Burger King in Kingston

Restaurant door always is closed when they have low staffed and their business hour is never accurate. Like today they marked they will open today @11 am and I was there at 11:11am but door was closed again. So I went drive thru to order but they were saying food will take 20min to cook. I guess they have no sense of what fast food restaurant is.

Restaurant with closed doors most of the times. No proper service. Rude staff. Long long long waiting times even if there is no other customer. Staff yelling at customers in Drive-thru.Never recommended.

Placed an order through uber eats around 8PM, driver messages us at 8:30 to say the restaurant told him they were closed for the night. Order is still processing in the app until just now, Google shows it open until 10 PM, restaurant is still available through uber eats, no answer to multiple phone calls. Good job guys, really good job

Quick bite to eat when I am downtown. As a Psw we are on go alot need fast grab.This is in downtown hub kingston. As a local, easy grab. The bad part is hours change like crazy u never know when they are opened or not for wak in/ dine in. Staffing is big issue like everywhere. There is a table with no top covered by a box been that way for weeks. I dont get why head office isnt fixing it.As well menu board needs some Tlc.The staff decent n friendly who I never had a problem with. King meal deal cheap grab.

Things have changed so much since i worked there. Only thing is the same is the food. Pull up a Chair tho it be awhile before you get your food.. they need new management. That place is sinking faster then the titanic

OMG, make sure you check the contents of your order before walking out I had the pretzel burger which by the way it doesn’t resemble anything like the commercials lol,ordered a double patty walked home and opened the bag to a single patty the manager asked me for patience with his new staff never going back to this location and I only live 170 m away

Waited almost 30 mins on drive through.... finally heard from the lady that its closed ...

This is a bad burger king, Food was soggy and the drive thru was terrible it sounded like a bunch of ailens! Never coming back, What a waste of time

What is WRONG WITH THIS PLACE!?!? Its downtown, prime location!!! I want Burger King, and cant get it. Who ever owns that business they must be mentally challenged because theyre sometimes physically closed but also through online ordering its like pulling teeth. Who ever owns this hates money!

BK staff: When speaking- ensure your not wearing a mask. 1- there is no pandemic of death. 2- no one can hear or understand you😷. We need oxygen to breathe & ensure each cell in our body is functioning at full capabilities. If you breathing through that all day everyday your limiting your bodies functions from its optimal performance. Ur invoking a slow death to your brain.Their food was 🤮... Food dripping of liquidy mayo & w.e sauces mixed w greese🤮. Fries so salty makes you instantly thirsty😖. No condiments or napkins in the bag.

****DRIVE THROUGH IS CLOSED****but the app still lets you place an order for drive through. So dont come alone with kids in the car unless you want to take them all out, park, and come inside.

2 cars in the drive thru and 3 people in Lind ahead of me but my order took 35 minutes. Wait periods always seem to be long..

The only Burger King in Kingston, the food is always delicious and the staff are always friendly. My go to choice for fast food.

The one star is for the food,. Was the slowest service I have ever experienced, took over 20 mins for 2 burgers 👎👎

Forgot any dips/condiments, no dressing for the salad which was just lettuce in a container. No ice in the drink. Only thing right was the two burgers, and they sent the pies we ordered. Wont be ordering from here in the future.

Went in there ordered my food and one of the staff violently grabbed a bunch of receipts threw them into a bin by the cash walked into the back and proceeded to pick up a cup and THROW IT across the kitchen CLEARLY making his co workers uncomfortable. YES it took 10 minutes to get my order. They are lucky to have my business due to the fact they are close to my house

Cheap place to get snacks..(wereIm downgrading my review from 3 stars to 2. The reason: ever since the pandemic lockdown, unreliable chaotic hours that shift day to day. Although they have excellent customer service when they are open, for the past two years..it feels like I won the lottery if the door pivots open, or the lights are on.

Apparently they care more about fulfilling skip the dishes orders more than people that actually drive/come in for orders. Line out the door of customers that are actually waiting to order

Very bad service, they did not accept our order just because my brother need to use the washroom badly ... he did not see the sign close to the counter. That indian guy is a trouble maker.... we ask for apology but did not accept and turn down our order.... we are very disappointed .... we will never go in that branch ever again....

