The burgers are very nice but the service is not good. Total mix up with burgers don’t think I’ll go back

I would like to make a shout out the the friendly staff working today (October 2greeted with a friendly smile at the door, handed menus and seated at our choose, lovely service. Spent $130 with no regrets, staff were very happy to fix and arrange a gluten free bun after we ordered. I will definitely be back. Also, were approached by an employee (the manager I thinkas he was interested in the drink we had, was very friendly and easy to talk to. Thank you all

Food was delivered quickly, tasted great, and staff were polite.

Came in with my family and we ordered the gravy train, poutine fries, and a New Yorker. While waiting for my food all I could hear is yelling from the kitchen from the girl with glasses.Very unprofessional in my opinion. Don’t. Get. Anything. Gravy. The gravy train is absolutely disgusting it was cold, and had no flavour whatsoever. The poutine fries were also cold. And the cheese whatever they were were cold, and hard as a rock. For how much they are you should be expecting them to be more than good. That was my first time ever going to burger urge and I’m never coming back to this place ever again. The only good thing about this place is the lovely guy that tried helping me with my horrible experience. That guy needs a raise!!

A little pricey but super happy you guys cater to vegans. I looooved the cauliflower bites so much and the burger was yummy too.

Please take the gravy train off the menu. It was close to being inedible due to the saltiness. The onion rings were cold, but better than the gravy train. The dirty fries were top notch, hence the second star.But seriously, the gravy train sucks.

I visited this restaurant with my daughter and her boyfriend who is on a strict gluten free diet. After ordering one of the employees noticed the sauce may not be gluten free. She came to our table with the ingredients of the sauce ready on her phone for our review. After some research and a bit of time we decided on a sauce. The level of care and service was above and beyond. As well as greatly appreciated. Thanks so much to the girl with the glasses working today, the First of September.

Food was priced well and tastes great, it came out super quickly too. The lady with the glasses was very helpful with assisting my partner and I in ensuring our meal was gluten free as we werent sure about some of the sauces. Overall good experience.

The staff were so cool here I felt like I was hanging out with friends instead of staff and my partner and I are gluten free and they were so good about making sure everything was gluten free and we were able to eat it!! Love the staff and the food was good and reasonable priced for how much you got!! Just an overall cool place

Good friendly fast service with a smile. My burger was put together nicely not thrown together, it along with the chips were hot and well seasoned. I will definitely be going back for another feed.

The burger was great. However the wombat statue out front made me feel a little uneasy. I have quite a phobia of wombats and this one seems particularly aggressive. Could you please look into changing this to a different animal so I can return to your fantastic restaurant? Many thanks. Charles

Food was fine. Staff were consistently forgetful and unprofessional. If you are going to present yourself as the manager and ask for feedback maybe ensure your customer is satisfied with more than just excuses before they leave the restaurant overcharged.

Waited about 20 minutes to recieve our food all good was a busy night an staff were running around everywhere. Our drinks had still not arrived mentioned it to 2 staff members waited a while still nothing called back the male staff member an asked him for the 3rd time an the response was a shrug of the shoulders an we are busy theres nothing I can do. By this stage our meals where finished. We still gave it a further 5 or so minutes. Before deciding to approach the front counter an ask for a refund when our drink order was slammed down on the bar in front of us. I advised the staff member that we no longer wanted the drink as we were leaving an waiting 40 minutes was not good enough. No apology infact a rude response of oh just take the drink. I replied we would like a refund the money tossed into my hand. 😞

Plant based eaters beware - check your takeaway before leaving. Ive had the vegan burger many times and they do a good job, but the last time I got dairy cheese after I had double checked I had ordered vegan cheese. It was definitely not dairy free as it looked very different from normal. This was disappointing especially after the last time we visited my partner was waiting to be served and at the counter and was looked at and ignored for several minutes before someone asked if they were alright then blankly served them.Just disappointing because they do tasty burgers normally and the service has been OK in the past.

I had an El Diablo and chips today.Quite honestly the best burger I’ve had in at least 20 years - if not more.Friendly staff too. Loved it. Thanks to everyone - that was bluddy yum :)

Driest chicken I have ever had I was so shocked as it’s the same burger and tenders I always get the chips where so cold not very happy with this order tried to call the store but no one answered

There is definitely something wrong with the ordering system. Ordered 2 burgers at 1pm... The system said it would be ready at 1:17pm. My partner went to pick them up and waited 1 hour. We got the order at 2:15pm. This is NOT ok.

Had to have "special sauce" removed and aioli as I have a severe allergy. Had to take the food back 4 times for them to get something so simple correct. With utter disrespect. Will never be coming here again and will tell all family and friends not to bother.

Sub par experience. Ordered for two cost over 70 dollars. Burgers were below average, cold and cheese was not melted. They sat on the counter for about ten minutes before we got them. Do not get the poutine. Or atleast not the one we had, it was so beyond salty, the gravy tasted like flour and wasn’t cooked/melted enough. And drinks came after the food, what?? We won’t be going back.

The food was beautiful. Chips were nicely seasoned and the burger was amazing. 🥂🥂

Staff were absolutely hopeless. We waited over 30 minutes for our food (which we saw sitting on the counter for at a least 10 minutes). We had to chase up a drink and then waited an extra 30 minutes for a side of sauce.

