The GOAT Burger King.Caleb is such a good employee, I uninstalled the McDonalds App. Recognized upon arrival. Food is never wrong. Caleb is the Burger King.

It sucked. Your pre-order on your app sucked and didnt work because you dont even explain how to work it!

Service was terrible! Online said the location closes at 11pm. Went at 10:30 and doors were locked. Walked to the restaurant from a friends house. Was rudely met by the night manager Josh. Doors were locked and would not take our order since we were not in a vehicle. Asked for the owners information of the location. At which point I was given the corporate number for Burger King and asked the manager to write it down, he informed me he could not hand anything through the window, even though they hand your food and receipt through the window. As we walked off he told me and the other person I was with that we needed to "buy a car" and closed the window. Very unprofessional! Will definitely be contacting the owner of the location tomorrow, not corporate.

I had them to make me a BK double stacker with lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, mayo, and onions😋 on it. That burger was "Next Level" Fresh and wasnt thrown together. Service was great as well as a clean establishment. This is the best tasting Burger King I have eaten at in the state!!

I have a Burger King right down the road, maybe a minute down. I travel 11 mins just to get to this locations Burger King. Everything is better at this location from the wait in line to getting your food hot and fresh.

For spending almost 50 dollars to feed a family of 4 I expected the food to atkeast be correct. I was more than patient with the store which had a new hire working the front desk cashier who had to stop and wait 2 minutes for assistance from another employee to ring up my order because they didnt know how to enter it onto the screen. Should train employees before putting them on the main front desk, it isnt the best idea to not have a trained person on the main counter. Moving on, once my order was rang up properly, move to getting back to the house with the food I ordered for each family member....the order was entered correctly (took awhile due to lack of trainingbut it was prepared incorrectly. Kids hamburger ordered as mustard and pickles only and received it as ketchup only.....seriously....spicy chicken sandwich ordered as no veggies and recieved it with extra lettuce....wooowwww for real..... please take the time to train your employees especially if youre going to put them up at the front counter as the face of your company to hundreds of people, and tell your cook staff to slow the heck down and read the screen and make the food the way its supposed to. Honestly with the way those two sandwiches came out wrong, its the exact opposite of how they were ordered and makes me think it was on purpose because they wanted to be funny and mess with someones food. After spending 50 dollars for incorrections, I am not pleased at all with these meals or the amount I paid for someone to mess up my dinner. Get it together Burger King.....

The hours are wrong on the website.. It says they open at 6A 6 AM on Saturday but they dont open till 7 AM .

The food was hot and the staff were nice, polite and smiling.

I told them I wanted my bugers well done and got them medium done still pink in the middle and when I called no one answered the phone. I did leave a message

The worst food quality Ive ever had at any burger king! The bun was burnt black , chicken seemed like it was refried after sitting out all day , I asked to add bacon and got charged for it but there was none on the sandwich!! Paid for a lrg fry and got a medium! I usually eat at the greenbrier burger king location and Ive never had an issue there.

Not too bad at all. They make the food fresh typically but that sometimes means youll have to wait for them to bring your order out. Otherwise no complaints, the workers are very friendly.

I used to really love Burger King. But it seems like every time I go there now the hamburgers are cold the fries are crispy and the drinks are good and the service is good. But the burgers being code kind of ruins it for me.

Did a mobile order and it was ready when we arrived. The whopper meal was delicious. Great work.

This burger King is pretty good. Theyre pretty much all the same but some have better service than others.

Food was good, fresh, and hot. Ice machine was broken and employees dont give ice with drinks until you go to the ice machine, discover its broken, fight back to the counter, flag down an employee, find out they know its been down, and request ice. Then repeat for refills.

Our food was great! Our cashier friendly and very helpful! Overall a great experience!

Its hit and miss like all the fast food places. Depending on the time of day and which staff is working will determine the quality of your food.

We love this specific Burger King. Its clean and the employees are always friendly. The food is usually hot. Havent had this good of an experience at other locations.

Every time I drive to Conway I got to stop and order a delicious Whopper meal. I just Love the Whopper hope they bring back the 2 for 5 Whopper meal.

Josh the manager is very rude. I ordered two large fries. I had a coupon code for one of the fries to be $1. My phone was about to die so at the speaker I took a screenshot of the code so that I had quick access to the code. I had forgot to tell them the code at the speaker (which is what I was told to do last time I was thereI get to the window where you pay and showed them the code. The young girl at the window giggled and told me to hold on. I wait and then a manager (Joshwalks up and she rubs off. Josh says “let me see the code” I then show him and he said “see that thing at the bottom it’s supposed to be spinning or I can’t let you use the code” I respond with “ok I can pull it back up in my phone I had just took a screenshot because it’s quicker and my phone was about to die” so I pull up the code again through the app and show him the SAME code I had on my phone but this time with the spinning thing. As I did that he says “we can only use the code once” and I respond with “I only want to use the code once??” He sees the code and then I sit my phone down and then he says “I need to see the code again” and I said “you have got to be kidding me” and so I show him it AGAIN and he says “no I need you to log out and get back into the app again” and I said “that makes zero sense” and he says “well we don’t get credit for it unless you do that”.......UM what?!? Not sure what he was trying to accomplish. It’s not like I was trying to use a coupon that was no longer on there, I get the whole spinning thing. I would have never even thought of that but ok I get it but to say I HAVE to re log into my app and show him the code now for the third time seems extreme and rude. I have never encountered such horrible customer service and to be honest he almost just ALMOST made me feel bad for using a coupon. While he was swiping my card I saw him mouthing under his breath and then when he saw I was watching his demeanor changed and you could tell he saw he was caught. He definitely could use some training in how to handle situations. There is a right way and a wrong way and he takes the award for wrong way. Will not be going back to this location ever and probably not any BK ever again. Not sure what kind of people BK deals with but not everyone is trying to get one over on you. Some people just want to use a coupon when they can.

