Always friendly staff here and eager to please! Always stop here if im passing as there is a great menu for anytime from early morning, throughout the day and into the night from breakfasts, to scones & coffee and great burgers and such at nights! Good value, great food!

I got taco fries and chicken nuggets this morning in the burger shack. You could tell that the food was freshly cooked. Food quality has sky rocketed here recently. Definitely be returning soon👍

I went to burger shack because of the good reviews. Homemade chips were brown, oil soaked soggy and just could not be eaten. The breast in a bun was a frozen fillet which is false advertising. Very over priced wouldnt want to go back.

Very poor service. Waited 30 minutes for order, had to remind waitress that we were still waiting, took several more minutes to get what was ordered and the food was only lukewarm. It was quiet when we were there.

Just had a gorgeous GLUTEN FREE burger and chips here. Rare to get a chipper providing gluten free. Yum!

It was the worst food we have ever received. We ordered a delivery and gave the driver a tip, as we always do. But half the order was missing. When we rang to explain, we were told we’d have to collect the outstanding food ourselves or forget about it because the driver was finished for the day. Customer service? Horrible reaction to THEIR mistake. Oh yes, and the food we did receive was absolutely awful, tasteless and dry. NEVER AGAIN.

Staff always friendly, mostly would phone my order in for collection, mostly ready or not waiting long,mostly would order taco fries and homemade chips for my daughter, always lovely

Went there after over 2 or even 3 years. Very nice place. Staff very friendly. Food marvellous. Best burgers so far I ever ate. And their Tacos - heck Im hungry again 😂 If you never tried or like me been there last time long time ago, you must try them 😀

Good reliable food, well known to locals. *Great* with customers, the ladies in there are always pleasant, never a bad atmosphere and clearly work well together. New setup outside means outdoor dining is possible, no bins = no wasps/flies 🙂No shade though - a parasol or seating by the other door would easily sort this out.Parking is right there, particularly handy for someone with mobility issues.

It was a good place for late breakfast on the weekends. Now they are taking orders by phone for take away. I havent been there since the pandemic started.

I waited 1 hr and 40 mins to get cold food,we never received our sauces or our drink that we paid for and not the first time either. Ridiculous service

Woeful hygiene standards.I waited seven minutes for my order here and in those seven minutes I saw two different staff members touch the bin fully with both hands and go back to cooking without changing gloves or sanitising their hands.There is no excuse for this.It looks clean but this is no good if staff are not following basic HACCP procedure.Loads of good takeaways in town to help you avoid this place.

This place is, hands down, the worst fast food business I have EVER visited! The "food" being served here is HIGHLY overpriced! Very small portions. Extremly greasy and low quality food. You wouldnt see the likes of it in a dingy burger van. The owner of the place is a BULLY who will not stand for even the slightest bit of criticism. Very unprofessional. Avoid this place at all cost because youll certainly pay a high price for what you get!

Excellent place the Burger Shack. Excellent Staff very friendly and helpful and efficient. Exceptionally clean and warm and comfortable. The food was excellent, I would highly recommend this restaurant. The location is also very convenient as parking is not a problem.

Worst place I have ever eaten food cold staff rude very pricey if you are in tralee go to the brogue great food there looking for a breakfast the snackery on castle street stay clear of this place health warning should be given with food.

Provides an excellent, non-corporate non foreign owned chain, fast/tasty food experience, rapid service, friendly motivated staff. Unpretentious and in many respects quite basic, but spotlessly clean. If you want a good tasty meal quickly, this is ideal, its slightly out of the centre of Tralee, but worth finding.

Lovely lunch bacon and cabbage. Fresh good portion. Lovely friendly staff who have great custtomer service skills. A great pleasurable visit and meal.

We love our Sunday morning breakfast here. The staff and very friendly and obliging. The Full Breakfast sets you up for the day. They offer a Be-Good option for anyone following a healthy regime (like Slimming World). It is a very busy cafe/restaurant which goes to show how good it is.