We came through the drive through, we waited 4 1/2 minutes before someone took our order. They never said “we’ll be right with you” or “just one moment” they just left us wait for over 4 minutes. Then we got our burgers and instead of whopper jr’s they cut bigger buns, smaller than the average whopper jr, so it wasn’t even covering our meat patty. I said no ice in my root beer and received extra ice. Horrible experience 90% of the time we come and we come everyday.

Great staff, fast service, order is always correct, they treat the kids extra special and they always leave with a crown and a smile. Plus I love whoppers sorry mcdics 🤷‍♂️🤣

Staff are friendly. I love BK food. The one complaint I have and its a deal breaker for me is the bathroom is almost always filthy and out of order. I refuse to even go in there to wash my hands.

The drive-thru is terribly designed. Plus they will make you pull up to the sidewalk to get good numbers. Even though they did not reach the goal, and its not like anyone can go around you.

3 Hours Before Close and you shut down mobile Pickup? Im not ordering massive orders in person when I could easily order ahead and have it ready for pickup 70$ order canceled because they are too lazy to do the extra work...

Worst experience Ive ever had. I ordered a popcorn chicken because I needed to order something to get my free burger. Guess what they didnt see the burger on the receipt so I dont get it. I asked for my money back no can do . Thats a corporate transaction. Well I will never go back, and I wish there was something they could of done. There needs to be negative stars

Every time I go in always have the one supervisor “Jay” always rude laughs at me for no reason and doesn’t wear his mask right and when I get my order taken he seems to be such a rush and then runs to the back of the kitchen and speaks his own Language to his co-worker so that way can’t understand what he is saying. Once my order is ready he would run and then throws my food at me and doesn’t say thank you or anything. I rather have the girls take my order then him.

Amazing service! I used skip this evening. I had a couple special requests in the note area. I took the opportunity to thank the staff & tell them to stay safe!When were thanking "essential workers" we often over look the service industry! Yet who are we depending on to feed our babies &/or our bellies when we wish not to brave the grocery store lines! When weve been to busy to cook. Or simply when we are just too lazy to do so!To my surprise this lovely note was attached to my bag! Which made me feel absolutely wonderful that I was able to bring happiness and kindness to the shift 😊Lets keep in mind were all in this together ❤ lets be kind!& I highly recommend this location

Just ordered a large onion rings and a ten peice nugget, and could not believe what I was given. Both rings and nuggets werent even at room temperature, was going to return then realized why this location has been shut down multiple times. Would like to blame it on the kids working but dont think its there fault, you have to blame Management and ownership. They had to of been told to get rid of food sitting under the heat lamps to people coming through the drive thru hoping the inconvenience to return is to much of a hassle. Never again shall I order from BK. Poor leadership from top to bottom.

The place was really dirty. I had a pretty good burger at another location so kept my expectations high. Guess what, the review would be bad even if expectations were low. The burger was cold. I just realized I was about to make a typo and call it "gold". The sause tasted funny and it felt like the burger was a month old.

Great service everytime I go in, busy place but they move fast! Only thing, please just take a tad more time on the mozzarella sticks I used to love them but lately they are always wayyyyy underdone not melty. Other than that I love this BK keep it up. 😁😉

Ordered dinner with skip the dishes tonight. When the food arrived (took maybe 10 mins for delivery, I was watching the process through skip the dishesall the chicken (chicken fries, and chicken nuggetswere dry and hard. Called into complain and the manager blamed it on skip the dishes taking too long to make the delivery which it most certainly not the case. I have ordered food to go and traveled much further than the 2.3 kM it was delivered. I would understand if they were cold, but when I went to sit one in half it didnt bend...it broke...like a stick. NOT ordering again.

Open very late and the food was decent and cheap my only complaint would be they dont have a location on the west end

Food quality wasnt the best, it seems that they had it cold and they just put in the microwave to make it eatable, wasnt happy with my experience in this "Burger King" site , they maybe need to take more care of them customers and cook some fresh food, not just trying to sell what left in them fridge from yesterday?? !!Regards.

Overpriced and quality isnt that great, but its okay for a quick pit stop, especially for longer travels.

Love the whopper Jr with cheese bedtime deal in town but just stay away from their poutine..