On 3/2/2020 we ordered our food at 9:49 pm before they closed and was asked to pull forward for it to be cooked fresh in 9 minutes. By 10 no food by 10:10 no food by 10:20 no food. We first knocked on the drive thru window with no response from employees and they saw us. We then proceeded to knock on the front window and doors while they stood and looked and laughed at us. We had to beat on the door like the police before they took our anger seriously then came to the door and asked us why we were there like they didnt remember taking our order. Then miraculously the manager remembered the order and went on to explain that the person who was supposed to bring out our order clocked out at 10 pm and went without doing so. He then at 10:25 refunded us our money and gave us the cold sandwiches for free. I notified him that I would be reporting this incident and he replied go ahead thats fine with me.

They charged me for a double, but I only got a single, the gravy was cold, and the hash browns were in broken pieces. We were in too much of a hurry to go back and get it corrected, so we just had to deal with it. Maybe its just an off day for this store. Employees m isnt be stoned or something, but Id hit up one of BKs other locations if I were you.

I was at this restaurant probably an hour ago and went through the drive-through because I didn’t want to drag my four-year-old in and out of the car just to get some to go to come back to the hotel. Not only did they try to not give me my second drink, but they tried to only give me one thing of pancakes when I had specifically ordered two and the lady at the window was like I don’t know what she wants and brushed me off to a manager. She was very rude, and the manager was helpful. He gave me my second order and he was great. The food was good, customer service? Needs help.

It was super busy so the place was dirty. Dont even get me started on that nasty Playland. It needs a nice bleach bath. I wonder how often they give it some love or Lysol.

The staff was very friendly and I had no problems with my order. I always order everything with all kinds of changes--condiments/vegetables added or deleted, extra this, or none of that. It is difficult and rarely do I get my order filled just as asked, but they delivered perfectly!

Its Burger King, so you should know what youre getting yourself into. That said, this was a pretty good place. The staff was very friendly and understanding about my order and they had a good sense of humor. The food was delicious. Do yourself a favor and stop in for food or a shake.

I love this Burger King. They never mess up my order. My food is always fresh and hot. The staff is friendly and isnt stingy with the ketchup I live about 5 minutes from the dave ward BK but I would rather go to the one on Oak St.

Good food clean place Id definately return. Good fast service friendly staff only thing I didnt like is there were people sitting in there getting up going to every table asking for money. My daughter had to go tell the staff. But the restaurant was really good for fast food.

Do not go to this Burger King. BILLY THE MANAGER is beyond rude, he doesn’t know how to talk which says a lot about his character. Oh let’s not forget they don’t accept debit cards so only credit card users can go here according to billy. Never again.

Store is always clean and well kept. Staff is friendly and quick with getting your order. Drive-thru flows at a reasonable pace and there is not a long wait.

Ordered a spicy chicken jr sandwich for a quick bite. I didnt realize at the drive thru speaker that what made it spicy was the sauce, not the breading. Once I realized this, I asked if they could put the sauce on the side. They were very accommodating and remade the sandwich to my request. I recommend this Burger King.

I go to Burger King when I want to work on my poetry. Having people around me, but not too many people, helps me to think. I buy their $3.49 meal deal and get as many coffee refills as I want ( typically 3). I observed another customer working on his drawings today. Whenever I go to Burger King, the employees are super friendly. They often come to my table with the coffee in hand, ready to refill so that I dont have to get up and request it. I guess I could say Burger King is my "relaxing thinking place".

There is a cell phone app that you can download for Burger King where you can get some really good deals. My son and I ate there really cheap yesterday using a coupon code that we gave the cashier off the cell phone app. I love the music they were playing in this place. It was country. The food was great. And the service was prompt.

At 11 very clean everyone nice helpful. Never heard anyone say mean nasty things to each other. Managers kind and respectful to staff. That matters to me. Kaylee and Caleb helped me at the front counter both extramly kind and helpful. I very much enjoyed my visit. Thank you

Best Burger King in Conway by far and probably the cleanest restaurant in Conway. Workers are always friendly and if they arent waiting on customers they are cleaning. I drive past the Burger King on highway 65 to go eat at this one.Joe S.

Burger King is an awesome place with wonderful food and the best service around. The people are very friendly and helpful. I would definitely continue going back and invite as many people as possible.
