Thay say close 30 minutes before I don’t know how run the BK

They messed up my order. I asked for chicken burger, Instead gave me beef which I dont eat at all.

Arrived at 10:30pm. Doors open. Staff member mumbled they are closed and to use drive through. Needed to ask another visitor to store what staff member had said. Thought it was a foreign language and not English

First off staff are friendly and greet you well. Loads of food and drink options so thats great. Tasty hot food. Great for all ages. Indoor and outdoor seating too. Recommend this burger king Awesome place to eat!!

I went in, this morning at 9.30 for a Double Whopper with Cheese & 9 Onion Rings, after reading all these reviews I thought it was going to be bad.......but the burger was amazing......the onion rings too......I couldnt believe it......it tasted just like they did when BK first opened in NZ........and when everyone else is trying to cut back go smaller, BK on Lincoln Road is saying Nah...... were still going to give our customers more......the staff was efficient and welcoming too

Place was quite, first bad sign I guess as it was lunchtime, my burgers were cold, they took a while and I thought they would be making them fresh but sadly now, very cold, chips were warm at best and the drinks were very watered down. I wont be back.

Would be good if they got your order right when delivering through Uber. 2 weeks in a row. How many people does this happen to? Drive thru google reviews arent they great for same reasons. They dont answer the phone when you call for almost an hour to let them know. If they delivered something you dont like then youre basically up for another order from another outlet. They need to do much better.

This place was quite chaotic when we visited and there were air conditioning repairs going on around the service counter which most likely led to service delays.The food was nice but average. Accessibility is great with excellent parking, disabled access and drive through options.Toilets were considerably cleaner than expected (well done), and free wi-fi is available with easy access and a strong signal.The kids playground is a little scary but if your kids love basketball, its the place to go.

Was there tues 5.45pm service was too slow & the basket ball area was closed it was the only reason we came there as my young 7yr old saw it as we came through last week what a wasted trip lucky the burgers were mean

Was great, alot of options.I hadnt had BKs for a while and enjoyed it

Not a huge McDonalds fan but I can understand how they are dominating the market in this sector as opposed to BK. I am a trade and, having a few moments to spare, decided to go to BK in Lincoln Road for a breakfast. It was 07.45 and, guess what, they only open at 9am. What place only opens for their breakfast clientele at 9am? Had to go to McDonalds a few doors down. Very disappointing.

Burgers were dry and burt with little to no sauce.

Today just few minutes ago i went in drive through they made me wait 30 minutes and not even sorry??

Cold chipsDriving through too close to closing means you just get what’s left unfortunately when it comes to the fries, which was disappointing.I think I got lucky ordering a less popular burger as it came out lovely and fresh.

Very delicious food. Friendly helpful staff even though a busy shop. We have returned a few times because of ths clean facilities and polite staff.

I ordered the kings fried chicken burger and hashbites. The hashbites came out cold and the burger patty was so overcooked it was literally inedible. I took them both back and they were remade. It was all good fresh, but its ridiculous that they sent it out like that in the first place.

I don’t enjoy leaving bad reviews. However, I went through the drive thru today and ordered a frozen coke. The lady said “straw’s in the bag.” I trusted her and drove off, only to find there was in fact no straw in the bag. So here I am, sitting with my frozen drink, tears streaming down my face as I dig into the cup with my cold fingers like a wild animal. This was all I wanted and now my day is ruined. Thanks burger king for ruining my life

Waited over 30 minutes for meal and when they served it we were missing a BK Burger :-(

Vegetarians and vegans beware! They purposely put meat instead of veggie Patties at the Lincoln road branch. I’ve been to this branch five times and all of those five times, meat patties were put in instead of the veggie one. Even after going to the manager pleading for him to do something about the staff’s refusal to follow the order, it has happened once again tonight. It’s also very clear that it isn’t human error as every time it has happened, they put the sticker on the burger that says “rebel”. They are purposely trying to trick vegetarian into eating meat.

Terrible service. Lifeless place with no atmosphere. Food took forever and we were there at 9 am with nobody else in the restaurant!

The only problem is the Tile floor, cause when it gets wet, its really slippery, but other than that its perfectly fine

As much I love BK , the last 3x including just now Drive Through, ordering..8x ..$5 combos, which means Eight burgers too only receive Seven !!

Get what you pay for and reliably fills orders, which is more than can be said for some of the other chains.

Useless drive-thru, always forgetting burgers, chips, sides and anything else you can order here, but they still charge you for it.Best case scenario, you get given a rebel vegan burger version of the burger that you ordered. Im sure I dont need to explain how cringe it is to unwrap your burger to find its a disgusting vege burger when you paid over $10 for it.Terrible service, bad prices, and forgetful staff that are more than willing to charge you for something but not nearly as willing to serve you that item you paid for. You might aswell go to McDonalds, the food is better, cheaper, the wait time is less, and despite forgetting things sometimes, its about a tenth as likely to happen compared to this Burger King.

Bad food and even worse premises. Place smelled worse than it looks. Stay away people

Absolutely horrible, patties tasted like sawdust. Bacon strips were none existant. Place was dirty and looked u hygienic

Sitting in drivethru as we speak. Been a long hard 20 minutes of the dries. Munchos have overloaded the system. All i want is my frozen coke to quench the Sahara that are my tastebuds - think staff have on fukn smoko. Baked as and yet still ran out of patience

Place was a disappointment only guy that was doing work was the one behind the cash register felt sorry for him..had to take both our burgers back both had no bacon and patties looked like they had been chewed up before but on the burger highly disappointing

Literally the worst service at any Burger King Ive been too, and thats saying a lot with how bad the standard seems to be. Workers sound like they hate being there and the attitude at the drive through is unreal.