The food and cocktails are sublime, but the service is really bad. First time we went, we got our food but no drinks. We ate and waited a further 10 minutes for our drinks. Second time I got my burger, but my partner didnt get his. We shared mine and it still had not come out. I asked the lady at the food pass, and she went through the tickets. Either they never made the burger, or gave it to another table. If the food wasnt so good, not sure I would go back.

Sat down then ordered only to be later told they didn’t have the pulled pork we ordered. When we went back to change our order told to go to the back of the very long cue. Such poor service so we got our money back and left.

Went to Burger Urge @ Greenhills and ordered two Kingpin burgers ($19 each), dirty fries and a couple of drinks which came to over $60. The service by staff was great, the dirty fries were also good, however the burgers were let down by the fact that the 4 slices of cheese on each burger were slapped on the burger (cold).Biting into the burger on a cold winters night would have been enjoyed more if the cheese had of been melted. Its the little things that make all the difference. If Im paying a premium price for a burger, the quality of the burger needs to reflect the price. Probably wont be coming back after seeing so many poor reviews.

Very expensive. $14.50 for a burger quite small in size. The Gourmet feeling was just not there. Presentation and atmosphere did not justify price.

you have not been ignored or given such slow service until you go here. the food is good so Ive been multiple times but never again. last time, a guy came to the front counter...saw that I was standing there...AND WALKED BACK INTO THE KITCHEN. then waited a further 10 minutes to be served by someone else and then a further 15 minutes for my food. all the while watching the team out the back chat away about their weekend. not going back.

Overall a good experience, staff were friendly and checked in with how things were. We didnt have to wait too long for the food but the shakes took a while to come, worth the wait they were very good. It wasnt the best burger i have ever had, the patty is a little thin and was overcooked. The toasted bun seemed like it was bit stale. The flavour was good though and had a good amount of sauce, wasnt dry, but didnt go overboard.

The food is quit expensive considering burgers on their own cost nearly $20. It wasn’t overly fantastic and would have expected some chips or something with the burger considering the price.

Burger Urge at Green Hills isnt really bad, but its not really good either. My Cheeseburger came a bit cold but I didnt really care about that, i cared about the bun which was stiff, hard and tasteless. It honestly tasted stale. This place is good but I wouldnt order a Burger here again, chips and everything else is pretty great.

Came in for dinner on Monday night, restaurant was pretty well empty, waited 30 minutes for two burgers, never got drinks, food sat on the kitchen bar for nearly 10 minutes before we received it so it was cold.Told staff was refunded for one drink and pushed out the door. Very poor

Dont know how this place is so highly rated - clearly none of you have tried a Rascal burger. A far better dining experience. Burger patty was tasteless, onion rings burnt, and the shake didnt come out till half way through the meal.

Havent had any bad experiences with Burger Urge Greenhills :Always seen super positive staff, even when busy and the food is so good. Juicy chicken, the perfect beef patties, got it all. Perfect for lunch out with the boys or a date

Always love the Greenhills Burger Urge venue and the team. I want to do a shout out to the staff member who went above and beyond for us today, the honey pot girl, who gave us an honest wait time, made sure we were happy and handled a difficult order but also made sure everyone in the venue was happy. This venue is a fantastic favourite and cannot wait to dine again as always.

Excellent service, quick to get food out, turned heater off when we requested it, kids ate free= great value for money! Tasty, big enough meals, loved my waikiki burger! Thank you Burger Urge Greenhills😋🙂

Good Morning,Here is what you need to know about Burger Urge :).I have had a couple of experiences there recently that were just short of what is expected. I wont go into them, they werent big things, just a couple of little things that were frustrating thats all.I reached out to express this to their head office and local store, and they have been amazing about it. They actually give me the impression that they care about their customers, with several people taking the time out to reach out via phone call (rare these daysto clarify things I didnt understand.There is no question that their food is great, I have tried a few different options now, and thanks to the effort made by their business, I will be back and encouraging others to consider this business for their meal choices.Customer service makes all the difference, the fact they took time out of their busy days to make things clear to me, making sure I understood the situation was invaluable. I now understand what the situations with my little concerns were, and how the way they do things is necessary.Thank you Burger Urge, see you soon :).

It was one of the most amazingly delicious burgers I have ever eaten. The onion rings were really good as well. It was my first time here and I am definitely interested in and looking forward to eating from here again! The staff here were really friendly and welcoming. They were really helpful, and signed Kyle up to the burger urge card that will give special offers in the future. Mmm, maybe for lunch tomorrow!

Absolutely amazing!!!I had the el Diablo with sweet potato fries and I absolutely demolished it! Super friendly staff and busy as always but it just shows how great it is!

Lovely service! friendly and helpful. Beautiful fresh food! Meals arent expensive and verg very reasonable. I had the Grilled Chicken Classic with chips and a drink. Enjoyed my meal very much.

Fantastic!! The service here is great friendly staff all-round. The place looks clean and tidy including the kitchen which is always nice to have in the food industry.One of the best food options in Greenhills, food tastes great, it definitely has good burgers sold here.The seating is good plenty of room around indoor and outdoor seating available. Music played inside and its not to loud, so it makes it easy to have a conversation.
