Nice place, great food only downside is queen street isnt the most pleasant place.

I think this may have been one of the best burgers Ive ever had (and Ive had a few). I dont think Ive ever experienced a burger melt like that in my mouth with all those great flavours mixing. Even writing this review is making me want another...

Very good food reminded me of being home in the USA.

Never has BurgerFuel before as we were in NZ on holiday from Australia. Delicious burgers and fries. Loved it.

Love their burgers and motobites ever since. I always go for vegetarian options and my husband always tries their promotional limited edition burgers. Very creative

This is a great place to eat. I have been coming here for more than a decade on and off and their food never disappoints.I visited yesterday and tried their burnout and personally disliked the sauce but the rest of the burger along with the fries were fantastic. They use fresh and quality ingredients.Customer service is also good, and my order was provided within 10 minutes which was quite fast.I do recommend this spot. The only complaint I have is directed at the entire franchise - PLEASE bring back the Peanut Piston and Flame Thrower. They were seriously the best!

Friendly staff, good juicy burger

Had a terrible burger experience at this store. I’m usually a fan of Burger Fuel but when I ordered a Bacon Backfire burger at this joint tonight, I noticed half of the burger is missing chicken meat, there was barely any lettuce or tomato, and only a 2 drops of melted cheese. Highly disappointed.

Terrible burgers! Dry. Overcooked and stale chips. Will stick to my local Mount Eden BF

Havent been to burger fuel for ages. Disappointed with the burger, nice chips. Friendly staff but I think there are lots of better options for the price.

Still the best gourmet burger for its affordable price in NZ! the spud fries is perfectly cooked so as the presentation of the burger! Ash and Tiago are hardworking bees!! Really impressed how they pull off excellent service in the midst of a very busy street of Queens St during busy hours! Excellent blokes!! BFUEL Queen street is the best bfuel branch in town thanks for these amazing people!!

Went their with my friends to fill our burger craving. We had their BBQ roadster without bacon, Hamburgini with cheese and chook royale. All of these were super yummy. Halal burgers are available just tell them to make it halal. Thank you 💖

Friendly staff, cosy interior and delicious burger was delivered quickly! I was really impressed by the way it was stacked - I took a photo. Its the Smack and Cheese burger which Im so excited they brought back on the menu. Burgerfuel is my favourite takeout place but had not tried this location before - it did not disappoint! Staff: are helpful, chatty, friendly; food: exceptional although a bit pricey BUT you are paying for quality burgers; outdoor seating available; atmosphere: bit loud, boisterous but fun. I thought the layout of the place could be a little better, sometimes the serving counter is really close to peoples table and the 2wall tables are placed oddly therefore under utilized. Possibly more customers would sit if the tables where better situated.

Halal certified. Also, delicious tofu burger -nice and light, but tasty. And had a yummy gingerbread thickshake, though they didnt have it on the menu so we had to ask prior! If you want to order the shake vegan, you MUST specify so they know not to put the crumbles!!

Amazing Burger in Burger FuelWhen I was in NZ, I ordered Burger Fuels BBQ Roadster(Burgerand spud fries via phone call. The moment I saw this burger, I really wanted to try it. It has various ingredients that I like, such as beef, onion and smoky sauce. The spud fries was also amazing.It was really crispy. back to the burger, it was so juicy that my whole hand and face got dirty. Im really satisfied the quality of my order, but I think the price wasnt reasonable. Its a little bit expensive. I think 13$(NZDis reasonable. If I visit NZ again, I will try another menu. So I highly recommend this restaurant.

One of the best burgers Ive eaten especially the beef burger ones. I tried some of their "unique" creations and its not for me.. though some might like it. Its worth your dollar to eat here and if you have extra money, order their milkshakes! Youll definitely love it!

Loved this burger chain in Auckland. The Vegan V8 burger with kind of like falafel patty were amazing and the thickshakes are to die for.

If I have to rate this burger it is the second most delicious burger in the world. The first one is one in Queenstown that has a very long queue. This burger is so delicious and most importantly for me is its halal.

Comparing with other brandches, they provide the same flavor. Bio fuel is always my too choice and chicken fenders ate cooked well. The service is prompt and the staff are nice. They open on Christmas Day which is really superising and convenient for us!!

Best burger in town. C N Cheese and American muscle are always my favourite. Their beef patties were so juicy and tender. The lady who served me was very friendly!

Totally disappointed by the mouldy burger I had yesterday. I asked them to check what went wrong. The guy in the counter said " sorry its our mistake and we can refund the money".(I am like"is that it?"). Yes problem solved.! So I decided to review here if it could help others to be careful.

Excellent burgers! We visited the place twice during our 3 day visit in Auckland. The beef was very tender and juicy. Very high quality for a chain burger place. Recommended.

It was my first time eating Burger Fuel yesterday and OMG!! I WAS MIND BLOWN! Its amazing!! I bought a mini ham and cheeseburger with fries and it was so filling! Ill definitely be coming back again!

Vegan burgers are great, very filling, nice atmosphere and well made. Wish the beyond burger is still in stock though, was hoping to try that. Comes with small burger holders so your hands dont get messy and huge napkins help a lot. Fair price for quality of burgers.

We go way back, some time in 2006-2009 during my uni days, i came in to take away a CN Cheese. People after me was already receiving their order so i checked with the scruffy kiwi bloke who took my order. He quickly checked, acknowledged they must have given it to someone else, apologized and prepared my order within the next two minutes. Extra mile: he refunded my cash for the order. Exceptional service. I still eat from this shop today.

Good overall taste. I have to give credit to the bun, its soft and its nothing like the typically dry bun. Fries were a lil oily, but was served hot. Went at there after 10pm, so food was served very promptly.

Great good quality burgers and fries, you know the food is good when it attracts the local hoard of pigeons. The deserts and shakes I find arent that special but still okay. Minus 1 star for the food being too salty and minus another star for not having restrooms or at least a lavatory for washing hands.

I always love burgerfuel but for some reason their kumara chips arent as good as the other branches. But otherwise quick service

Really great V8 Vegan burger with nice options for fries makes Burger Fuel a great place to grab a quick bite. Convenient location for pre or post movie/show quality fast food. Highly recommended.

First experience at BF and I have nothing to really complain about, not even if it seemed to take longer than other customers who ordered after me. In the end, Im pleasantly full and satisfied from just one special burger. Got the Smack & Cheese limited time burger which was different for sure. Overall, comparing to true American burgers, it still leaves a little something to be desired in terms of the pattys flavor as nearly every other topping overpowered it by far. Yet, still interesting combination and Im sure Ill come back to try a much more simple "American" one next time. This particular location definitely gets busy around 1pm on a Friday, but not so much that it should turn you away. Staff was courteous. Ver, very clean.Also, wasnt quite sure what to do with their trademarked Doofer, but haha eventually got it and was definitely a big help w this messy one.
