Hoy, lunes, 19 de septiembre de 2022, complete mi turno en la fila de car service, ya que no tenian otra alternativa. Les informe que hace más de 20 años no visitaba una localidad de Burger King, le solicité me asistieran. Decidí comprar el sándwich internacional italiano y no incluyeron los ingredientes informados, sólo el pollo quemado y el pan. Ahora si que decido no visitar más Burger King, es un desastre e insulto para el que consume. Que lo eliminen por favor

we decided to get Burger King when we got there through the drive thru we had to wait a couple of minutes for the lady to get our order she was very rude rushing through our order and wasnt listening to we were trying to order when we got to the window we paid we got our food they almost forgot our milkshake they didnt put 2 straws on the bag the food was good the milkshakes milk was bad

Me atendió el gerente de turno para el desayuno, orden bien tomada y al servirme faltaban parte por lo que mientras esperaba se enfriaba lo servido servilletas contadas y endulzados de café contado servicio pésimo

We went for a quick bite to eat early in the morning before our trip back home to Comerio PR...We used the inside tables...The food was great and was nice and hot. This is a fast food typical place. Appearance is very good and clean place with ample parking space. Personnel was eager to provide good service. Great location at PONCE, spacious place, good and fast service, open 24 hours, there is usually no wait hereIts just like any other Burger King, in a good way. The menu is the same.The staff members are kind toward the client.