Worst experience ...non- friendly and untrained staff .We order the 3 chicken combo . All the burger are not wrapped properly, falling apart as very little mayo in it ...fries are cold ... We will never gonna order from Henderson branch in future. 😡

The worst experience.Useless and very slow service. I waited 28mins for my order even there wasnt any other customer and car in drive trough.Food was cold. I wont go there instead will go to McDonalds nextdoor.

Glad we could now dine in but very frustrating to be ignored for 15 minutes and then be acknowledged to be served. Also latest special with Yum Burger and especially sweet and sour loaded fries (literally just fries; BBQ Sauce; Mustard; fried Onionis OVERpriced. Meal deals arent though hence the 3* rating

Absolutely terrible staff. Will never set foot in this burgerking again! I observed appalling attitude to the elderly, dismissive attitudes in general. And there was no one in the drive though and only 4 customers inside so was hardly "busy" enough to excuse it

Always seems to be dirty when I go in. Doesnt matter what times I go.A few others Ive been to have been clean. Staff are ok but could do with a smile on them.15th Feb 2022The what I think was the duty manager on today was a rude A-Hole. I wanted onion rings and he said we dont sell them, I pointed at the large poster hanging in the window and said those ones, he replied we dont do them and walked off.Another staff member came to the front and I asked him and he said of course Ill get them asap.

BK burgers are how burgers should be. Delicious and big. Not like McDs where you take the 1st bite and its nearly gone. After working at home Red light all week, it was a nice way to end the week. 😁

Only 50minutes into the new year 2022 & its ruined. Was really disappointed with the lack of effort put into my order as I know it is a busy time yet only 5 cars were in line including me & a car behind.Ordered a Bbq dblchs w extra everything yeah only got an old hard patty that scraped the roof my mouth , asked for sweet & sour sauce recieved a bbq instead & to top it off had the fries placed upside down doing handstands which were scattered everywhere at the bottom of the bag. Such a let down treated my nana to her favorite fast food restaurant & instantly regretted spending 32.10$ wasnt worth it.Im an understanding person as I work in retail too but that was unacceptable. The patty should be wasted as soon as that 2hr timer is up but nope chuck it in my burger. Have a happy new year kefe

Worst burger ever had. After seeing the TV ad for then perfect burger thought I would give it a go. Lincoln.Rd effort was hideous

Im pretty sure chicken burgers are supposed to contain chicken and double whoppers should have more than one patty...Sort it out BK Lincoln road. This isnt even close to being a one off mistake, and your customer service from at least one of your staff is appalling.

We stood outside for 20 min under the sun without any staff to entertain us. Only one person inside ordering so unsure why. Once we went inside, they took another 30-40 min of waiting for large fries only.Bad service :cPlus they didnt scan the vaccine passports. Only a "yes" by looking at them.

A bit hard to find out how to access as door is shut with table blocking with a sign says takeaway only.But door was unlocked , I got in.Was asked for vacc cert.Food was hot and yummy.Had to push table aside to get out.Toilets clean

Burger King Lincoln Road, you had one job. Make a fresh hot burger, fresh hot chips and a cold lemonade. I went through your drive thru yesterday 04/10/21 and ordered the Big King XL combo at over $16, I was looking forward to a giant Big Mack copy. I started on the chips, these we brown and about 5 degrees away from being cold, possibly the worst chips I have ever had. Next was the burger, luke warm and flat and absolutely garbage as far as flavour. You literally could not imagine it getting any worse but the drink had no ice and it was not far off being warm as well. I am not sure who who have working there but in this day and age with Covid and lockdowns and everyone competing for business you would think your staff would be doing their best to get customers to return. I have been buying from your branch for years because you are local to work but this one experience would be enough to stop me visiting again.

Went through the drive thru last Tuesday order came to 29 dollars I asked how come it was so expensive the staff member said it was right. I asked for a receipt he didn’t really want to give it to me. Next thing a woman came to the window and said here is your 9 dollars change and just laughed. Then my son went there last night and asked for the 2 dollar donuts was told we don’t do that deal and was charged full price. Get home and see on the coupons they do that deal. When you call them they don’t answer.

I/we all love bk right? I was there on Sunday 04/07 at around 5pm and greeted by untrained customer service which dont wear uniform, counter and self serve drink area was filthy, dont know what else wrong we just decided to leave. Seriously bk need to look into this busy outlet and lift up the game. I wont come back to this outlet, love the burger but rather not to have bad memories

Not The most positive burger king experience. Staff could be way more attentive. It took ages to get my food and I was starving! It wasnt even busy hours with bunch of cars at the drive thru and I was the only customer at the front. The only thing positive was the clean toilet.

This BK is usually really onto it! The orders are really fresh and MOST of the time they get everything right. Fillings and sauces in the burgers are generally always what you should expect. Definitely recommend ordering from the app though and using the coupons for deals and earning rewards

Visited Wednesday 13.01.21 for lunch with a friend . Average service, Average food . I had the $17.00 Rebel Whoppersmall value meal and Bk chook small value meal from the app. The restaurant was clean and tidy

Service needs a lot of work. Our dine in order that was placed on the kiosk and handed to to us in a brow bag. When I told him I would like to have it here, they gave me a tray and walked away. I had to walk up from my table again to ask for serviettes as none eas given. We were literally the only customers in the store fir lunch and a little more attention could have been given.

Chips were cold burgers delicious toilets were very bad customer service was very helpful and friendly

The food is great when its good. Its not consistent though. The staff are terrible at customer service. The main problem with this place is they advertise as 24 hr on certain days. In those times they often have operational errors and though employees are working, there is no food production. When they are experiencing such technical difficulties they dont bother to turn off the sign letting people know they are effectively closed for business. BK Head office needs to get this branch up to standard.
