantastic burgers with lots of choices, including gluten-free, vegetarian and for the meat lovers you will not be disappointed. A must do is their Kentucky Fried Cauliflower - should have ordered two. They have a good selection on beers including Draft beers on tap.Staff very friendly and knowledgeable about what they are doing and know the area well.A highlight is just before dark all the Rainbow Lorikeets returning home to the tress across the road, very noisy and excited about their day out - only last for 45 minutes then they are asleep for the night.Very casual but worth it.

Great place. Great food. But very busy when we came ( obviously popular!)so food wasnt as hot as it could have been. BUT manager was very apologetic & gave us a wine "on the house" Would recommend this great burger place

Great tasty burgers and friendly staff - we are there every few weeks. Get the big boppa or the Waikiki burger for some nice pineapple burgers.Awesome spot to spend a few hours relaxing in the arvo!

My partner and I have been coming to this burger urge for years, ever since it opened. Every single time the meal is just amazingly delicious, the staff are wonderful, helpful and friendly, and we always leave happy and with a full stomach! Could not recommend it more :)EDIT: I feel I need to add that, as a vegetarian, Burger Urge has been an AMAZING treat! Plant-based pastrami, pulled pork, chicken schnitzel etc... its so wonderful that BU not only accommodates vegetarian and vegan customers but clearly puts so much effort into expanding this part of their menu. Its much appreciated!

The best burgers in the town! A couple of friends and I had tried the new vegetarian n vegan friendly burgers and I must say they were delicious. Would 100 % recommend trying them. The staff is super friendly and welcoming.

The burger was nice but the hot sauce was way too hot. (We tried different stores in Brisbane and had the same burger and the same hot sauce. I was sure none was like that hot.We had a really bad time the following day, stomachache. The staff was alright but could at least appear more polite when we ordered one burger for two. The staff seemed very offended and impatient when we further asked whether they serve pork burgers. We werent sure if those were the reasons why we got such a spicy and intolerable spicy burger. :(But in general, without the hot sauce, the burger was great.

Amazing crew....the service was excellent..made me feel welcoming and they were checking on me if I was alright after eating nuclear level Double decker Deathwish. Happy that Ive smashed this..only 1 other person has completed in this store. 2 thumbs up!!

Fun and friendly staff and a comfortable setting inside or out. The menu is mainly burgers but they do have a couple of salads and a good selection of sides. I personally find the milk buns dont cope with all the delicious fillings (maybe next time I should ask for it deconstructedso prefer the salads but they only have 2 to choose from. Oh well my hubby loves it so what am i gonna do? Love the onion rings!

I love Burger Urge and this ones really good. Friendly staff taking your order. He also checked how our meal was while we were eating and says thank you when we leave. The foods great. Those chips and the bomb! The artwork on the wall is awesome. I found this place by accident and have been back 3 times. Definitly wont be the last.

I went there with a friend today for some lunch after our excursion to the theatre not too far, and honestly the people there are so kind and amazing! It really helps that they were all enthusiastic about working. I would recommend it to all my friends and family because the food is also absolutely amazing! The burgers are mouth watering and the chips are just as good! Im very happy to say that this was a great experience.

A family outing and a craving for good burgers and milkshakes saw us choose Burger Urge. I am someone who values not only the food an establishment provides, but the customer service that comes with it.We had seven people at our table and all our meals were delivered promptly, tasted lovely, and were very filling. The milkshakes were also amazing!Such warm, genuinely friendly customer service is wonderful and Burger Urge has it in spades. Thank you Burger Urge for a lovely night. Totally recommend!

Im a regular at Burger urge. Wow, my mouth is watering at the idea of getting another one of their burgers! I also find the owners to have impeccable customer service skills -being a regular they know my preference: New Yorker Burger w chips n smokey BBQ sauce. Thankfully they got me to try the Clinton Burger (photo). So happy I accepted the wise guidance. 😁 The place is always clean and maintained toilets are close by.
