Slow, people running around like headless chickens took over 10 minutes just to make a cheeseburger and some chips and no they didnt have to make new chips, chips were cold amd so was burger awfull burgerking really disappointed

Wasnt packed, nice and quiet. Order recieved was correct and tasty..

I always get my BK fix from this store. The staff are always very polite and are happy to adjust my order to make it vegan (Rebel Whopper with vegan aioliwhich I really appreciate.

Very efficient for drive through however little care is applied in burger assembly. Enough dressing to drown in. Greasy floor needs attention. Restrooms ghastly

Went through drive through. Waited and waited to be served. No response. So I drive though to the serving window to advise no one took my order. Manager was so rude! Shouted at me because nobody served me! Won’t be coming here again!

asked for a regular whopper meal, got given a regular REBEL whopper meal. Phoned several times and got answered on the 8th call. Wasnt busy and had heaps of staff.

3 for the food but the customer service is not good.This big fat tall lady sounds rude never smile yesterday afternoon.That job is not for her or if shes the manager have some manners to treat your customers nice.

Horrible small sized burgers that take forever. Dont wash hands nor wear gloves after handling money cold

Never get on a weekend night via delivery service. Wait is over an hour to arrive. Terrible. Even when you go instore you have to wait forever.

Always get mean as feeds but far out they can’t put the tops on the drinks properly, always go everywhere and everytime when I’m wearing clean bloody clothes 🥲 surely putting a lid on ain’t that hard guys #savethewashing #mywashingmachinesbroken

I have been to other burger kings and fast foods and had bad experience but tonight was goodI am autistic and struggle with social interactions but try to be independent but am always very nervous talking to people but today the girl taking the order was very patient and helpful with me so thank you very much I did not get your name but thank you

Went through the drive thru and brought 2 meals that came with either chicken nuggets or sundae and I got two sundaes and they were never given to me & also I wasn’t given a receipt , and when I went to call the number underneath their information online it said “call failed” I’m not impressed at all , will not be going back !

Its cold and raining hard. Im hungry.I feel like a quick hot lunch.BK is close.I pull up.I notice -Staff (in BK uniform on their break I guessoutside, sheltering from the rain, sitting on the ground leaning on the building (on damp dirty cobble stones), smoking and on their phones.Hey...theyre young. Hmmmm...maybe they have nowhere else to go??I order.Given my cup.Drinks dispenser dispenses mostly water. I can see clear water and a bit of coke coloured flavoring coming out.Tip it out.Try again.Same thing.Try again.I did this several times.Am I doing something wrong?Read the instructions again.Is the machine faulty? Ended up with flat watery raspberry.Hmmmmm.While I wait I look around.The place is filthy actually.Food and rubbish on the floor.Food and rubbish on several tables.The second till/serving area is covered old till receipts and printouts of some sort - in a pile flowing out onto the top the counter. Maybe they only use that till area for cashing up? It looks like no one seems to care that they are piled up there.Hmmmm ...am I starting to regret this?Food arrives.I sit at a small booth by the window.I have to open and rearrange my burger to make it manageable/edible...it really was "thrown together"!The table was grimey - needed a good wipe. The windows were dirty - covered in greasy finger prints and swipes.(Not enough staff, due to Covid? to roster all the jobs properly?)But...Im very hungry by then and not planning on staying long. So... my rearranged burger was ordinary...but at least the chips were hot!No salt on the cips.Is that a new (health?thing? Had this by uba eats order was cold was missing stuff and when rung up about this was made out to be a lier.havnt been back never will go back very poor service and not the first time from this store

I havent had the best of luck with BK in the past. Today the place was busy. My order was 20143 at 6.48. The drive thru was out into the carpark. There was a line of uber drivers waiting inside. Took 10-15 mins to get our order. But Food was hot and well made. Top effort from the staff that evening.

We are not happy customers. We bought burnt double Whopper burgers which were really disgusting. They are expensive enough without having to deal with that and sometimes unfriendly service at the window. You need people who care about people and give them the service they would like to receive when they are the customer...

I love the mystery of not known what is going to be missing from my order when I get home... This is the 3rd time now things have been missing from my order... It doesnt take a rocket surgeon to check the contents of the bag matches what was ordered before handing it to the customer.

I would give it a 0 if it werent for the nice customer service, other than that the food is terrible in my experience. The ice cream sundae I bought curtled within an hour or recieving it, the burger was soggy and squished like someone sat on it and the frozen coke had a weird old plastic taste to it.

Rubbish service with below average food. Not even a hi when going through the drive thru - after waiting in queue for 20 mins. Just opened the window put the food out and closed it. Literally drove away gob smacked.

Good burgers, mediocre service. The eating area is plastic, cheap, slightly grubby and noisy. The outside seats and tables are concrete, and are remarkable for being most uncomfortable seats Ive ever sat on.

Never actually had a problem at this BK. Only issues have been driving there for something cold and 40% of the time the ice cream or frozen drinks are not avalible. So they not only turn away people but deter them before they even get there. If they wanted desert with Dinner or a frozen drink with their burger high chance they have had the same issue and will drive past. I would recommend Burger King over most fast food restaurants better prices, better meals, better service.

I went into Burger King with my partner and two nieces on sunday afternoon.I thought you should know, that the young Lady named Tia, was doing an amazing job. As for all your other workers you had on that shift, they were useless, did not help her at all, they were just standing there talking and watching that poor young lady. My partner and I stood there watching as there were a few people waiting in line to be served and waiting for their orderswe felt sorry for her, having to do everything by herself.what poor management you have. I suggest you speak to the manager that was on duty that day, that is unacceptable and unprofessional in the hospitality industry. If I needed staff at my establishment I would have offered her a job on the spot.So well done TiaKeep it up, you done awesome!!

The place is not the cleanness.Very friendly staff. One of the ladies was finishing her shift and she stopped and checked on my daughter and often to help her. Thank you for caring. . It was about 2.30 today. My daughter had hurt her ankle at sports...

Everytime I go there weird service. Staff need to be trained with up to date deals and exclusive offers as none of them seam to have a clue. App never works there,management has been rather unprofessional within regards to getting back to me promptly about these issues, they replaced my meal and even then screwed that up I didnt bother to go back,and I probably wont unless its for a frozen drink or to use the wifi

About as good as burger kings get. Some of the others serve your burgers cold as pinguin nuts, but these guys are good. Also their staff are usually pretty friendly and restaurant has clean tables

The service is good. They might be a little slow during a rush but thats understandable. They are always kind and polite though. I dont think Ive had a single cold chip from there.

Been 100% here everyone .Very unprofessional approach to customer service from our last visit to this store and previous visits also .. food was below average . Luke warm to the touch , cold fries all threw the bag , the bag of food itself was a mess . (Not the first time either ). This was threw drive thru.. inside looked clean and tidy..Wont be back anytime soon ..
